I stayed there for 2 days in end of June. It was very nice , quiet and cozy. They have their restaurant and cafe. The quality of dishes are more than that price. I highly recommend. I enjoyed spa as well. Sauna, hammam with mints. I love it.

We reserved a table at the restaurant, but when we arrived we were made to wait for over 30 mins. When we arrived at the table, which was not protected from the wind, we asked if we could go inside but we were unsuccessful (note that the restaurant was not anything close from being full). We decided to leave to go for another place. Upon leaving we were insulted by a staff member. It used to be great but it has gone terribly wrong the last 2 seasons. Highly disrecommend for the price tag - it is no longer a 5 star service.

It was an exceptional experience. Kind team, amazing interior style, delicious breakfast and food, perfect sauna and beautiful spa with very positive welcome in the spa, very helpful people at the reception, amazing views and perfect location for hiking to the 7 lakes. Yes it was an exceptional experience. If the restaurant would be open a bit earlier that would be better (healthier). Apart from that.. 🔝!

As an owner of an international event agency I stay at 5-star hotels on a regular basis. Grau Roig hits all sweet spots: great location, boutique and charming, attentive staff, fantastic gastronomy, cosy and comfortable. I have stayed four times in Grau Roig Boutique Hotel now and it never disappoints. If you can afford it go there; simply the best in Andorra 👌

Top notch: great customer service, amazing food. The lady at the reception with long curly hair was very patient and super professional. Very high standards.

The perfect stop for sunlight and enjoying a wonderful meal in between slopes. The terrace is a wonder as well as the dishes or alcohol menu. Their soups and tartare options were really tasty with a good dessert to finish. Staff is often very busy, it’s advised to book to get a table.

The location is easy to say amazing. It has the easiest access from the ski rental shop to the start of the skiing route. Very short road, even if you wear skis at the begging! Best hotel possible in Andorra. The lessons for skiing are the best, I took them and mastered the skill in 2-3 days. Everyone on the staff is very nice. The gym downstairs is also supplied with tons of machines, the spa has 2 saunas, a jacuzzi, and a pool. Best hotel to go to in winter. Everything AND I MEAN EVERYTHING is covered in natural wool! The place is very warm and cozy, and I stayed for a long time. It is a great experience and great for families.

I came here pre-Covid and loved it. 5 stars. Amazing. Everything perfect. But this year in June they’ve done renovations and the restaurant is a centrepiece. I’d love this as a foodie not staying in the hotel. But if you are and want to use the jacuzzi you’re surrounded by people eating lunch. Not so calm and private. A shame as I love the rooms. Also the wines have really a big mark up. Eg we buy Vermell for €12 and it was €28. This makes a difference to the experience. Still love the food but would hesitate to return next time.

Really nice and cozy hotel - we enjoyed our stay very much. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The a-la-carte breakfast offers a large variety of dishes for all tastes. The spa is tiny but perfect after a long day of hiking in the nice surroundings…

Gorgeous and really well designed place for a weekend lunch both in winter and summer. I have been several times, and everytime the food has been amazing & the staff wonderful! We enjoyed the cheese fondue which was perfect on a chilly and rainy weekend. Have also really enjoyed the steak, goats cheese salad and the pasta in the past. Wine recommendations have also always been great.

It’s a beautiful hotel and we had a private dinner which was a tasting menu which was superb! The service and the staff are fantastic other than at lunch on the terrace… the food is excellent but trying to get a drink was quiet tough which was why I didn’t give 5 stars. Well worth going to and will come and stay again. The Spa!! The facials are amazing!!! 😍

Excellent hotel, we had a great time here. The staff was very helpful specially Abdul in the main bar who gave us dedicated attention. Skiing right from the hotel is always a plus and in this case it goes beyond that with super cozy rooms, a great restaurant offer and an upcoming spa. All together a 5 star experience.

A very good experience at the Grau Roig Hotel. The food, staff, spa are all very nice. It has an excellent location if you're going to spend most of your time skiing.

Top notch! I was amazed by the quality of every single detail in this place. Exceptionally tasteful and cozy vibe - surrounded by Pyrenees with great access to ski places. We had a supper for 10 ppl and everything was very delicious. Stuff was more than helpful. I’ll definitely visit it again once in Andorra.

Very good hotel and restaurant. The food is some of the best in Andorra. Well worth a visit in summer or winter.

Super hotel, service was amazing, we were traveling with our dog and the staff has been super nice since the first moment we got there. The restaurant also is nice, amazing breakfast and great dinner dishes in both restaurants (the only dish that could have been better was the risotto). Very good wine cellar and the Sommelier is a true gentleman and fine expert of local, French and Spanish wines. Definetely recommended!

Amazing hotel. Friendly staff. Food at the restaurant is super delicious and not expensive for that quality. Try pistachio sufle for the dessert)
