I had one of the worst experiences I've ever had in a Hallmark store. I was looking to spend 100's of dollars to fulfill my associate order for the holiday. I was met with greetings/conversation that was drenched in a patronizing tone. Looking passed the greeting and still fulfill my order, I was met with stares. (Extraordinarily uncomfortable) I've spent thousands of dollars at this location but will not return. I'm writing this in hopes that it reaches the staff members and no one else remotely has a similar experience that I had. Hallmark is a wonderful brand and once was deemed an amazing place to share heartfelt thoughts through your products. It's disheartening that I cannot shop and have a great exchange at one of my favorite stores for the holiday, especially in today's social climate.

I needed a baptism gift and they had a variety of cute options to commemorate the occasion. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Stop by if you need a unique gift for birthday, holiday, wedding, new baby, sympathy, teacher gift, or thank you.

Amy's has the best selection of greeting cards. I was able to purchase great cards. Also, even though the store is packed with cards and collectibles, I navigated well with my walker.

Great little shop. Always loved Hallmark. Was greeted at the door and asked if I needed any help. Besides getting a toy for the grandbabies, I couldn't resist getting a mug for me and one for my son. Lol

Every time I go into a hallmark store, I vow to come back soon, excellent selection of ornaments as expected and I found some extra cute things to gift

Very disappointed, first thing you see when you walk in is a sign discriminating against people who haven't gotten the shot yet. The store it's self was over priced an never once did an employee ask if I need help with anything. Needless to say, I didn't buy anything.
