It's a small store and collections seems to be low compared to other lenskart. AC was not working when I visited and it was a horrible experience to shop. On the NH and parking is limited

The lenskart shop in angamaly doesn't have good collections. Their customer service is very poor.

The models displayed i feel is targetted at New generation. Not much choice for oldies like me. Eye test facility is available free of charges. They test eye elaborately and discuss the result with customers rather than just test, leave you to buy from their shop. The ophthalmologist tests, discuss with you, write the power of glass needed and handover the prescription. They don't insist you to purchase from their shop. This is a speciality I observed there.

Already having insurance policy for 1 year gold clud somthing member..but rejected replacement.......after checking my review customer care contacted me and arranged an replacement...good service thanku

To check my order delivery details called the customer care, call got disconnected before I could speak with the customer care representative. It happened twice on the same day. It really gives me some apprehension about the quality and after service. Are they really good as they claims to be!

This is my third order after I became GOLD member in April, 2023. Staff executives are very pleasant & polite & extremely helpful in selecting frames by the customers. Moreover, the estimated waiting time for obtaining the frame separately is approximately five days. While this arrangement may be inconvenient for some, it is important to adhere to their procedures.

The staff behaved very badly to us. We purchased a product by giving the specifications, now when it's having an issue they are mentioning that if the power of glass is more then it's not their problem. In that case you should not be selling those products. We mentioned the power and they showed the designs from those only we selected the frame. And paid extra for thinning and all. Now they are blaming us for having 4.5 eye power "which they can't handle".

Loved the showroom, nice collection! I visited the showroom for a pair of specs for my parents and a pair of sunglasses for myself. Very very bad experience. They are not customer centrisic and only give priority to those came for new purchase of reasonable amount. Any replacement of frame or lens didn't notice and making to wait for long. Even they are not interested to communicate more to resolve the issue. Not wish to visit anymore.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Very professional approach. Edit: Even Though I ordered a medium costly specs from them through buy1 get1 offer, to my surprise I didn't even get a piece of microfiber cloth to clean it. Later when I enquired with my friends they said that Lenskart does provide additional cleaning liquid as well as cloth.
