Namaste, 👉 Surroundings very unhygienic and dirty. 👉 Kindly maintain for a Smart City the International Standards. 👉 The toilets should be air - conditioned very clean with soap and towels or tissue papers provided. 👉 Provide cool drinking water with Canteen providing Organic Food and Snacks. 👉 Surveillance Cameras has to be installed in and around the hospital premises. 👉 Security has to be well trained and should behave with good mannerism. 👉 The hospital has dirty smells. It must use Organic Nice Natural Flavoured Deodorants.

Government Regional Eye Hospital Visakhapatnam was named during 2002 as Dr Rednam Surya Prasada Rao Hospital in honour of his government services in Ophthalmology treatments and academics as Professor of Ophthalmology. Dr Rednam Surya Prasada Rao worked in the Department of Ophthalmology in Andhra Medical College from 1952 to 1968 and trained more than 100 Ophthalmologists spread all over India , UK, USA.

Best eye hospital in the city. High end facilities and very good specialist doctors. The only problem is cleanliness of the washrooms, which is not because of the staff as I ha e seen them clean it almost 4 times daily but the patients who don't behave responsibly.

Amazing Eye Hospital. Best of Doctors and Medical team, very senior eye doctors with experience and perfection to the brim. You just need to take a OP ticket prior to consulatation like any other hospitals. Just, go early for a quick and better consultation. You have pretty good parking and wheel chair is accessible. Good location, as it's in the heart of the city just diagonal to Bullayya College. So, any doubt let me know. Thanks!

One of the pathetic response I have seen and witnessed in this hospital both by front gate staff till the reception staff or lady doctor. It's a typical example of how a government maintained hospital will work.

Best treatment for eye related problems.... Even though it's a government hospital, the doctors and staff respond very well... Services are too good.... Parking place is also good.... Separate rooms for every department... Best place for poor people for treatment who couldn't afford private hospitals...

All is good, but that area not so hygienic, there are around the area waste management is very poor, there no dust bins outside of the hospital there hospital around bad smell Otherwise hospital and stall are really good Facilities are all good

Reach RTC complex by taking the bus 400 RTC complex is its last stop then go straight you can see a left,right, straight road walk towards left take a auto tell him to go to ramatalkies after reaching you can see a theatre cinema hall go walk straight towards you will reach the hsptl My opinion: all the staff members are well co operative when coming to cleanness the place is not very cleaned but average after all its a government hospital

Good service but too much crowd.

The service was really good. They would diagnose your problem exactly and treatment is very good. Hospital is also clean. Doctors are friendly.

I give 4star rating because everything was perfect. Doctor facility good. But time management was not good. They didn't follow the time, lot of patients coming daily but they are going back to homes due to irregularities of assistant staff.

I am govind, very happy to say that good staff and well behaviour staff in govt hospital and maintenance was too good, cleanliness too,, Viswa Mithra madam response was too good when my mother visits for eye checkup. Keep it up !

Worst service and worst behaviour of employees there is no procedure and order too see patients literally so many people going back without taking any treatment. Why they gave token number there is no use or it

Good service by doctor , but patients makes hospital dirty. They don't maintain line and rush on doctors. First patients should maintain cleanliness and discipline only then hospital can be kept clean.
