Well, for a 4 stars I am really DISAPPOINTED. The hotel itself and its location deserve 4 stars BUT the service, the details and the customer attention CLEARLY NOT. We had a triple room which has obviously a higher cost than a double room BUT the third bed in question was absolutely terrible, my friend couldn't sleep at all the first night because it was a little sofa bed with a non-existent mattress thickness and a huge bar right on the middle of the back. So we went to the reception to complain about it (regarding the price of the room it's absolutely unacceptable), the lady told us that she will ask someone to bring us like a second mattress to be more comfortable and guess what ? We're still waiting for it and we never heard back from the reception, no apologies, nothing. I look young while I am 26 yo and I am pretty sure if an older person than me came to complain she/he would have received the second mattress because the lady at the reception really looked down on me which is completely unprofessional. Plus, the bedroom does not even have a coffee machin, slippers, bathrobe or even water to welcome guests and the food at the buffet is always cold on the plate. So, this is kind of a deception regarding how we have been treated.

My family and I had a great experience staying at Park Piolets for 2 nights. The place gives you access to a great Spa, children playroom and to a majestic ski resort. The restaurant/buffet was exceptional for the price, especially the diner option. This was our first trip in Andorra, and we will definitely come back the next time we visit!

A luxurious hotel with an excellent spa and leisure centre. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. I was particularly impressed by the staff who were very helpful with all my requests including organising a Covid test. It's only 250m to walk to the telecabine but they have a shuttle bus to take you and your equipment. I recommend it highly.

An off site alternative was offered, but not on property and inconvenient. Very hot rooms in the summer and no air conditioning. Limited parking spaces. Children's playroom is closed on Sundays.

This is where we get down from 5 to 3 stars: the details. We stayed in a suite and paid over 300 euros per night (incl breakfast and dinner). You also get a free mini bar included which is helpful in keeping the family hydrated; no need to buy water. When I had to look under the bed, dust was piling up: not good. Also the air in this place is very dry. Also I think the signing can get better to get around this big place, especially if you avoid taking elevators; I got "lost" a few times or found a dead end. All in all you will have a good time here with your family.

A good, modern hotel, possibly once of, if not the best in Soldeu. A good choice of food in the buffet but lacking vegetarian options and considerable cross-contamination (like most buffets due to people's poor table manners). House keeping good for the most part but they can forget to replace your trowels when they take the dirty ones away which is irritating but not the end of the world. Would definitely stay again was is our favourite hotel in Soldeu.

We just went for SPA after skiing and it was great! Adequete price for 2 hours of swimmin pools and jacuzzis, good sauna and hamam. Amasing warm swimming pool outside - really recommed after pistes :) Towels are provided.

Beautiful location, great service and staff, very relaxed atmosphere. Accommodations and food were beautiful. Here with my family for a week of skiing. The Piolets helped make it a great and enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend.

This is the second time I’ve been in this hotel. The service was terrible trying to sell you more and more things since we arrived even before giving us the room key. Everything is charged as an extra service. They are not even replacing your bottles of water in the room or putting pressure on you for something that they forgot. Even with lower prices they still have a bad service. I asked for one big bed but for them that is not important. This is the second time that this happened and the first one we had to change the room due to the smell. You can find better services and hotels in this area. I don’t think we will com back here.

My wife and I stayed here with our two kids aged 16 & 11. First of all you are met by very friendly staff willing to park your vehicle and look after your luggage, great. Check in was problematic though, we booked through an intermediary, family of 4, 1 kid goes free. The hotel told us they only had 3 adults, and what’s more we would have to pay an additional €450 for our 11 yr old! Eh, no way! They also said they never offer a deal on kids. After much arguing it was left until further notice and we were allowed to check in. Appart from this unneeded stress on what was just a two day treat, we had a nice time at this hotel. The food is awesome, both breakfast and buffet dinner. There is a gym and play for kids. However be warned, if like us you have kids who Ski all day you won’t make the spa as it’s closed to under 16s after 5pm! Plus it’s a pricey extra. Shame after a hard day on the slopes. On checking out the manager did say they would take the booking up with the intermediary and we wouldn’t pay the extra. To sum up, I’d double check your booking before turning up for your luxury stay, and if you’re skiing with kids similar ages to ours, I’d stay somewhere else.

Great hotel although not given a good room - now if you like cava be warned your glass is not filled to the top....only 3/4s of a glass - why because those are the rules??? You want a full glass you pay double ??? No folks not making this up - Now who made that stupid rule?

We stayed here for our honeymoon. The hotel is just awesome. The spa is outstanding (the massage we got 100% allowed us to get back on the slopes quicker than anything else we might have done). The room was outstanding. The bus to the very local lift was regular and excellently staffed. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the evening buffet was well worth the money, although if you don't want to spend for it the staff are great at giving recommendations for other cheaper places to go and eat and drink. My partner is well known for wanting to go to different hotels every time we go away, so it's a credit to this place that we're going to book to come back again as soon as we're able. Thanks guys. You really made our honeymoon unforgettable.

This was our second visit to Park Piolet Hotel & Spa. It was ruined on our last night by the management letting a private party run the hotel. Told at 10pm the music would stop at 11pm, to then have to call reception to be told they would sort it out now.....to have to call again 20 mins later to be told it is a private party and there is nothing they can do......not good enough for a 5* hotel. What is worse, they thought telling us it was a professional footballer who is friens with Messi would make it OK. I am quite sure Messi would not be thrilled at his name being used as form of entitlement. We finally got offered a "no show" room at 11.45 on the other side of the hotel. Given that we had to be up at 4am. This was very poor.

This is the first hotel I've stayed at where they charge guests for using the swimming pool. Service was fine for most part, with some exceptions though - the 2 ladies at the KAO restaurant could use some training on customer service. The prices of food / drinks are 5 star, but I still don't understand what makes this hotel 5 star. In my opinion it is a good 4 star hotel.

Very average value for money hotel. Very small and old TV. All services are chargeable including access to the pool for which you are charged a swimming cap while many babies are in diapers in the pools.

We stayed there 3 nights and had an amazing time. Rooms and hotel have a nice design and we'll equipped. Breakfast and dinner buffet offer lots of choices and amazing quality. The dessert buffet is spectacular.
