Their prices are very high and their attitude is very bad to customers. They only want to make money. I had to pay more than the company allowed price for an item which is on sale in the company site and their explanation was the items sold by the company is poor quality compared to the item they sell in their shop and this is not true. Last year I bought another item from them and since I am an NRI, the warranty was not useful and the product didn't work at all. I would never buy anymore from them and would not recommend this shop.

I bought 2 clock from this store I year ago.. This one, complaint more than 3 time in warranty period. All the time when I reached this store to rectify it. They would say they changed the machine.. And am wondering how come both machine got complaint in span of 1 week.. Very bad experience this time… Didn’t expect from such reputed org.

Bad customer care & service. For any kind of small repair, they collect money saying they have done servicing also. But within one month, the same defect happens. When I approached them second time, the staff told me that atleast I used it for 1 month! Her behaviour was indescent.
