Nice hotel. The room is big enough with a mountain view. The dinner is good and served by the friendly staffs. It's a good choice 👌

I would not recommend this place. It is possibly the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in, cleaning staff shouting all morning and evening and you can hear doors slamming all night from the other end of the corridor. We booked half board but after the first day decided to ditch the cold breakfast with human hairs and evening slop to dine out. Dirty cutlery didn't help with the appetite. Staff try their best but takes ages to order a drink at the bar as the only card machine is shared with reception and it is quicker to walk to town to get a drink. Boot room, terrible, lockers don't work. Kitchen in the room but not cutlery or glasses or anything, pointless. Cheap beer and close to the ski lifts but for the money they charged us for 5 nights (4k euro) I can get to the Maldives for that. Stay elsewhere.

Lovely accommodation which made be feel at home. The food was good and varied. Staff were all very happy to assist with the questions thrown at them. The benefit of being one of the only ski in / ski out hotels in Arinsal made this a fantastic stay. The WiFi although not the fastest was consistent and reliable Overall a fantastic relaxing stay.

In the whole place, you can't get a coffee unless you get £14 breakfast. Ridiculous

Worst hotel ever. Location was the only saving grace next to ski slopes. The '4' star hotel is beyond dated and the furniture looks like it was purchased from a garage sale. The beds are horrid with the springs in your nack and the 'gym' is three old machines in a closet. My 7 year old so fell in the shower as there is no bath mat and that is after a full day skiing with no injury. Everything is extra and the food is only passable. . Never coming back.

Great hotel and right beside the chairlift for ease in the mornings before ski school. It is about 10mins walk to the town which is ideal. Great food selection. Would recommend to anyone

The check in was amazing, the guy didn't get irritated despite me forgetting my credit card code and realizing i didn't have enough cash with me. He was very upbeat and happy to have something to do in begin june. Rooms were fine. Ours did have some ants as tenants, ah well. Book one with a view! It's worth it. The breakfast was alright, got anything you'll want i think. The dinner is often quite cold and not great in quality. But honestly expected for the price we booked. Still left every night and morning with a full stomach There is a small hike trail nearby with a very wild mountain creek.

I would give -10 for hygiene. The room was disgusting, hair everywhere & I felt like the room hasn’t been cleaned for a very long time. A shame.

Absolutely loved staying there. The staff where amazing. However, do look out for those spectral forms that wonder the hallways.

Good clean hotel in good location near lift. Rooms were great for two, 2 single beds, sofa, table and chairs and a small kitchette with balcony. Sleeping 3 teens was ok but I imagine 4 in a room is a squeeze. Expect a coach load of kids to be in the hotel during school breaks. Not a big problem for us as we brought half a dozen with our group, but they did take over the restaurant and bar at various points. Can also be noisy in the morning. Food here was good, buffet style dinner and breakfast. Safety deposit boxes in rooms a little tricky but did the job. Lounge facilities good with sofas and coffee tables and a pool table. Drinks reasonably priced. Sauna was ok for three people. Steam room appeared broken as about 1000 degrees inside.

Good location. The room das always clean, however the room wall is plastic ir other removable material type, doesn't isolate sound and specially, provides that smell from other rooms enters ours. Every time the room door closes the wall shakes... Yes, in fact, despite there is a non smoking hotel, we felt the smoke in our room (on the first day, we asked reception to check, because was felt in the corridor, but it stayed like that every days until the 4th, when we left, no feedback from the hotel). Just single beds on the rooms (staff said that they just have "5 or 6 rooms with couple beds") Restaurant need to be refurbish, is short, the tables are too close, and is old (those walls need to be painted, at least), the buffet is normal, children like it, but is bellow expected for a 4* hotel.

It was ok. The bar area was nice but the rest of the hotel just lacked any soul. It was very basic and tired it really could do with a face lift.. The rooms were ok but again just a little unloved and dusty. The buffet was hit and miss. I stuck to the salads as hot food was always just lukewarm. The only saving grace was the ski in ski out facility. Oh and the staff they were all very pleasant.

Great Hotel and location for access tonthe main piste area. The only little gripe is the slow bar service. Staff are friendly and helpful 🙂

The positives: very friendly restaurant staff, good home cooked food, the room lovely and warm, it has a bath, and it is clean. Had great views of the mountains The negatives: the room has a kitchen but no utensils (at all) so you can't use it, location - yes it's near a chair lift, however to get to the bars you can't walk as there is no path - you have to figure out the buses. They have large groups of schools kids - so it can get very noisy (the walls are very thin). The reception staff are not that tentative and need to take some lessons from the restuartant staff who are fantastic For the money - it is a good value hotel

Comfortable, friendly, great meals and very pleasant bar. Extras include massage, sauna and reflexology. Ski lift next to hotel. Also next door to ski rental. One minor negative point it is at the top of the village, buses run infrequently the downhill walk into the centre is manageable but not miss the bus returning.
