Recently used ATS for a private transfer from Toulouse airport, and a shuttle bus return two weeks later. Excellent personal service from Jackie and very quick replies to queries. Would happily recommend them to anyone. The car and shuttle were provided by AndBus, and were perfect, clean and on time

In more years of travelling than I'm prepared to admit to on a public forum I've never come across a better travel agency than this one. If you're looking for a winter holiday, firstly pick Andorra, cos you won't get better snow anywhere for the cost, and secondly, use Andorra Travel Service. They're so helpful from the start and when plans change (BA kept cancelling flights), they made everything so easy. The prices they offer are better than anywhere else too. They're perfect, and a special shout out to Jackie, who responds to every message so quickly that she must never take a day off. I can't wait to go back to Andorra (5 months and counting) and every time we go back, we'll use Andorra Travel Service. Thank you for being so good at what you do

Looking forward to skiing 3rd year in a row in Soldeu but alas flights have been cancelled. The team at ATS have been brilliant, I knew at all times what was happening locally and when I contacted ATS re needing to cancel I had a response within minutes and refund etc sorted out within a day. Guess what, we're now looking to go over in the summer for a bit of cycling and then again in winter next season. Can't speak highly enough about the level of service so they get more business from us. Whilst I'm at it a quick story from last year - I managed to turn up at the wrong place in Soldeu for my lift tickets etc - no problem for ATS they came and found me and had me sorted out in no time. Superb.

Was hoping to have our third years skiing in Andorra with the wonderful ATS but sadly not this year. We had booked for half term and then moved it to Easter- when we cancelled, the refund was done instantly. Amazing service . In more normal tines, we have have great service from them to arrange good value trips to beautiful Andorra . Looking forward to skiing again next year

I have used ATS for a couple of years now. I wouldn’t use anyone else. Great value, excellent customer service. Always very responsive and amazing at problem solving. Booked for this year hoping that all would be good to go. Unfortunately Covid put a stop to that. Booking refunded. Could not recommend them enough. Roll on next year.

Jackie was really helpful with booking Husky Mushing. From getting it booked all the way up to giving me directions on where I need to be once I arrive in El Tarter. I recommend this company to anyone looking to book any activities while in Andorra.

Booked an early July transfer from Toulouse airport to Andorra la Vella (very difficult destination to reach). We arrived at the airport and because I didn't click one of the links in an email I received from the company, we missed our bus. I downloaded the ticket which had all of the pertinent information except the pickup point location. Generally, that information is included in the download, not so in this case. I emailed them to find out if the bus was late. We were left behind because we went to the pickup point that the information desk sent us to. Additionally, we asked another bus driver, showed him the name of the company, and he assured us we were in the correct place. I emailed Jacqui one minute after our departure time. She said we were marked as no-shows, and the next bus would arrive at 3:30pm. We only have one day in Andorra and we're extremely frustrated. If you choose to use this company make sure you click on every link, as their system isn't typical of other travel companies. They didn't even offer to do anything for us in spite of the inconvenience. Instead, Jaqui continued to point out that I only downloaded the ticket without clicking the correct link. Extremely poor customer service. I would look for another company if you have the option.

Andorra Travel Service have been great throughout our booking and leading up to our holiday they advised and answered all our questions quickly. On our arrival the arinsal /pal area had unfortunately shut due to lack of snow. This was completely out of their control but they kept us informed of alternative arrangements and were present at the ordino/arcalis area where we were bused to, to ski to help customers out and answer queries etc. Would highly recommend. I used Andorra Travel Service to book equipment, lift passes and lessons. Jackie was exceptionally helpful and was able to sort out some complicated issues for our group of 12 as we were arriving on dates outside the norm. I would highly recommend them.

If you are heading over to Andorra for a ski holiday anytime soon or simply planning for next year I would certainly recommend Andorra Travel Service. We were recommended this excellent organisation by a fellow skier in resort before the pandemic. We used them this year after our UK tour operator Crystal website crashed and wouldn't allow us to book ski hire and lift passes. Anyway we are really glad we did as we saved an absolute fortune getting a lunch package on piste! You can also book hotels, transfers and all sorts directly with them. Jackie from ATS was literally super quick responding to our pre holiday enquiries and even assisted with sign posting to a ski locker company. Extremely helpful and responsive company. All emails were responded to promptly and everything organized apartment, skis, ski pass and transfers. Easy to pay via the website and keep track of everything booked via the website. Would highly recommend if traveling to Andorra takes the stress out of doing everything yourself and prices will be hard to beat.

Great transfer service from Barcelona to Andorra. All our ski hire and lift passes were ready on arrival. A small error on the lift pass date was quickly remedied. Will use again.

Everyone at Andorra Travel Service throughout our whole holiday process was excellent. From initial basic information, being the cheapest way to book, booking accomodation, lift passes and ski hire online all through the website, slight adjustment of our trip and right through to arriving in resort, everyone at ATS could not have done more to help or be more knowledgeable about all things holiday related in Andorra (specifically Soldeu). I can only highly recommend this service from start to finish of trip and beyond. They were extremely helpful throughout tailoring our group package to our specific needs. All our ski passes, lunch vouchers etc were awaiting us in our hotel on arrival. Any queries we had were dealt with straight away and they were always on hand prior to and during trip for advice. We had a medical emergency whilst on holiday and they were extremely helpful throughout and even followed up with us after the trip. Would definitely recommend and will be using them for our trip again next year.

Can't thank the team enough for helping me when I had a problem with my passport. The team were very helpful with the information and the things I needed to do to get an ETD. If I had filled the online form in correctly it would have been even easier, but I had to rearrange transport back to Barcelona to get the ETD sorted properly.
