This hotel ticks all the boxes; perfectly located, great atmosphere, and well managed. Staff were accommodating, lovely and friendly. The service was excellent, check in was quick and easy. The room was smaller than we had expected however, it was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was superb. We will definitely be staying here again.

We went off season, and it was a great experience. Staff were very friendly and rooms were clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast was great and in general we were taken care of quite well. We liked it so much we extended our stay by another night because we loved Andorra so much as well the hotel! We left knowing we got incredible value (still off season).

Floorboards are coming up in places and 1mm thin walls means you can hear the neighbors doing it and the tvs are ancient relics that belong in a museum and the lampshades are broken. Stay in any other hotel before coming here.

Good hotel, economical, clean, comfortable rooms, great staff, delicious breakfast buffet, and the service and staff at the restaurant were fantastic. Good central location. Hotel rooms could use a little updating. Parking is at an indoor garage but very tight for a larger car. I would recommend staying here.

Stayed one night with 3 adults and three kids, super cheap! Breakfast for 5,50 euro pp also very good. Only our rooms had nothing to do with the fancy picture of newly done rooms. Pretty used all around. One bunk bed, one single, two more singles setup as double and double sleeping sofa. Still would come again as the price was excellent. Location also excellent.

Reasonable price for good-quality rooms. We had a Triple Room with extra beds and they were very comfortable. However, the heater in our living room wasn't on at all, so it was cold at night. Breakfast buffet isn't worth your 6,5€.

Good breakfast and big room. As hotel they should do better cleaning. There was some hairs on floor in bathroom.

Perfect location to shopping in Andorra. Amazing rooms, big suites up to 9 guests. Charming crew.

I was there with my family Monday June 27, it’s wasn’t clean , the floor was full of dust and hairs, bathroom broken and one of the bunch bed had no sheets

Super great hotel for the price quality, very nice breakfast. They upgraded our room for newer type, thanks you very much. For 20 euro per day you can get parking under the hotel.

I am only giving one star because there is a constant noise that resonates from all the walls in the hotel, which is SUPER annoying for people who likes to sleep in calm (which what you expect from a room in a hotel). I complained about it to the receptionist, with whom we could locate the noise to be coming from the AC system. The receptionist said that this wasn't normal but he can't turn it off. Despite, he found for us a solution, which was a bit better (he sent us at 12 pm to their second hotel, which again was super noisy because it is not at all isolated and we could hear all the car passing on the highway). Also, we could hear again a constant noise, which however was lower than in the first hotel. We could finally sleep a little bit, but we were very tired the next day, so the overall experience was unpleasant. Despite, we are very grateful for the receptionist who tried hard to please us.

Room was nice and spacious. We requested a double room but only got a queen bed and pull out mattress. To be fair, the confirmation said getting a double room wasn't guaranteed, but still a little annoying to have to share a bed. Would've slept on the pullout, but it was uncomfortable and a bit dirty. Bathroom was great, shower felt amazing. Location is pretty good, not too far a walk from the main strip in town.

I will recommend this hotel to family and friends who will.come to Andorra. The room is so spacious!
