While my surgeon was top notch and my PT caring, I cannot in good conscience recommend TCO because of their billing provider, Infinite Health Collaborative. iHealth has been the absolute worst billing provider I've ever met in a health care system. They do not transparently report how they are applying payments to individual visits and when I requested an itemised statement, it was 15 pages long and incredibly difficult to decipher. The icing on the cake is that they told me in Feb that prepayment of my surgery would give me a 10% credit. I prepaid that and by the time they billed me for my surgery, I had already reached my maximum out of pocket. iHealth then proceeded to keep my prepayment for over 6 months while I called repeatedly to inquire about it. Not only did they hold over half a grand of my money for over 6 months, when they finally agreed to apply it to outstanding balances, it was done in an opaque way, and lo and behold, without a 10% credit. DO NOT enter iHealth's billing hell unless you are wiling to be mired in it and building your own spreadsheets over 9 months after you've had the surgery itself - iHealth is truly a gift that keeps on giving. Unfortunately, I won't be going back to my PT for future issues because I don't want to reenter this hellish cycle with iHealth ever again.

I had a very good experience at the Vadnais location. In July, I fractured and broke my ankle. Dr. Vargas took the time to explain what happened to my ankle and what would happen in the healing process. Kyle was my Physical Therapist and he was awesome. He was patient with me and really explained how the PT would work to get my ankle working properly again.

Wow! I have been here for 10 minutes. The lady/nurse/no idea.... she did not tell who she is, smells so strong of patchouli. It instantly gave me a headache that feels like it is turning to a migraine. She left the room and my face is still getting assaulted. I find that rude. What the heck is she trying to cover up.

This is the worst medical facility ever for keeping appointments on time. I'm not a patient here, but have had to take my friend to 3 appointments. The first one, they called her back 53 minutes after her scheduled appointment time. The second time, we sat for an hour and 7 minutes before she was called back. The 3rd time, over 40 minutes past her appt time to be called back. It's completely unprofessional and I have taken time off work for each appointment, meaning this delay is costing me 3 extra hours of PTO just to sit in a waiting room when we came to our appt on time or early. Clearly, they are either incompetent or, worse, the Dr./clinic overbooks appointments in some slimy cash grab, while people lose money taking time off work. I would and will never recommend this facility for anyone. Once? Things happen. Three times? I'm actually infuriated. Why even bother having appointment times if you consistently run hours late. So disrespectful.

Check-in went extremely well. I only waited a few minutes before I was taken to an exam room. X-rays were taken. They treated me and sent me on my way. I would definitely go to them again.

I’ve had interesting experiences while at Twin Cities orthopedics. The doctors will end up changing midway and I received some letter in the mail noting of their dismissal.

I’ve had nerve damage in my left wrist for almost 10 years now & it’s been affecting me at work so i finally decided to get it looked at & after seeing a neurologist & a hand surgeon I was referred to occupational therapy with Wanda Lickteig here at TCO in Vadnais & for the first time in all these years i am starting to get my hand back to normal! I’ve been seeing Wanda for about 10 weeks once a week for therapy & it’s been incredible & something i’ve looked forward to every week it was a serene 45 minutes of relaxation & i’ve learned a whole lot about nerve & muscle health. I didn’t believe in therapy before I saw Wanda, I didn’t think that some stretches were gonna cure my years of extreme constant tingling & numbness, weakness & disabled mobility in my arm & hand, wrist & fingers but I’m so glad I chose to start therapy & I am so grateful I had Wanda as my occupational therapist. She’s a wonderful woman, a great listener & she’s so caring & kind. She also gives great arm massages. She also is very educated & a magic worker, i swear. I’m done with therapy now but continuing my program at home & Im hoping that in another 3 months i’ll fully have my arm & hand back but I’m actually going to miss Wanda & going to therapy! Please if you’re a non-believer like i was just try it out & I 100/10 recommend Wanda here at TCO :) - also the other staff at reception desk have been very nice & welcoming, always quick to answer the phones & I’m never in the waiting room for long & i love this convenient location in Vadnais.

I went to Urgent Care and I was seen with 15 minutes. That was great.

TCO Urgent Care is fantastic, the fact that I can take a loved one directly to an orthopedic clinic after a possible injury takes some of the stress of the situation out of the picture. The person I spoke with at the call center was happy to assist me with finding the best location based on possible wait times, meaning we were seen very shortly after arriving. The clinic staff from beginning to end were kind and listened to us and our concerns/fears. They made sure that our questions were answered and that we knew what options we had as far as treatment was concerned. TCO is our orthopedic clinic of choice for our entire family.

Front desk staff was excellent. However, PA couldn't get rid of me fast enough. Completely dismissed my knee injury and pain, despite my first-hand knowledge of this type of trauma. Suggested I go home and take 600 mg of naproxen 3 x day; not particularly prudent given the long-term toxicity of many OTC medications. TCO's Eagan Urgent Care office was far more comprehensive and respectful when I visited a few years ago.

Communication with the surgeon's team was poor. The office did a bad job collaborating with the surgery center. I had to spend a lot of time and energy advocating for myself. The surgeon had too many gatekeepers and was inaccessible. Efficiency is prioritized over treating the whole person.

Urgent care is a quick way to be seen for minor orthopedic injuries. Rarely any wait time.
