A “standard room” is sub-standard - small and claustrophobic. Not enough space to open your suitcase on the floor without having to jump over it. The heater in the bathroom did not work and the AC was able to blow only semi-tepid air, while it was -10 at night outside. Felt uncomfortable. The toilet had urine streaks on the outer side that had not been cleaned. The lamps in the dining room were hanging low >between< the tables - you are bound to hit your head - bad design!

Overall amazing, occasional minor cleanliness issues but did not raise it at the time so cannot deduct anything, I am sure it would have been promptly resolved

We have stayed with my fiance couple of days ago... Well I don’t really understand why people saying breakfast and rooms are great because they are not, especially the breakfast! Breakfast is so poor and cheap... cheapest croissants, only 2 options of breakfast each day-crumbled egg or omlette!! Every day same, well very poor breakfast-this is not definitely 4 stars!! Hotel is OK, location is good, but not 4 stars really, sorry. Also we have checked out early and got our picnic breakfast for take away and that was ridiculous- ham between 2 parts of bread without any butter or anything!! Sandwiches of only bread and ham🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ You must be kidding guys...

Nice looking hotel - but rooms are small, breakfast expensive and parking at 15 euros is a bit of non sense - although you can enjoy a free EV charger.

This hotel has the nicest personnel, I can’t ask for more - we enjoyed each moment of our stay.

Great quiet rooms with nice view to river, good gym, the cost of parking is 15 euros per day.

This beautiful hotel boasts delicious food, friendly staff, and clean, stylish rooms. Our stay was only marred by being given a key to an occupied room... after a long journey, it was both disappointing - and kind of frightening - to walk into what we were told was our room, only to discover someone in bed and rather angry! We were given another room but I would generally expect a hotel of this calibre not to have made this type of mistake.

Just returned from a week's skiing in Andorra, and stayed at the wonderful Palomé Hotel for the second year running. The staff are so friendly and will go out of there way to make your stay special. The restaurant is absolutely brilliant and a credit to the hotel. But what made our stay so special was the amazing Camila and girls in the restaurant, the food is superb and that you can credit to the great chef Paulo. I can only hope that everyone will still be there when I return next year.. Thankyou so much for a wonderful week all at the Palomé. Dave and Sam.

This hotel is easy to find on the main road to Arinsal and is signposted from the main road (to the left as you come from the south). It is surrounded by mountains and has a stream passing next to it. It's in a built up area but never that busy. The staff were excellent and always on hand to help out including with directions, weather, etc. It has a modern feel with bare concrete walls and floor in the reception area and corridors but the room was very comfortable. It was warm especially with the thick duvet given. The room was clean and the shower/bath was very powerful. The Prija toiletries were great (very lustrous somehow). The wi-fi was a little patchy though. The room has a free minibar filled with soft drinks and water, an added bonus after a long day. We had breakfast in the hotel and it was faultless - the buffet selection is good and they will serve a platter of meat and cheese to your table as well as cooking eggs/bacon/sausages to order (and of course tea and coffee). Again, service is excellent and prompt. There is a bus to Andorra La Vella apparently but we drove there and it took about 20 minutes on Sunday morning. Parking is free at the hotel and there are plenty of spaces outside.

nice hotel in Andorra - quite small rooms ... but a nice welcome with a smile at the reception thought we arrived around midnight. Besides a green apple was at our bedside .. at breakfast there was service at the table - nice

We stayed at Palomé for almost a week during a recent ski holiday. The place is modern and yet beautifully set in its environment, with a charming if roaring river flowing through just by the window of our room. Breakfast is the star of the place - loads of cold meats, pastries, fresh juice, coffee and toast with "tomaquet" (grated tomato) are brought to the table as you sit. Your choice of eggs will follow, if you dare. The rooms are nice enough, considering they are there to be used as little as possible by the avid skier. The bathrooms are ample and the jets in the bath provided daily respite from the rigours of the sport. Ample parking outside and great service by the staff throughout. Great memories.

This hotel is amazing! And the most amazing part about it was Daniela from Reception - she is an absolute star and an extremely competent and skilled member of the team at NH Andorra. Having interacted with her every day during our stay, Daniela consistently delivered each and every time and NH are very fortunate to have such an able and professional member of staff. She's a credit to them! Fantastic!

NH Palomé has a great way to treat its customers, even made us call the police! Horrible! Service is awful! The receptionist not only slandered us but also refused to allow us to leave the hotel. We were only allowed to leave after calling the police.
