Great hotel with a fantastic location right next to a lift and a ski rental shop downstairs and a ski storage room in the basement. The rooms were spacious and the half board breakfast and dinner were really good quality. Staff were helpful The room was extremely spacious and relatively modern. Only downside was the bathroom which was poorly designed, shower glass is too small so water gets everywhere, toilet flush pump is so loud, the rooms next door can probably hear. Note that the using the steam room, sauna, jacuzzi (no pool in hotel) is an extra EUR15 per person for 1hr.

Outstanding hotel in all terms. Located a minutes walk from the lifts . Especially loved the workers at the reception; Arthur and Dora just to name a few . Will def return !!

Well what to say, apparently their fantastic business model is based on earning 2.90€ each dinner because basic water is not even included in the half board (just write it somewhere so people are aware). Breakfast and dinner time changes magically without prior notice. Dinner "buffet" becomes magically a fixed menu (with very low choices) because they don't have enough guests. Work in progress performed when the hotel is open to the public, I mean for real? Be aware that you can remain with no light inside the SPA, because nobody checks the changing rooms before closing it. Food intolerances are not even taken in consideration from the booking notes. Is that what "hospitality" means for you?

We are having the best experience, lovely staff and very helpful!! Also went today to the swimming pool with their partner hotel, it was the best day!

On our way home from a very fun week at the Ushuaia. Rooms are nice, location great for the ski lift, tasty food and a reasonable and quality wine list. Montsant is my new favourite region. What makes the hotel great though is the staff. Special mention to Matteo in the restaurant and Sofia in the Kids club ( nice surprise when we arrived that they had one! ). We will hopefully return

This review would have been be an average 3 starts review mainly because of the customer service at the hotel restaurant buffet, which serves average quality food, not child friendly and with an unfriendly staff. Nonetheless, this is a 5 starts review because of Zacarias at the reception, which was an over-the-top, friendly and flawless customer 5 starts service that compensates for the rest. If I am back: it will be because of him. Thanks Zacarias

My family and I spent a fantastic week at the Ushuaia. A very family orientated hotel, its location is perfect with a ski-lift right next door. The hotel is modern and airy with a central atrium and room off. The room was perfect for a family, with sensible open storage along one wall for easy access (eg NOT dark cupboards with doors opening into tight spaces). The bathroom was luxurious with a good shower and plenty of towels. The food was beyond what we expected - buffet style at breakfast and in the evening, with plenty of variety and excellent quality all round. The staff were clearly well trained and helpful and had a great demeanor. I required some information on getting down to La Massana, and the chap on reception (from Brazil) printed off the two bus time tables and also printed off a map and showed me on google earth how to find the stop and the bubble station. Any family staying here will not be disappointed. Recommendations (all small things) - a plug so that shaving is easier / more hooks in the bathroom (applies to every hotel in the world!) / USB charging sockets / harder pillows / better lighting in the lounge. Hotel was really nice and clean. Friendly staff who were all very helpful. 3 man room was really big and all utilities worked perfectly. WiFi worked constantly as well, only fault is that there weren’t enough English channels (or if there were the tv was in a different language so it’s impossible to find). Hotel is literally next to the ski lift so really easy to get up the mountain and hire shop downstairs is really convenient. Would highly recommend👍🏼

This is the most fantastic hotel, with staff that really went out of their way to make our stay special. We are a family with 2 kids (4yrs and 11yrs) - and eating challenges (dairy free and gluten free needs!) not ideal, but they catered for every meal with special treats for our daughters (pancakes, muffins, desserts)... and had the treats waiting every time. Not only that, somehow these magical staff memorised our room from day 1, it was such a personalised service. And to have the ski lift right outside, it couldn’t have been easier as a family. Rooms were very clean and modern, and a lovely view over the snow. Thank you Isaac, Maxi, Solidad... and all of the rest of the staff that I don’t remember the names of sorry! We would love to think we can come back...

Very good hotel ! Clean large rooms ,But I recommend book rooms with mountain view . Breakfast is perfect , parking is free. There’s kinder room .
