    They offer great trainers and gym equipments. Also there is a changing room. Entrance door has a locking system which only allows the members to pass. The gym also have more-than enough ventilating fans and lights.

    Good trainers and training. Kannan, Praveen and Anoop they do their job very well. They give diets planning and check with us every week. There is a high level cardio exercise section every Saturday conducted by Anoop.

    It doesnot have any option to workout from 9AM-12PM. probably some option could have been good... Space is too less and seems to be crowded..

    Equipments are there... Non AC...Extra charge for Treadmill usage ......Tooooooo much rush...You wont get a corner to stand a sec to take a breath. 😱
