Perfect way to start another India trip with some great Ayurvedic Massage Treatments. Day of arrival I tried an Marma from Dr recommend, it was very good, after that was ready to book a package Abhyanga & Herbal compress (Kizhi) for 4 days & another Marma the middle day. Was wonderful to do this way of relaxation detox & few day bit harder Treatment to get deep into my tired cyclest mussels. All the staff is helpful & wonderful. As I work at Maharishi Ayurvedic Clinic USA I kinda new what to expect. Treatment here was very good. Prices are very fair. People giving treatment knowledgeable.. I highly recommend it..! After this treatment I can feel where & how I been neglecting my body & yoga practice.. thanks Richard for blessing treatment

Chose this place because of all the positive reviews and I'm glad I did. Reasonable price for exceptional service. Loved the total ayurveda experience package with full body message, herbal compress and shirodhara. New experience for me but will definitely be coming back in the future.

I did the Total Ayurveda Experience Package 𝐈. It was really nice and worth the money. There is an Ayurveda doctor on site, consulting before they perform the service, it's good that they customized the service under the package for each client. The massage therapist has strong hands but worked nicely and gently. The music and the scent during the session were good too. I finished the session at around 8pm and I had a great night sleep! I will come back again and recommend people to go!

Went there today for a full body ayurvedic massage session. It was abhyanga i think. It was an excellent experience with this place which is located in the fort kochi. The staff is very well trained and professional. I remember the name of the MR Amlesh I think.. He was very police and sincere for his work. Would definitely recommend this place to all. Keep travelling and keep learning.

The appointment booking and communication with Pramod was smooth. I went for a 60 min Marma massage and decided to upgrade to 90 minutes during the massage. Mary is a skilled and extremely talented masseuse, always considerate of your requests for higher/lower pressure and of your problem areas ( backache, neck and shoulders). Her skills shine through - even though we exchanged stories during the massage, her hands never skipped a beat, unlike a lot of other massages you get elsewhere in India - a thorough professional. The rooms and linen are clean and I felt safe at all times. One of the best massages I have received. Thank you Mary!

Best Ayurvedic massage of our trip! The massage therapists were experienced and it showed in their techniques and results. This was the only place that was able to accommodate 5 people at one time which helped keep us on schedule for our next adventures. Such a wonderful, must do experience when in beautiful Fort Kochi.

Took the tota Ayurveda experience.. was worth the money and a good experience overall. Vishnu was the masseuse was professional and knew the job. Definitely recommended

They don’t have decent massage table, their massage table doesn’t have a whole to rest the face. They used excessive amount of oil, the oil goes all over the plastic leather of the bed and it was super uncomfortable. I asked for firm massage but since they use way too much oil, she couldn’t give me a firm massage, hair hand was sliding. So for 90 minutes it was just someone was pouring oil on me without feeling a firm massage. I went to get the massage because I had mild headache, after 90 minutes I had a sharp severe headache when I left. I don’t recommend this place at all.

Clean rooms and good therapists as well as a polite front desk. This was the only spa open on a holiday as well. I had a very thorough foot reflexology here which was relaxing and well done.

Got 90 minute Total Ayurveda package and facial was wonderful- I have bad shoulder and neck muscle pains and knots.. The therapist worked out these knots and I felt so much better immediately afterwards.. products they used are ayurvedic herbal oils and the rooms were soothing and relaxing with very comfortable beds and relaxing music. Would highly recommend Ayurveda Sanctum for the massage!!

Amazing experience (Total Ayurveda Experience Package). Have had great massages throughout the world but this was very unique. Great for the body and for the soul too it seems. Highly recommend this if you want to take away authentic memories of your trip to South India. Thanks team.

Honestly expected a bit more from the price tag ($57). The package I got covered the basic Ayurvedic care: Marma point massage, Kizhi, and Shirodhara (30 min each). The massage was the highlight for me, but not super detailed. Felt very general and not specific for the knots present in my body. The Kizhi left me feeling tense due to the heat of the herbal pack causing me to draw away three separate times. After the first time, I thought my practitioner would be more careful about the heat, since it was clearly too hot. However, like I said, this proceeded to happen two more times. I was tense throughout this segment of the treatment and unable to relax because I was worried about the heat of the herbs the entire time. The Shirodhara was generally good. I don't think it's personally for me, but I can appreciate the technique and it was better here than another one I have received. However, my practitioner spilled oil across my eyes and nose/mouth in the beginning of this segment of the treatment. I know accidents happen, but this on top of the overly hot herbal pack, leaves me no choice but to write a sub par review.

This place was okay. I really enjoyed the Ayurveda consultation and the place was overall clean. The women who worked on me rubbed me vigorously but did not actually work out any knots on my neck or back. I was really looking forward to the marma part of my massage but she only worked on the pressure points on my hands and feet. I was a bit disappointed by the overall experience and expected more from the $57 usd I paid.

We opted for Marma massage- deep tissue relaxation… and it was totally worth it! Ms. Sincy did a commendable job. Plus we were late for our appointment and the staff were very accommodating. Will definitely visit again :)

This is my first visit to Fort Kochi and ofcourse the first massage here. Met Mary here, she’s exceptional with her hands and the massage was soothing and comforting. Highly recommended especially to solo female travellers since this place is quite safe too!
