WARNING ⚠️🚫❌🪳🕷️🪰🦗 DO NOT TRY THIS WHILE TRVEL! STAY AWAY FROM HERE. THIS PLACE ONLY FOR THOSE HATES THEMSELVES AND WANT TO TRY TOUCHING DIRT. Be careful when you come here! If you hate your self come and enjoy with stinky dirty place! Staff were spits at front door and they enjoying too with that! I don’t know what they eats! They just keep chewing all the time and smiles. The place smells terrible! I just have checked-in for 30 second from opening room door and left everything behinds me! The room I booked was the best one they said! DO NOT COME HERE. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE CLOSED FOR EVER.

The room and building was filthy. Dirty sheets and garbage left in the bins. No toilet paper or toiletries. Heard noises throughout the entire night (someone running around, water running). Upgraded for a “deluxe room with city view” and there wasn’t even a window in the room. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Wasn't impressed at all ..wasn't worth the effort booking it ...toilet seat wasn't fixed to basin ...all batteries in remotes flat ...door for bathroom only opens half way as it hits the sink ..and doesn't close ...the handle is about to fall off also ..room I was in deffo needs new mattress only book if nothing else available

Stayed here back in June of 2019. The place is much worse than its pictures suggest. The bedding in my mattress were busted, so the springs inside were digging into my back the entire time I slept there, which thankfully wasn't too many nights, as I soon found a local lady friend who was kind enough to provide me accommodations free of charge, and so only kept the room here as a temporary storage space. But in the end, if you're staying here, it's probably because you're broke as I was. In the end, you get what you paid for.

Avoid this hotel well as Harry residence with the same owner!!!! I booked sukhumvit 20 but told to stay in HR. Don't trust neither the recent reviews on agoda and google. Don't judge by the dated photos. The reviews way back in the past were really poor. Save yourself find a better place but not stay here.Not even one minute. Rude owner with weak customer service. Poorly maintained building and unsuitable for hotel guests to stay. Room is filfy, stinks, bedding, pillows with bad odor and too smelly. No daily cleaning. There are cheaper places for much better value. NO CHAIR. NO SOAP, NO TOILET ROLL. NO COFFEE. WALL CLOCK NOTRUNIING. AC REMOTE NOT WORKING.the only good thing is the WiFi so far it is fast and stable. This is not the place you will get the price your paid for, contrast with the owner said to me this is what you paid for, you should not complain. The hotel should not be allowed for taking guests!!!!

DO NOT STAY HERE Rooms are disgusting. Old, dirty and clearly not cleaned often. Owner made threats to kill to me and friend. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Look, you're in the heart of bangkok next to all the action and its the cheapest place to stay. Don't expect staying at some hi-so place for 600bt. It's great value for the money if you're looking for a cheap place to stay in the heart of all the action. The owner and the staff are extremely friendly and you will feel welcomed the moment you arrive. It's hard to beat that kind of experience when traveling

Avoid it like plague. Giant cockroaches in the room, yellow stains on the bed sheet. Foul smell in the fridger with lump of hairs. Air condition didn’t work, owner was rude and simply did nothing after complaints. Room was on 4th floor with very high stairs. Very dusty rooms. We booked for 18 nights, but went to another hotel and didn’t get our money back. Worst experience ever.

This hotel is very conveniently located and the owners are super sweet. I was able to stay there my first weeks in Thailand and I felt so safe and taken care of by the owners. The views from the windows look out on the street & the rooms are comfortable. Definitely a great price for great location and great care!!! I hope to stay with them in the future.

Oh my God the worst experience ever. it felt like a nightmare I couldn't even last 2 hours I had to leave even though I paid for 2 days. first room was on first floor room number 11 smelled like mold it was so strong I felt it in my nose and then started getting a headache within 20 minutes even after leaving the hotel I still feel a headache. they changed me to a different room but unfortunately the aircon did not work in both rooms. there was no TV remote either. both beds are super painful the coils were digging into my body. Second room bathroom smelled really bad. Both rooms had no windows, no fresh air and air conditioning not working. No water provided either. Wifi wasn't working. This was the first time I actually left a hotel.

The worst place to stay in Bangkok. The pictures they showed in agoda or online booking sites are fake. The room is SUPER SMALL. Smelly room n toilet. The door and the wall is dirty. I warn you people. Do not stay here!

The location is very much convenient to travel around. Rooms were pretty small but the air conditioners worked fine. The boy who sits in the front desk, Santosh, was very helpful and took great care of us. I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for an affordable price.

Third class guest house, very small room, dirty smell, filled of water bathroom floor, dirty bathroom, staff check room at midnight. I don't know why.

The room was very small, there was a peculiar smell, no tissues, no drinking water, the towel was torn and the attitude was bad.😔😔

So amazing just 5 minutes from bts next to 7/11 and massage comfortable bed hot shower and cheap . Could not ask for more .

Room clean, comfortable to sleep, the Air conditioner in good condition. The service really good, people there nice, they give us recommendation to holiday!! I really like it because nice service always make a good accomodation

Stayed there last night with my friend. And I can say it out loud that this is worst one I’ve ever been in my life. The service was horrible and the workers’ manners were absolutely disgusting. They barged into my room even there was a sign said “do not disturb”. And when we tried to inform the receptionist about it, instead of receiving an intentional apology, he said “everyone can make a mistake..” like never mind maybe we were just too stupid to choose this hotel in the first place 🤷🏽‍♀️
