We went for our honeymoon, and it was absolutely amazing for our first time in Bali, too. They were so welcoming with drink and a snack upon arrival. They even have service to transport you and your luggage to the rooms so you don't have to walk. You can call for any room service even special things like breakfast served on your own private pool 💞 The black Sands beach you can go into and see straight from the hotel itself and feels more private and quiet, which is just what we wanted. The restaurant services at the hotel were so good and delicious food and free breakfast options ^^ The hotel itself was immaculate and clean, and towels were replaced daily as well as cleaned up. There are activities happening every day and evening, including Yoga to Balinese dance and acoustic live sessions. They have their own spa on site, which you can get massages and treatments from, too, but always book a day or 2 before as they are busy, of course. The hotel itself is a bit secluded from the main shopping or restaurant areas so local drivers are on hand to use from the hotel and they will even do tour days and go whenever you need to. They are very friendly and patient when they are driving you to places you want to explore. The only downside to this is the expense. If you order a taxi on an app, it is much cheaper. However, they do not like you to use and want you to support their local drivers. In conclusion, this place was beautiful, quiet, and relaxing and would highly recommend staying here 💕

Location is a little far out but that contributes to the idyllic charm of the hotel. Everything was fantastic and all the staff extremely polite and friendly. We were especially impressed that the restaurant staff assiduously recorded our dietary needs to make sure we were covered for the entire stay. Major props to the restaurant for the range of interesting vegetarian options available and the great cocktails! Room cleaning twice a day is also amazing at a time when many hotels are cutting back to once every 2-3 days. The Black Sands Spa lives up to its reviews and the massage and bath were incredibly relaxing. We truly enjoyed our little slice of paradise and it was a perfect weekend getaway!

This is a perfect resort to unwind and relax. Their rooms are artistically designed, right from the doors to the cozy pool in the room. Their hospitality is top notch. They have a black sand beach(which is not private though). Would recommend for adults and couples to unwind and have a romantic time here.

Absolutely incredible experience here. The service is top notch, the staff are always lovely. The hotels are well designed and luxurious. There’s transport from one place to another within the villa. It takes you from the room to their restaurant and even your own designated driver. The front desk is 24 hours and Their restaurant has one of the most talented chef I have ever seen and yet is so down to earth. His food is amazing, every bite is incredible and mesmerising. It really tells a story of its own. I almost cried eating one of the meals here of how amazing it was it . Everything is made fresh from breakfast to dinner. They have dinner events with singers and dancers toped by an amazing brow. There’s so much love and attention to detail here and I will definitely be back here again and will recommend it if anyone comes to Bali this is amazing 😍 thank you for the wonderful experience here 🙏🏽

This hotel is amazing. We stayed here on our honeymoon for 4 nights. The food was amazing, the drinks were great and the whole place just feels like pure luxury. The staff are so friendly and accommodating, nothing is too much trouble. We had a romantic dinner on the beach front which was especially good. The staff were so attentive. The spa was beautiful and the massage we had was also great. I had a little bit of an upset stomach and they moved the night of our dinner with no issues. They also gave me ginger tea and offered breakfast to be served in our room. The afternoon tea was also an amazing touch. The chef here is amazing and it was the best food we had during our 2 weeks stay at 4 different hotels in Bali.

The most magical place! Truly do not have a me bad word to say about this establishment. The friendliest staff and they made bookings & transportation so easy. Was very impressed with the food & cleanliness of our Villa. Server, Ade was an absolute gem and always went above & beyond for my guest and I. Highly recommend!

Absolutely lovely hotel. The rooms are very spacious and well designed. The main pool is beautifully designed and quite cozy. The service was great and they accommodated all of our special requests. It was everything I expected.

This was probably the best resort I have stayed at. Everything is great but what really stands out is the quality of service, the personalisation, the attention to detail and going out of their way to provide customer delight through creating an awesome experience anytime and everytime. The rooms are fabulous and the way they are set up for the customers is great. The location is also great, overlooks the see and has a great view. I've cut 1 star as it is on a black sand beach that is a little messy and doesn't look that nice because it's also a little stony & rocky.

The location of this property is what makes it even more worth visiting! Away from the hustle and bustle, the Royal Purnama is a peaceful sanctuary. We felt so well taken care off at the resort, the service was excellent. Everyone looks so happy to be there and do their best to accommodate our requests. The rooms and facilities at the property are so clean and well maintain. Walking around you hear the song of birds chirping. We had such a nice time with our picnic lunch and photography session. What a gem The Royal Purnama is!
