Good rooms. Clean. Very good service. But Goibibo, oyo etc give 12 hr checkout whereas if u book it with the hotel directly, they will give 24 hr checkout at anytime at same rate. So do note that. Wonderful hotel. Breakfast was also tasty and good. Decent view from window.

A good hotel with good food and courteous staff. It is very close to the airport. We got a room on the 6th floor from where the view was great. The room was small but well equipped and had a lot of storage. House keeping was timely and prompt. Mr. Lenin in the restaurant personally attends the guests. The food was really tasty. Breakfast was buffet and dinner was a la carte. I enjoyed dinner more as they took a lot of time and prepared it as per our choice. 5 star to the restaurant. They provide safety locker, bathroom slippers etc on demand if it's already not there. I have given one star less to the hotel only because the wifi was terrible in our room and once the two water bottles in the room get over, they provide more bottles but charge 30/- per bottle. Overall our stay was very satisfactory and I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

This is anything but a 5 star hotel. We had ordered buffet for around 30 people. The food was below average. The service too was very bad. We lost power around 3 times and even the AC was turned off while we were in the hall. We were forced to leave early because of the heat. Really bad experience.

Arguably one of the best places in the locality to conduct banquets. There is a variety of options to choose from the lunch/ dinner buffet menu, and the chef is keen to help you choose the best combinations for the event. The quality of food is top-notch. The attitude of service staff is commendable. Arranging a banquet for 60+ persons was so convenient for me - thanks to the chef and service staff for their organization skills and 'no compromise on quality' attitude - very much appreciated.

It was a wonderful stay at Diana Heights. We stayed for three days. Rooms and bathrooms were super clean. Amenities provided were very satisfactory. Excellent room service, they were always quick in solving our issues. Front office people and the manager were so polite and co-operative. Restaurant atmosphere is very calm, delightful and served quality tasty food. Breakfast buffet was wonderful with less spiciness levels so that kids can enjoy. Overall our stay was very pleasant and will definitely recommend the hotel to others.

Fraud hotel. We booked hotel from Yatra and when we reached at the hotel the staff said hotel is fully booked and no room available. Also they said there is no booking on our name which is false. They kept us waiting for 2 hr at lobby just to convince us to take a 3 star hotel instead which was completely their fault . It's not what I expected from a 5 star property. Please don't book this hotel .

We booked a daytime stay and it was wonderful. The rooms were really nice, staff were really friendly, professional and helpful and the food was so delicious- it was such a great warm welcome to Kerala (it was my first time travelling to India). They do have free wifi and airport shuttle which can be booked in advance. The overall quality for the price we paid was excellent. The only thing that I would improve is the shower which didn’t have water that was hot but just lukewarm, but still the shower was nice and all bathrooms were clean.

Service is too good, rooms are neet, clean and spacious. Staff is humble and ready to provide services. It's only 5km away from international airport at reasonable price

Recently I had the opportunity to stay at the Diana Heights Hotel in Cochin. Located close to the airport so it was very convenient after a tiring day of flight time. The hotel was very nice and the rooms were really good for me. Staffs were very welcoming and polite. They provided good quality meals too. Overall very satisfied with the service.

It's a nice place, convenient for the traveller's comfort, but little congested to adjust for 4 guest in a room with 2 adult and 2 children's. Otherwise rooms are very clean, all members are very co-operative. It's a great experience to stay in a five star property like Diana Heights Hotels in Kochi. Thank you Diana, see you soon again.

Location is a big plus if you're flying off hours as it is closer to airport with 10 minutes drive. Also, staff were really helpful with our ad-hoc requests. Overall it was a comfortable stay.

Location is good, food was okay but the room was not great bed was like 100 years old no support at all for the bedding. And the towels were all old and broken.

My son's Marriage Fixation ceremony held in month of September 2023 at Hotel Diana Heights .Hall was spacious,air conditioned and elegant. Banquet Hall was very nice .Meals served were delicious and tasty.Rooms are well maintained. This hotel excels in hospitality, cleanliness and neatness. Proximity to airport and Athani Junction on NH 47 is an added advantage.

A decent place to stay. It is very close to the airport. Only takes about 8-10 mins by Cab. The restaurant is also great. There are also a lot of food outlets within 100-200 Mt of the property. The only improvement needed is at the reception desk. They need to be more organised and respond promptly.

Located very close to the Airport.Staff were excellent very friendly and professional. Food at the restaurant was great and spa facilities were available although I didn't have time to make use of them. Only downside was the rooms needed updating as it seemed quite dated but overall it was a great stay.

I stayed here for 1 day in two rooms. Rooms were good but AC wasnt that much good and no fans in room also. Food was excellent and very tasty. For Breakfast its worth the money. Night shift guy need some training in handling customers.

Stayed here one night. The hotel ac is centralized and there is a knob in the room to adjust the temperature. Knob in our room was not working. So by ten o clock room temperature was 15 degree or something. I called the reception and complained. They recommended me to switch of the ac. No other solutions. Pathetic...

I went for a marriage function. Wallet parking mainly and is managed properly. Good looking reception area. Mini hall for function also good. Centralised air conditioned. Dining area was bit congested. Overall nice experience.

The aura created by the well-lit Diana Heights, the mouth watering aromas of various delicacies and the mind blowing performances throughout the party hours along with the delightful staffs together made my day. The stay in this hotel was awesome and the ambience was serene, suitable for families. Above all the staffs were friendly and helping, especially the FOM did an awesome service there.

Hotel situated in the NH side itself and near to airport road. Easy access to airport. Rooms are excellent, well maintained. Wide Parking facility noted. Foods are good in taste. Room rates are reasonable. You can recommend anyone. Such a lovely ambience and safe for family too. Bar / restaurant facility also available. 👍👍👍👍

It is just ok hotel in a sense that you may not have any major complains but you will not also be very delighted with your stay there. There is no warmth in their welcome neither they seems to be very familiar with hospitality concepts.Whatever be asked for room service,that will be provided but there is no proactiveness anywhere in their approach.Admin staff are too novice to know about your arrival and departure schedule and they will take forever to find out what is being asked.If holiday is in your mind,don't choose this hotel,probably for too busy official trip,it might be considered,since then all these aspects of services will not be in mind.

The hotel was good. The food was yum. The quantity of food was less for the price charged though. The hotel is just 5 km from the airport. You can reach the airport in 10 minutes from here. The hotel has a functional swimming pool, good lifts and there was staff to carry your stuff to your room. The best thing about the hotel was the happy cheerful staff . Also the girls at receptions are really good at their work. I forgot the name of the girl at the reception but she helped us with lot of stuff, I wish I could remember her name. We had a early morning flight so she helped us and provided us the packed breakfast. The only bad thing about the hotel was that their wifi was not working. A good stay if you want to stay really close to the airport.

The environment was lovely and convivial.The hotel is nearly 5 km away from the Cochin international airport and the location is really convenient. The parking space is also adequate. Rooms are lavish and priced reasonably. One of the finest hotels to stay near airport.

This hotel is great! The location is perfect. It's within walking distance of many attractions and restaurants. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the amenities were top of the line. Airport, railway station and metro station are also near and easy access. I had an amazing experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great experience.

Cleanliness has been a slight concern, the bed sheets and pillow covers were initially not changed and rooms not dusted. However, the staff quickly got us fresh linen when we mentioned. The restaurant has stained table cloths which put us off from having dinner later. Staff were polite, check out was hassle free and the hotel arranged a cab for us for airport drop immediately after we requested, which was a great help, hence the 4 stars.
