It's very comfortable and pretty modern hotel in calm area of Nosy Be. The major advantage is room's standard and good food (every day fresh fish, seafood, meat - i heard that in other hotels of Nosy Be it's not always such service). The staff is very friendly. You can hear great live music during meals. Unfortunately wi-fi practicly doesn't exist - theoritically it should work in hotel's lobby but practicly it breaks the connection 3 times a minute and it's very hard to connect. Only moment to use internet longer than few seconds without breaking is when people eat lunch or dinner and you stay in hotel's lobby. Hotel shouldn't write in its offer that Internet is included, cause it isn't. If you stay in this hotel you won't have contact with world. What I also didn't like were double standards for people from different countries. I've read in previous reviews that service is better for Italian people - and it is true. When there were no Italians in hotel staff was very helpful, fast and protective for us. When Italians arrived they were totally on first plan. Waiters were coming up to us later, offering us longer time of waiting for drinks and giving us a little worse service than before. What was also not nice that food was definitely better during Italian's stay. Cooks were preparing eg. pizza, many pastas and many, many desserts. On the days without Italians' turnus everything was much poorer. Well - I understand that this place is managed by Italian people but the service still should be the same for everybody. Important: mineral bottle water is paid and you should not drink tap water or brush your teeths in it. I would definitely recommend this place, but keep the above in mind.

My family and I had a lovely stay in this nice resort gifted with all the amenities needed for a perfect stay. WiFi works only at the lobby and at the pool area but, except for that, the location is fine, the staff is very friendly, the food was good and our room was very spacious, clean, comfortable and well conditioned.

Very beautiful hotel with amazibg service

We had 7 nights stay as family in this hotel. Beach is nice . Water is clean but looks brown due to the sand . Overall nice facility but there are a few things to be improved - breakfast choice is weak and everyday the same food - there is no free water in the rooms - no wifi in the rooms and only reception area and bar area has Wi-Fi. - gym equipment can be renewed Good things : - very friendly staff and service - nice excursions - good lunch and dinner We unfortunately got stomach issues and when we came back to home our GP said that this is food poisoning. We heard during our stay that there were others suffering from the same symptoms. that would be great if the restaurant checks this. The hotel quests were mainly from Italy and France and some staff can not communicate in English. However it is not a big problem and you always find someone to translate or help you with English . Overall was a pleasant stay except the stomach issue.

This is the absolute worst hotel in Madagascar. Way overpriced and when there was family issue which made me leave early they would not refund any of my unused nights that were still over 24 hours in advance. The staff would not let me talk to the manager because he is not even living in the country and they didn’t want to bother him. You could not pay me to ever return to this hotel ever again. I went to Palm Beach to eat after going to the Sounds Group hotel in Mahajanga, Baobab Tree. I had high expectations, and I was extremely disappointed in the service. The staff was incredibly rude and refused to explain the dinner menu to our group. Food is apparently not served from 6-8pm. The building was lovely and clean in a nice location, but staff was so unfriendly and unhelpful. Baobab Tree in Mahajanga set the expectations high, and Palm Beach failed.

Nicest resort I’ve been to in Nosy Be, the staff were all so nice and polite. And the food, chef’s kiss! 100& recommended if you’re looking for a place to stay.

Very prominent location, with a unique sunset. Welcoming and always available teams and staff, the excursions in my opinion deserve a lot of them and I highly recommend doing them. In the future it is a half that I would very gladly do again.
