At cochi airport. This is nice.

Mr Saran. Mr Jubi and Mr Ijaz were of great customer service and satisfaction Their service was outstanding and the ambience was outstanding Recommended dishes are Chicken lollipop, Beef and prawns were delicious

Excellent place to hang out with drinks and delicious starters. Reasonable pricing. Great view of the airport.

The ambiance of the Hangar Bar in the airport is lovely. It is well designed , it is large and very well lit One can have his drink while waiting for his or her flight watching the flights land or take off. The lush green outfield is truly soothing to the eyes BUT THE GOOD THINGS ABOUT THE AIRPORT STOPS RIGHT THERE. The cost of a bottle of beer is 550 rupees. While paying so much the bar must respect this an give decent snacks. The service guy acta as if he hates his job. He has forgotten to smile and any small requests are stopped with one single line ”The kichen is closed" Any bar in India charging this much would give the basic snack of peanuts or chips. But in the Hangar Bar what they give the customer is a tiny bowl of Brittania cheeslings 😀 which is so tasteless. Since i could not eat that terrible thing I requested if they could give me some peanuts or chips and they said that the kitchen is closed. I don't know why a kitchen should be open to serve potato chips or peanuts??? I respect the management of this airport who are doing a great job in managing this lovely airport but the bar services must be looked into seriously. Since i could not try and other dish "because the kitchen was closed" I cannot comment on the food quality.

Terrible experience. Didn’t bring the salad that came with the food I ordered - after asking three times for it, and being given different excuses, I gave up and asked for small discount as a result. The waiter’s boss (cashier) then suddenly became what I can only call abusive - extremely rude and aggressive, calling me a beggar, saying it was because I was non Indian, wouldn’t listen to what i was saying. Shouted that he would call the police or airport security then blamed his staff. Changed his story three times about what had happened (including that i had received it, and then that the salad did not exist). Do not go there.

We ordered a large bottle of Budweiser, which was listed on the menu, only to be informed that they did not have any. We had several other attempts to order from the menu, no luck. Eventually we had success, a bottle of Kingfisher beer was 450 Rupees and a gin and tonic was 801.56 Rupees including taxes our 2 drinks was 873 Rupees, roughly £10. Once we sorted out the drinks, we attempted to order some masala peanuts, listed on the menu, we should not have been surprised but they did not have them. Not the most efficient staff, they certainly did not seem all that bothered. A list of what is not available off the menu would have been better.

The ambience is good, poor service, the bartender made me a bagpiper on the rocks instead of black laber. When I asked he argued and said “you asked for black pepper, this is black pepper whiskey” I felt like poor guy doesnt even know what he is doing there… I calmly reordered my drink, wasted bagpiper(I never drink Indian whiskey btw) but paid for his mistake too, tipped him well and walked out as a gentleman as always!!!! I might visit again

A quick stopover for a beer is what brought us here. This place is just average.

Worst airport bar I ever experince.. People working there do not know what is customer service, they were into their on interest. I order Bacardi black and beer which tastye like water I came out in the same feel I went in which is not the case for a bar. Waiter are good but the cashier is the bad man.

Unprofessional & pathetic service by the manager. They discarded (threw out) our food. Irritating & disturbing construction was ongoing during customer hours. Mr. Jubin was very unprofessional The manager xyz was very very unprofessional & rude, that he could not even tell us his name. I wouldn't give them half a star. Pathetic people.

Dont order beef dishes from here! Order Only if you want to have a nice facial muscle exercise! Too hard for a bite . Pathetic service

Large clean space, beautifully designed and well maintained. Lovely view. Sadly the ONLY Beer available was Kingfisher Storm, a premium priced Strong beer. Limited choice of food too. Not the best experience 😕

The bar has an amazing view. Overlooking the runway at Cochin International Airport. This bar has a large seating area, and you can enjoy your drink looking at planes landing and taking off. Loved the experience. Do stop by, if you have time.

Rude service…doesn’t have the sense how to treat people who come to the bar…definitely the staff needs to change their attitude as place is very good.

Nice ambience and good service. Staff was amazing. It was very relaxing before my long flight and it has an amazing view.

Decent bar, though overpriced. I was traveling with a friend and when we realised it was time to go the gate, I went to the toilet, came back and started walking out with my friend, assuming he had paid the bill. We had heavy backpacks and were walking very slowly, we get to the gate and found out it was too late to get on the flight. The waiter from the bar came to us and requested we pay the bill, we immediately apologised and offered him cash but he said please c come back up, since the manager was being abusive to him. I went up explained our confusion and paid the bill, as I was walking out, the manager Jishnu starts being abusive to me saying I should apologise to him etc. Later after we booked another flight and I went back for the receipt, he straight up said he lost it, was abusive yet again and threatened to call the cops on us and that we would never leave the airport. At this point we were just stunned and walked out. I feel bad for the waiter who had to deal with his attitude every day.

Very bad bar, don't go there. Staffs are not courteous. They served smelling food. If you complaint then they will argue with you. They will take all the guest very casually. Please please don't go

Quiet and comfortable place to wait for your flight. Has a bar and buffet services. Entry is Rs 1000, free for few special credit card holders.
