Loved the place. Swimming pool is dirty.Sliders and others insects are their but regular cleaning of pool is done by them.The room is very very clean.The food is good but their service is very very slow. The location is good if you have a flight to catch in 2 to 3 days otherwise located far-away from the city. The bathroom iss very nice. The staff are very nice. This hotel advertises itself as a luxury, 5-star hotel. It definitely is not. The room smelled of cigarette smoke and had a dirty floor - my feet got grimy from walking around. The hotel bar played loud music near my room all evening - not a good thing for any hotel, especially one where guests want to rest before or after a flight. They overcharge for transport to the airport. The gym was closed, and the pool looked not very well-maintained. The staff member at reception was unfriendly and unwellcoming.

A very good place to chill with family and friends. Everything was nice and cool except the behaviour of the staff named Vijitha. We had booked our stay and our actual checkout time was supposed to be 12pm whereas this staff asked us to check out at 11 itself since they had another group booking. We denied to do so since it was not our problem and we felt every guest should be treated with equal importance. However this staff again reassured to us that we should be checking out at sharp 12 in a threatening tone which really made us upset. Rest of the staffs were very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our time in pool 😊

Went for a wedding.... The convention hall is spacious and arranged in a very smart way... It was comfortable. The place is close to airport. There is a very narrow road upto destination (around 500m) otherwise location is good....

Overall, I had a great experience with the SAJ Earth resort, staff was incredibly helpful especially Mr. Benjamin George was so friendly and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate a birthday weekend.

I checked in on Dec 30, 2022 into Room 216 and I had an early morning flight on Dec 31. First I was shocked to find out that they did not have an airport shuttle. Googling the hotel before booking had indicated they had a free airport shuttle. One of the reasons I chose a hotel close to the airport was the ability to get to the airport without hassle in the morning. They said they could book me a car to take me to the airport and wanted 750 rupees for a 2 km ride! I had invited a friend over to discuss some joint projects and he arrived at 7:40 PM. I went to the reception to meet him and take him to the room, I was informed that visiting hours would end at 8 pm! I was incredulous. Did I check into a hospital or a prison that my guests had visiting hours? They said my guest could stay later but insisted I give them a time my guest would depart by. At that point, I felt like packing my bags and leaving and finding a different hotel, but I was too tired, so I told them 10 pm. My guest departed around 9 pm. My guest said they were rude to him and made him show his aadhar card and made a copy of it before they even called my room. When I used the bathroom in the middle of the night, I noticed that the water wasn't coming through the taps and the flush wasn't working either. I called front desk and they told me their water pressure was low and water had been turned off and it would be turned on again at 5 AM. I told them I had to get up at 5:30 and get ready to go to the airport and they assured me I would be fine. I wake up at 5:30 and the water is barely a trickle and there was no hot water. I called front desk again and they sent someone to fix the problem and the person couldn't fix it. They again told me about their water pressure problem without a single word of apology. I had a long international flight to catch and understandably wanted to be clean before I started my journey. I somehow managed to fill a bucket of cold water from the trickle and managed to brush my teeth, shave and shower using it. Quite an ordeal before my 29 hour air journey! When I checked out, there was not a word of apology for the inconvenience. One of the front desk clerks was nice enough to call me an uber from her phone (I didn't have an Indian phone) and that was the only nice thing about the stay otherwise it was an absolute nightmare and the exact opposite of what I thought I was signing up for - a nice restful night at a 4+ star hotel near the airport. Hope prospective visitors read this review and think twice before booking a stay here. I will be posting this to all the travel sites I can find. Hope others can benefit from my traumatic experience.

Hospitality is too good. We played in swimming pool for whole night with friends. They charged us 4.5k for one room, its feels ok at the end of the day.The spa is also good,It was a pleasant experience and I hope to come back soon.

Run down property that was probably good once but hasn't been taken of properly for years. Wallpapers are coming off, scratches on the wall, and badly stitched bedsheets. Pool is clean but looks dirty because paint from around the walls is also coming off. Needs a major do-over! First room I was given was the category below what we had paid for and smelled of cold smoke. After some convincing, they gave me another. Still not the category we had paid for. The ones we paid for were all taken somehow. At night, drunk men were out drinking and partying until almost midnight. Loudly plunging into the pool. I then got to switch to that room the next morning after my husband had spoken to the manager. Just in time for me to get ready for the wedding foe which we had booked the hotels hall. We had dinner at the restaurant once and had to wait over an hour for food to arrive. Even then dishes arrived with so much difference in time that there wasn't much eating it together. In the end, despite both my parents and I having to stay in a cheaper room for one out of our two nights and us paying loads to celebrate our wedding reception at their hall, they still had the audacity to charge us 500rs for a towel that had a small make up stain on it that could easily be washed off. Only good part to mention was that the some of the staff were quite nice. Overall, I do not recommend staying here. There are much better hotels close to the airport.

Hi All, i booked this resort after watching video on their official website. However, the resort is not maintained at all in reality. 1) early checked in at 11:30 am they charged 1700 rs extra though room was vacant an ready. Till date, none of the hotels have done when rooms were free. 2)Kids area all equipment are rusted. 3) Swimming pool floor is having black marks. 4) small boat is given only for 30 min each room 5) airport is hardly 1.7 km, no complementary drop, if you want a drop 780rs will be charged. 6) it is not at all 5 star property only a 3 star 7) no floor mat in bathroom, full bathroom was wet after bath with taps and flush leaking 8) kettle and tea/coffee stuffs kept in bathroom area 9) Recreation room - no carrom board powder when we asked. 10) table tennis table broken, net is loose and bats are broken. Attached picture for reference. I will not recommend it to anyone. You are paying too much for bad facilities.

The website images ans the actual at the location a huge difference.Hotel rooms are not maintained at all. AC was making noise, there is no water in the pool, poor room service. Breakfast quality and the spread was very poor. All together my holiday messed up. Spa was another ultimate disaster. Enjoyment what we couple expected on a holiday was a complete mess.

Extremely bad experience! Even though the pool timing is 7 to 7,people were drunk and were still using the pool till night 9.They were screaming and intruding into our privacy.The phones from room to connect to the reception was out of service,back to back power cuts,no proper power backup. Inroom service was very much lagging,the food we ordered took half to one hour to get served to the room.Even though we informed the manager about our bad experience ,we felt he dint consider our issues.wont recommend this resort to anyone!

Excellent hotel near airport (5 min by car). All staffs are very cooperative, they will help us a lot. Food was delicious, swimming pool was marvelous, there is a pool side bar available in here,beautiful garden, gym room and game room where you can find a snooker table. Loved this place😍

While the food quality was disappointing with burnt tandoori chicken and hair in the dessert, the staff and service were good. The bug infestation in the room, particularly the presence of a millipede, is concerning and impacted the experience. On a brighter note, the recreation room provided enjoyable activities. Overall, there were both positive and negative aspects to our stay, leading to a 3-star rating.

Had a wonderful day at the resort. Good enough parking space. Blue bar was a bit too dark for my taste. But the outdoor seating area was nice.

One of the worst ever experienced I have had in the resort. - At the time of check in they are not prepared with room which we have booked - In room dining service is worst then ever I have experienced in my life. What we order food and what they provide are very different. The staff on the call are not actively understood our order and cut the call. - charges are soo expensive, they are making people full. I have experience that in room mini bar price and room dining facilities prices are also varies which should not people expect while booking a good resort in Cochin. Bad experience 😔😔

Location wise very good. Not all rooms are maintained properly, mostly AC related issues. Room service or food service is a little bit lagging otherwise a very good place to visit..

Very bad experience. Every food is super expensive and not good and tasty at all. Mini bar is super expensive and they still add gst and tax on their overpriced menu. 9 small prawns cost you 500 plus gst plus tax. It tasted like rubber. Soft drink cost you 90 rs plus gst plus tax. It says 90 rs in menu. But you will be charged extra on top of the price mentioned Coffee table is located in Bathroom. When ever you take a bath in hot shower, all moisture will stick on the coffee table items and you never like it. It's my first and last in this place. 6500 plus for room and 2000 for room service. You can easily find better service and better plavr and better food in other places for less than 3000... Pool is dirty and not maintained well. I don't recommend this place to anyone. Please don't go to this hotel.

SAJ resort a 5 star hotel near cochin airport and a huge area in resort and they well maintained hotel and good service and nice coustmer service and taxi will get from here they collabrate. And a room rent starts different price and a huge swming pool and a drinks area and at night they provide a music night for there coustmers and they provide a battery 3 seater vehicle for room service its also nice and a huge reception area and dining space good for out side travellers for the kochi travel packges nice night ambiance and nice dealing with coustmers and they provide a small events like reception and marriage functions. And a 50 car will parks in the parking area

“It’s very disappointing to say that my stay at the popular Sai Earth Resort was a nightmare. When we ordered food, on three occasions, twice we found hair in it. After I complained to the kitchen and the booking third-party app, they have not even called back to inquire, which has been a terrible experience with MakeMyTrip and Sai Earth Resort in Kochi, near Nedumbassery Airport. The second significant issue was with their toilet and bathtub; it’s a complete mess. When we take a bath, the water flows out, flooding the room. I think it was initially designed to be a bathtub, and since it was removed, the water doesn’t drain properly. It was a truly disappointing and upsetting experience.”

The stay was amazing. Their service is really great and food and everything was great. It is a great place to go and relax. It is very quiet and nature friendly. Overall it was an amazing experience really loved it

Rooms connected to the pool. Very close to Cochin airport. The facility management team doesn't listen to the guest desk. They took 3hrs to fix a small lock. It was finally done after the intervention of their GM.

Saj Earth is a good place. The main reason I go here to enjoy the pool bar. Their Sitting arrangement is excellent, nice Cabanas, Tents. Food is decent. Fish and Paneer Pakoda is excellent and drinks are reasonably fine.

Beautiful place, amazing service from staff... Clean and well maintained rooms and surroundings. Very close to the airport but, does not feel the hustle and bustle of the main road close by. Perfect venue for hosting a wedding, reception or official events. 24 hour room service. Loved the beautiful swimming pool and the pool facing rooms. Perfect for a weekend getaway with family or friends.

Very good resort for leisure travellers. Good rooms, good amenities, close to airport. Family friendly. Swimming pool is clean and very very big and is TRP of this resort. Food/drinks taste is good but too, too expensive. Either increase the quantity or reduce the price. Some times room service is slow. Internet is sloppy. Overall a good resort for anyone looking for relaxation.

I visited the bar at Saj Earth Resorts expecting a quality service, but got disappointed. It was at the noon time, me & my friends ordered a few drinks. We asked for side dishes and got an unexpected response. They told food items are not available at the time as the chef is having lunch. I'm wondered to know that there is only one chef at a 5 star hotel bar. One of my friend was teetotaler and ordered a fresh lime for him. That also was not served as the chef was having food. We were there for more than one hour and the chef was not back after having lunch all these while. I seriously doubt whether this chef having lunch is a cooked up story. We also went to the washroom, which was not at all clean and half of the taps were not working. I'm not able to understand how they are maintaining the 5 star hotel status with this kind of pathetic service. I'll not recommend this hotel, if you are planning to have a couple of drinks with some side dishes, especially at noon!

A wonderful place for your holidays. Used to stay here for a couple of times. The rooms are well maintained, well trained staffs. And the Guest Relations Manager Tanya, Simply superb with her problem solving skills.

Heaven on earth. Beautiful property. Construction of swimming pool with direct access to the rooms is the highlight of this resort. Rooms are good. Food is good. Other facilities are recreation centre, health club and ball room. Kids play zone needs some improvement. All the staffs are courteous and humble. Especially the reception staffs are very kind and humble. Round the clock staffs we're available..Overall nice resort to enjoy for couple of days with your loved ones.

It was a wonderful experience.the rooms are very spacious and clean.Ambiance in the property was great. All staff are good attitude special thanks to ms kani for making our perfect stay we will surely come back.

Over all a good place. But we had a pathetic welcome experience where the rooms weren't ready even by 4:30PM. Generally issues happen but its not acceptable when you had 4hrs gap between 11AM checkout time and 3PM check-in time, at the least someone should have had the courtesy to inform this earlier and not make the entire family wait after they showing up. Pros: 1. Ambience & property is good although in a smaller area, pool side room gives a good experience 2 Olympic length pool. Although quality of water and pool surface is not great. But i liked you not imposing restrictions on guests 3. Food is above average; limited options but does the job 4. Rooms are also fine if not the very best in this range. Speed to serve guests is also just fine but i felt it could have been slightly better and consistent Cons: 1. Welcome experience is pathetic. There are no guards in the entrance and manager to handle any escalation. Receptionist are not enabled and incompetent to handle frustrated guests 2. Bathrooms could have more mats since the bath areas is right next to comood and not seperated by glass pannel but just a curtain with opening in the bottom. The shower knob comes off and the flush is pathetic, i need to use all my force for 5 mins to flush. Finally had to use a bucket to flush 3. No complementary breakfast is not good when everywhere its a norm. You can charge extra but that's basic. You don't want to disappoint the guest who would either way pay for it 4. 3PM check-in time is not best in class. You are grossly understaffed 5. It's a practice to get the in-room dinning signed so that the check out experience is faster. I feel you have a lot to do here I think you have the good place and a potential to be 4.5 rated if you have the will.

Overall experience was good. Rooms : Very basic. Few important elements were missing like room dustbin, room slippers etc. Consider it as a normal 2-3 star hotel room. Main attraction point is swimming pool which was 24*7 accessible. Service: Good. They have one service number (reception) for everything which delays the whole process of getting fast service. Hi iam Vikram, we four Rotarians went from coimbatore to cochin for a conference on 2nd July 2022, after viewing lots of property in travell apps we decided to select this wonderful resort SAJ Earth resort which is very near to the airport and for a surprise our conference hall was also near to this place. This place is simply amazing. The views are amazing from our rooms and even from outside its beautifully done. The staff are extremely friendly. The food at the SNJ resort is also very tasty. I thought its a bit far from cochin so the food might not be up to mark but the chef and the team have cooked really really tasty food. The Pool is neat and well maintained ,we spent almost most of our stay inside the pool...we had fun like mad and it was raining in between in during our stay. The rooms are surrounded buy the pool & to enter the pool is just a step from room is another highlight. The staff i cannot stop praising them as they were such kind people out there. Startibg from the security,bunny driver,room boys The front office team and the staffs special mention to them "Pooja,Foya,Kani". Overall we just did not want to leave that place it was that good ! Loved our stay !I would recommend to all you must stay atleast once ,then it will be a practice you will go again and again...cheers to ALL.

We stayed at Saj for only one night, since we had morning flight from Cochin, but the hospitality was on point. They had some water issue which they did mention but they made sure our stay wasn’t hampered due to it. They also upgraded our room to pool access. The resort is beautiful, clean and ambience is amazing, so is the pool. The food was really good, and the overall vibe was relaxing and peaceful. The checkout was quick next day morning and they surprisingly offered us free airport drop as part of their apology, which we weren’t expecting. Overall a wonderful experience for what was supposed to be just a short stay.

Chose saj earth resort for a quick getaway from our daily stressful life. Booked the pool villa for our stay. Rooms I believe are overly priced for the condition they are in now but not to the extend of quoting it as a complaint. Staffs were mostly non Keralite in origin - they were very courteous and took real good care of their guests. Food provided was also really good . The issue I had was with the telephone operated there. I called a day before just to confirm my booking and his (a Malayali) attitude was really irritating. Even thought of cancelling my booking but I just went ahead with it and I should say I really enjoyed it. Thank you - will recommend for quick getaways

Hotel ambience is very good. The service is poor. We were there on Christmas eve and they were not serving any food to the rooms. A better service would have made it a perfect evening though. The food was not upto the mark and considering the price of buffet it is really bad.

Pool facility was awesome Check-in procedures too long, still can understand they need to verify properly. Xmas dinner was disappointing, with rotten mutton rogan ghosh and chef stating smell it was due to mustard oil, which is not true. Bathroom drain got stuck after a shower and needed huge cleaning, they fixed the drain but no one turned up to clean. We did order a bottle of water thru room service costing Rs 52, paid 100, but didnt have balance to pay us, asked them to keep. We bought our own soda, same brand as in the mini bar, after check-out they called us to pay for the mini bar soda which we never used, at least they could have considered, but still called me to pay up after checkout Front desk and management is unfriendly, wouldnt bother returning again due to this unpleasant experience even after paying ridiculous fare of Rs 26,000 for 2 rooms for overnight stay.

I would have given 6 stars but they allow 5 at the most!! Saj is all things splendid. Hospitable staff, prompt service, serene ambience, lovely food and spic and span rooms. Looking to return and also use heli-taxi service next time. Being 5 mins from the airport is like icing the cake and having the cherry too. Decently priced services make it within reach for most. It's a good Resort facing the airport. We could see the flights taking off and landing in the airport. The ambience is like an old resort but the facilities provided here are the best.

Property is nice. Can be maintained better. Bathroom drainage was a challenge including basin. Recreation centre can be considered as not available- as none of the things inside was in working/playable condition. Pool is the USP, nicely maintained and big.

Negative: i paid around 5,500 INR for one day. but No breakfast. No receipt. No Tub. Very worst service. asking all are ID Proof copy. i think if we paid this amount in another any hotel, they will do best. Also i saw black Centipedes in table, i informed to supervisor and then they came and remove that animals. so be carefull. receptionist also rough character. so please speak carefully. Positive: Nice pool for family.

The wrap-around pool gives every room a direct access to the pool! Inflatable boats and swim-up bar makes it possible to spend a day and early night in or near the water. The tropical rainforest like ambiance is very nice. Staff is very helpful and friendly
