If you want to bring a bedbugs as souvenir from andorra then this hotel is for you. I’ve noticed a bedbug in our bed, and came to reception. They said they can’t do anything with it and maybe if we came earlier they would’ve change the room. I just hope that we don’t bring the disease back from this vacation. To talk about another topic, only one girl from all of the receptionists at the reception english.

We were lucky enough to have found such an amazing resort back in December. We arrived and were greeted by the best receptionist in the world (by the name of Jorge or George) and he set a very nice, warm and welcoming atmosphere for us. We came to our room and settled in and by nightfall, we’d decided to try the buffet that the hotel offers (for a reasonably added price). It was there where we met José, the best chef “el mejor en el todo el mundo” who, on top of all of the already fabulous food to offer, freshly cooked a nice variety of food for the picky eaters like my girlfriend (she thrives on Hamburgers and Noodles). He was also very very friendly and helpful but with a very nice sprinkle of humor. There is so much to offer in this hotel and the staff are all amazing but I wanted to give a special thanks to Jorge and José for their personal touch to the hotel. I have so much more to write but I have neither the words nor the time but I recommend coming here and we will definitely try to come back again soon. Thanks!

Can’t recommend their spa for the way they treat outside guests. Been to spa and massage parlours all around the globe and this is the first one that does not allow using their showers to rinse off oil. I wasn’t explained that neither when entering the spa nor even when my massage was over, so I was caught off guard by the masseuse in the middle of it, naked, she kicked me out saying ‘No, no, you can’t do it, I have another client coming in 10 minutes’. So I had to put my winter clothes on greasy oily skin and walk to the shared bathrooms. They are only a few meters away but you’d need to walk out through the reception, so it doesn’t make sense at all. Who on earth wants to put on clothes and shoes on oily body and potentially destroy them? I wouldn’t mind paying extra for a bathrobe and slippers, to at least be able to walk to that shared bathroom without dressing back up again, but I wasn’t offered that either. Later I was told by the receptionist that the showers inside are only available for scrubs. Very weird policy. Ruined my whole Christmas spa experience.

I went with my husband 1 year old baby, Mother in Law and my 2 year old Border Collie. The service was amazing and loved the our dog was able to around the hotel and he was given a blanket, treats, poop bags, water bowl. My son was able yo enjoy the kid play area. We were able to enjoy the adult game area, bowling and pool table. The Spa area was relaxing! The staff is amazing. Will be going back again!!!

Extraordinary stay overall. Rooms were extensive and genuinely spotless. Staff was wonderful and great, which is genuinely crucial. The bowling alley and bar was amazing. The location was not too shabby as it was far from La Vella city. Bars and eating administrations scored a 5 as expectations were met.

IF YOU HAVE COVID THIS HOTEL WILL NOT RETURN YOU EVEN A PENNY. THEY THINK IT'S YOUR FAULT AND THEY HAPPY TO WELCOME YOU INFECTED IF YOU DON'T WANT TO LOOSE YOUR MONEY. BOOK THIS HOTEL ONLY IF YOU KNOW THAT YOU WILL NEVER HAVE COVID OTHERWISE YOU WILL LOOSE ALL YOUR MONEY

Great hotel, excellent value, loads for kids to do with activities on site (bowling etc). Good selection of food in the dining hall. Good access to 3 ski areas. Welcomed by Rima on reception who couldn't do enough to help us, constantly smiling and checking all was well, she made our stay much more pleasurable.

Great selection of food for both breakfast and dinner. Freindly staff and welcoming place. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and I would highly recommend this place with it being so close to the gondola

Staff were lovely & very helpful, food okay (plenty of it), though they charge €14 (£12) PER HOUR to use the pool or gym at the hotel which is shocking!

I previously stayed at this hotel 5 yrs ago and it's gone down hill since then, staff don't care one barman was very rude the waiting staff requires proper training, ie cutlery fell on the floor and was placed back in with the clean ones chairs were lifted over my wife's head for other guests as she was eating, dinning room is very cramped, cheap cuts of meat very few desserts, our room was never cleaned properly we had to constantly ask for tea's and coffees and toilet rolls to be replenished, the quilts are feathers but have been washed and have large clumps in small areas and none in others, the shower had broken tiles and mould in it, flooring was cheap laminate that was badly chipped

Stayed here over the December Spanish public holidays so the price was higher than normal due to higher demand. The hotel is a nice mix of classic and modern and has everything you need for your stay. The leisure area downstairs features games and a bowling alley (extra cost) which is a good way to end the day when the snow is heavy outside. The spa (also extra cost) was clean and reasonable for the price. Flip flops are compulsory so don’t forget to take them or you’ll need to buy some there. Breakfast was average quality and plentiful for the price included in the room fee. The hotel has underground parking (extra cost) which is useful for when there’s heavy snow, however it was full and there was no option to book in advance. There is a free car park however 100 metres down the street which is fine. The hotel is very close to the ski lifts which makes it perfect for a ski trip booking. If you want to visit Andorra it’s a 15 minute drive to the city. Arinsal also has many restaurants and bars in walking distance of the hotel which leaves you spoilt for choice actually. All reasonably priced. The hotel room was modern and adequate. However, there was a strange smell which we only realised the day before leaving that someone (a previous guest) had left a take away container with food in a small cupboard hidden in the room. The cleaner had clearly missed this and it had started to smell. It was quite disgusting but seemed to be accidental and other than that the room was clean. The rooms were perfectly warm, even with -8 outside the room was toasty warm and if you are particularly hot or cold you can open the window or adjust the radiator to your preferences which was much appreciated. Check in was very inefficient. It took approximately 1 hour because there was a queue and then the staff could not find our booking for a long time for some unknown reason. It was a waste of time and very unenjoyable. The staff were very friendly and helpful, but the process was still ridiculously long for avoidable reasons. I would definitely recommend this hotel. However, it was not perfect especially for the higher than usual price which reflects in the 4 stars given.

Convenient location for the gondola. Friendly staff. Shame our dogs weren't allowed in the restaurant but probably for the best as it gave them a break from all the attention from the other guests. The buffet restaurant wasn't great, cold, fairly bland food and a microwave.... Book a dog sitter well in advance or you'll miss out.

This hotel was very nice, has good facilities, and a great location, very close to the cable car for skiing. The spa was nice, and the massages were very good, specially after days of sports. The staff was extremely friendly and gave us great recommendations and support during our stay.

Great rooms, facilities & very clean. Fab value for the quality & the only reason it's way down on service is because it was a half hour wait to check in in a very warm reception area with only one member of staff working. Not what you want at the end of a long day!

This was our 2nd stay here and appreciated the upgrade upon check in. Clearly the stay at the end of the ski season meant that occupancy was low, which gave more space and peace to relax. Spa sessions daily and ample use of the leisure facilities were just what the doctor ordered. Because of low occupancy we dined in the Diana parc restaurant and had a set a la carte menu each evening. For our son this was not the best for choice as a toddler but that is the price you pay for booking late in the season.

Very pleasant hotel. The reception staff both at main desk and spa were polite and helpful, the massage therapist very professional. I felt very welcome.

Overrated hotel. It is not a 4stars, it’s a 2 stars. Mattress are old and very small (80cm) Service and people serving breakfast are really impolite. I wouldn’t come back to the hotel honestly.

Nice hotel, good location and facilities... Food good acceptable (culturally diverse) My only slight comment is the flooring in our room was too worn and needs attention (yes I'm aware travel industry has struggled last two years)

Loved it here. Super hotel, great (well above average) facilities. Clean spacious rooms. Ours had a balcony over the river. Food is good and the choice is huge. The staff are wonderful, and a credit to the company. We had a great skiing holiday and would certainly return to this hotel again.

Staff were very friendly. Exterior pool is quite nice. Interior (Lobby, rooms, ...) is very old, and in serious need of a renovation

Good rooms and location but the breakfast is now not very good, we stated last year and it was excellent, the fried eggs I'm still chewing as they were so hard... We asked for Huevos Poche, poached eggs and it was if we'd asked for the Holy Grail. The answer was a quick 'no'.

Lovely (but very warm) rooms. Great views over the river and very short walk to the gondola station. The staff were super helpful with organising lift passes and ski hire as well as holding our bags on the last day whilst we went skiing in the morning.

We booked an all inclusive stay and it surprised us the variety of food and drinks and also the quality. Restaurant staff is very attentive and carrying, there is no wait for being seated, having your drinks ordered or the table cleaned. For each meals you have a wide choice for all tastes. The piano bar is cozy and the quality of cocktails is excellent. The rooms have big comfortable beds and is really quiet, so the stay here it is very restful. General cleanliness is good, but the floor in the room could have been better wiped. The minibar could offer at least the water for free for the all inclusive stays, as long as this is the same water offered in the restaurant and you can take it in the room.

The place itself is good, close to the ski slopes, food is good and service and staff as well. But for the 4 stars hotel, the internet is very bad, slow and almost don't reach the room. In the country where the EU mobile prices don't apply it is just a disaster. Also the spa is not included in the price, although that on the booking site it says so.

There for a family Skiing holiday in Feb 2020. All inclusive , we enjoyed all the facilities. Loved it! Fantastic staff, clean, smart spacious rooms, Very good food for an all in package with a good selection for breakfast and dinner. Freshly made pancakes in morning, steaks cooked to order on the grill. Tasty! Spa was amazing, games room/bar was perfect downtime with family. Drinks and facilities surprisingly good value for money. My only gripe is that the bar music was a bit stuck in the 70's disco. literally 2 minute walk to gondola to mountains. Would definately return and reccomend

Our Lux room was clean and tidy, nice big comfy bed. Mini bar with drinks at €3, same as bar. We missed a bath to soak in and a balcony. Spa has to be booked in advance, in the morning and costs €15. Internet a bit hit and miss. Breakfast good, evening meal reasonable selection if your not a fussy eater. No drinks included with evening meal- not even a jug of water. Plenty of space and bar areas to sit and chill. Downstairs has a great games room with pool, table football, pinball, darts and two lane bowling alley. While the kids play there is a bar with 80’s tunes.

I didn’t stay here but I wish I did! I had some difficulties contacting my Air b&b host in a local property. I went to PP to see if someone could help me and the staff were so welcoming and assisted me in contacting my Air B&B host. They could have turned me away but instead they were so generous and ensured that I managed to contact my Air B&B host. Thank you so much for your hospitality, it is greatly appreciated. In particular Valentina (waitress) - her customer service skills were amazing. I will definitely stay here next time!

Good: spacious rooms, exceptionally friendly and accommodating service, good breakfast, free parking (not of the hotel) 100m away, got a free ride on a close-by cable car, welcome cocktail was good Needs improvement: the rooms and bathrooms are not flawlessly clean and there are stains that have collected over time and are not addressed. When we arrived there were also plenty of dustballs in the corners of the room. The furniture and bathroom are also generally quite beaten-up. In the bathrooms and certain sections of the hotel you can smell and see mold. The hotel has a lot of potential in this regard and is in need of some renovation. The Spa was ok but didn’t feel clean. Overall it was an ok stay but it does not deserve 4* and it is overpriced. It’s really a shame because the hotel has a beautiful set-up and structure with a friendly team so the potential for change and for making it an amazing stay is huge!
