We really had a terrible experience. Place is good. Ambience is good. Everything is good except the staff. They are so terrible even to take care of the kids when they fall. They have zero knowledge on how to handle kids. The staff were just sitting and on phones all the time. When our baby fell inside the trampoline, We rushed inside to take him out while he is crying, the staff from outside started yelling at us not to enter inside. How can someone not enter inside when the kids falls and gets stuck inside?? If the staff really doesn't want the parents to come inside, then they must be cautious about the kids and be active, and watch the kids all the time. I've asked the staff to give us the owners number for the feedback. Even then they have refused to give the number. Worst service I've ever had in a play zone. A play zone should always have good vibes around. This place misses that. The owner needs to make a note of this and improve the staff behavior and their nature towards kids. And also no one wears a mask there. ABSOLUTELY "ZERO" COVID PROTOCOLS.

Not bad. Would revisit. Better to go ar non peak hours or on working days days. Especially if you have a smaller kid or toddler. Though there is an age bar, there can be many larger kids around, say 9 or 10 years old and they can be intimidating to smaller children. The facility is fairly good. It has been kept clean and is maintained well. The staf is very polite and friendly. Tarif is 150 for young kids and 240 for older children, per hour.

We have been looking for an indoor play space for our kids since leaving the US. This place exceeded our expectations. The facility was extremely clean. After running around in socks all over the play area my children’s socks still looked perfectly clean. Very impressed! Staff was kind and helpful, and most importantly our kids had a lot of fun. I wasn’t sure if the space would be too young for my 8 year old but it was great for a wide age range. We ended our time with ice cream, and want to try some food from the menu on our next visit. I would highly recommend!

But now really dissapointed. ❌First the staff is not at all responsive ,no hospitality,answering a question or doubt is a big task for them . In an ever-growing city where its difficult to find safe place for kids to play, this place comes across as a relief. Decent number of play equipment's for kids below 12yrs. When i took my kids, Unfortunately the zip line was not functional & a play tunnel was out of place. Staff were attentive & helped the kids well. Overall not that big a place i felt, maybe because i had seen bigger kids play arena's in other cities, but yes for starters this is hands-down a good place for kids to play.

Amazing place to visit with kids. I must say, this place is a one stop solution for kids to have fun, thrill, make new friends and host their birthday parties. Also prices are very reasonable, be it for regular hourly visits or exclusive parties. Snacks like maggi, french fries, sandwiches, tea/coffee for adults as well as kids is also one one of the major attractions. I personally liked french fries a lot :) The host and staff are very welcoming. They take care of kids and also assist them in taking rides. So, if you are planning to run errands and your kids are not willing to tag along, you know where to drop them. This play arena is very safe and kids friendly that kids don't hurt themselves. Amenities like car parking space, lift, air conditioner, socks for kids, CCTV cameras etc are also there.

Two stars for the toys/games available for kids to play. Very Unclean premises, Arrogant staff/owner. Although it is a place where small kids come and play, they didn’t take minimum precautions for maintaining cleanliness. When suggested that its small kids running here and there, its minimum curtesy to keep the place clean., the owner said if you want play, or else leave. Such arrogant people at the front office is not gonna bring a happy customer back again.

Really have so many toys and a arrangement of slide, tarpelin , ballpit,. Many more must visit place. My kid enjoyed a lot. The main thing is it's fee only 300/- for an hour. If we go somewhere like sea beach silver spoon or cmr mall more we spent but most of things not working conditions now. Here it's batter

We really had a TERRIBLE experience here with the kids. Cons: 1. Staff are reckless, immature, rude, unethical, zero knowledge on how to handle the kids. 2. Maintenance of the place is very bad, smells really bad. 3. Absolutely no one follows COVID appropriate protocols. None of the staff wear masks, no sanitizer available at the check points. 4. They don't have the parking, we have to park our vehicles on the road outside the building with our own risk. 5. There's absolutely no options of Food inside, the refrigerator isn't working when we went inside. 6. Air Conditioning has to improve with proper ventilation. Pros: 1. Kids will love the place as everything is soft and playful.

Beautiful place to visit , good play mechanism equipped for children. We visited with our kids there. Kids enjoyed playing every toy, play tools,.. Good place for children to enjoy. Price wise, i think a little higher but per 1hour may be its ok. Price per hour 300 per kid and management is also offering combo packs.. and a restaurant is also there for food and snacks. Very neatly maintained. Overall good experience with staff and management as well.

Nice place for kids up to 10 years to enjoy. Staff is watching Kids and even helping them in playing, climbing up, assisting. That's really good. Parents can sit and relax. Impotent tip is to carry socks from home to avoid buying there. It has parking and lift. Light food items like Maggi, sandwiches. Tea, coffee also available.

This is one of the few places in Vizag where we can take kids below 5 -6 years for indoor games. It is not large one , but well maintained and have even small cafeteria. The charges are nominal and even have monthly/Qtrl/ Annual plans for regular visitors.

Cool place to enjoy with children. Per hour 300 per kid. If you bring 2 children you will get 5% discount. In one or two hours children can get tired. Full of games. Nice safety taken by management. Staff are polite. Finding the location is bit difficult. Overall nice place to hangout once in a while for kids.

We celebrated our son's 4th birthday at Happy Pola. It happened all as expected and planned. The children (25-30) had a great time in the play zone and there was comfortable space to accommodate about 40 adults. All in all the birthday celebration was awesome. The food was arranged by the Happy Pola team and was very tasty with good flavor. It was savored by both children and adults. Even the staff were very friendly and courteous / helpful. The overall expenses were budget friendly. All in all we had a very pleasant and joyful experience at Happy Pola. . Wishing many more happy memories there. Dr.K.Srawant

Just Ok . Kids not 8nteresting aftr 3rd time 4th time visi..no immediate arrangement of toys. Specially kichen toys , blocks, and some miniature things are mixing.stagf are surrounded.. specially big icecream cups only availablee. Aas soon as kids arrived by seeing reception side wise display.. they r interested about icecream since big cup ice cream only available child started to have that 1hr if given time compleated. Last few second only played. Just ok for 2 visits.

Spacious play area, all kinds of activities for kids. My daughter aged 5 enjoyed her time here. This is a great place to spend an hour or two for the kids. Plan your visit during off peak hours for a better experience. We had visited during 5-7 on a Saturday evening.

Nice place for kids to enjoy. Good place for kids to workout. They can run, jump and slide. They have kitchen items, climbing board and many more. Snacks and waiting area is also there. Every parent should try once.

It used to be soo good just 10 months back when we went there for the first time. We had a great experience. Now air conditioning is a big issue and even pretend play toys have become pathetic. One of the trampoline also got a little damaged. Needs improvement to maintain the goodwill n competence.

Have been a customer of this place since it's beginning but today got a rude shock when the manager informed that entry was measured based on the weight of the child (seemed very absurd because why would someone stop potential customers based on weight). So my 6yr old kid breached their 30kg limit so we were told we won't be allowed in future. Really felt surprised how a business can carve its own downfall by putting stupid rules. We didn't get to talk with the owners who know us well but again if the owners don't care about the customers then what can we do. Anyways it's the last time me and my kid are here till I find a better place for my kid. Till then happy business to you....
