😠 Skip this place. It’s quite disappointing frankly. Price is high and facilities not very interesting. Its so dusty that even I as a non-asthmatic person got troubles breathing. Save the money and go to Naturlandia. People often mention kids,

Its a shame that it is the one of the only places in Andorra where kids can play indoors, and the staff's attitude toward those kids is shameful; they treat them like soldiers. I went with my kids, and when my youngest daughter wanted to play with her older brother, the manager shouted at us and told us that she needed to stay in her perimeter, and he was very unpleasant. In addition, when we had a birthday party for one of our friends, the waitress didn't clean up the tables, and it was a mess. Anything wasn't organized, and they kicked the kids out of the playing area because they needed to stay in the birthday parameter. Even after they had nothing to do over there, everything was filthy, and every time my son went and wanted to jump, they kicked him out and told him that he needed to go with the group and not alone, even though they came to jump and play and not just sit down and eat. I'm never going to go back there anymore. It is overpriced and has no respect for the children, which is the most important thing in such a place.

Huge place but very limited, poor use of space. The JUMPING area is underwhelming.

Really friendly staff and a good price. And if you have the guts you could try some crazy ramps. Would recommend.

Great place for the kids to play indoors. Parents can enjoy the view from the bar at top while enjoying sandwiches & beer. 🍻 👌🏼

Disgraceful Only 6 trampolines they don’t care how many people are in there and the customer service is poor. Gone downhill rapidly over the years

Never had such a horrible experience in a place where kids are supposed to go and have fun. First we arrived at 13:00 on a Saturday morning as we recommend by the staff at the hotel Ayños. In the flyer we were given it said opening hours are 11:45, once we arrived the sign on the door stated 15:30. We went for lunch and came back. I was with our 3yr and 5yr old children once we paid both of my children decided they didn’t want to go inside. I think they were a bit intimated from the other older kids that were already playing. I literally just paid in cash and we hadn’t even left the recepción desk. I asked for our money back as our children were not going to enter and the staff refused saying they have a non refundable policy. Which I understand, however we didn’t even move from the recepción desk. If we had entered the playing area I could of understood. It just felt like they robbed us. Very unfriendly and unprofessional staff. Not recommended at all.
