Discover a perfect retreat in Ubud, Bali – centrally located yet just the right distance from the hustle of the city center. Experience exceptional service, friendly staff, and beautifully appointed rooms. Enjoy the stunning view from the front pool, and be amazed by the private villa featuring its own plunge pool. Indulge in the luxury of flower service room, poolside breakfast, and romantic dinners with unique designs. While it comes at a cost, the nightly room rate is well worth the experience. Highly recommended for those seeking an off-the-beaten-path escape, while still being conveniently close to all the adventures Bali and Ubud have to offer.

A great modern resort! We stayed at this hotel for 10 days, and overall it was a really great hotel! The rooms were super clean and everything was fairly new. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, the air conditioning was working great, there was a good gym, a towel service, nice sunbeds and all in all we had a great experience. We even went to the spa and that too was an amazing relaxing experience. Some things to notice though, is that the pool is on the east side of the hotel, so after 13:30, you do not have any sun, since the sun is behind the hotel, so there is only shadow and no other place in the hotel to enjoy the sun. Furthermore it is quite far from the city centre of Ubud and you are therefore forced to take a taxi everytime you want to go to a restaurant or shop. They have a deal with a local taxi company which takes you to the city centre for 80.000 Rupiah, it is not a lot, but it is significantly more than the apps charge. The last thing is that besides the egg station, there is no live cooking, which often means that the food is cold (for example the pancakes, waffles, etc.). The food in itself was great, but everything was lukewarm at best. Since we were just staying here for 10 days, we did not mind and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

I only have nice things to say about Seres. I stayed here for a week in the garden villa with my wife and my two year old toddler. The villa is super spacious and spartan clean and the attached pool is quite large by private pool standards. The location is fantastic and you’re really one with nature with the dense tree cover and the soothing sounds of the meandering Wos river. But beyond everything else, it’s the hotel staff that made our stay truly memorable. They went to great lengths to make our stay comfortable. Everyone from the front desk to the restaurant staff to housekeeping personnel made sure that we are well taken care of. I’m glad we picked this place to stay on our first ever trip to Bali. I highly recommend this resort to anyone who wants to experience true Balinese hospitality.

It was a mesmerizing experience in this resort. I was our honeymoon and the ambience was sexy... room service was very quick qnd co-operative. The location of the resort was between the hills and we stayed in 1 BR pool villa and this was at the remote side of the resort at the wall of the hill and down there was a holy river flowing....❤️😍😊

Such a beautiful resort that truly exceeded our expectations! We stayed in a villa with a private pool overlooking the river and waterfall and it was magical. Huge bathroom, really comfy bed, and great pool. The staff we really helpful and lovely, the main public pool was incredible too. The only improvement that could make things perfect is the food - it was not awful but average in general.

This stunning hotel is unexpected. As you drive up the long, enclosed and unassuming driveway you are completely blown away by a magnificent entrance and welcome energy. This opens up into a gorgeous and tranquil building set up against a stunning rice field view. The hotel overlooks incredible fields and a flowing river. Setting the scene of tranquillity, peace and relaxation (even when the hotel is full, its vibe is completely chilled). And the staff are just another level of kind, welcoming, loving and generous. Thank you everyone at Seres S 🙏❤️

A stay at the SereS Springs Resort in Ubud is an exploration into the epitome of comfort, luxury, and remarkable hospitality. Our Garden Villa, nestled amidst lush surroundings, was pristine and remarkably comfortable, providing a spacious and well-appointed sanctuary of tranquility. The staff's exceptional dedication to service was evident from our arrival, maintaining a respectful balance of attentiveness without being intrusive. Their commitment to ensuring guest comfort contributed significantly to the superb experience of our stay. The complimentary Floating Breakfast – a unique feature for those with included breakfast – added an unforgettable touch to the overall dining experience. The efficient room service further underscored the staff's commitment to superior service, effectively catering to our needs with professionalism and courtesy. In summary, the SereS Springs Resort provides a harmonious blend of top-notch facilities, a serene ambiance, and outstanding service. ThisI recently had the pleasure of staying at Seres Spring Hotel and Spa, and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment I checked in until the day of my departure, the staff at the hotel were incredibly nice, cooperative, and attentive to my every need. The hotel itself is a true gem. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and meticulously clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a long day of exploring. The amenities provided in the room, such as a mini-fridge, coffee maker, and high-speed internet, added that extra touch of convenience. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's spa. The serene and tranquil atmosphere instantly whisked me away into a state of relaxation. The spa treatments I received were of the highest quality, leaving me feeling rejuvenated and pampered. The spa staff were skilled and professional, making sure to cater to my specific preferences and providing an unforgettable experience. The hotel's dining options were also top-notch. The breakfast buffet boasted a wide array of delicious and freshly prepared dishes, ensuring a perfect start to each day. The restaurant staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to offer recommendations and accommodate any dietary requirements. The location of Seres Spring Hotel and Spa is another reason why I would highly recommend it. It is conveniently situated, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation. Whether you're looking to explore the city or simply relax and enjoy the surrounding nature, this hotel is the perfect base. Overall, my stay at Seres Spring Hotel and Spa exceeded all expectations. It’s a great place to stay, and I cannot praise the staff enough for their kindness, cooperation, and excellent service. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and luxurious stay.

If you want a quiet, out of the way from EVERYTHING this is your place. You can't walk to anything nearby, no shop, restaurants etc. You have a limited food menu and the food is not great, so you pay top end of Bali price for food but only get average food. Staff are wonderful, rooms very clean and comfortable. Great view from all rooms. I think the hotel has been here for a while and there just hasn't been the customers to pay for the upkeep of everything outside.

First time visiting Ubud, and out of plenty of accommodations available we decided to stay at Seres. I am telling you, we were not disappointed. We had a wonderful time., Beautiful clean villa, lovely views, delicious breakfast options and best of all the staff. The staff were wonderful, very welcoming and very helpful. We Will definitely be staying here again. If visiting ubud for the first, drive from the international Airport to ubud is an hour to and hour and half. You can take taxi from the airport or have the hotel arrange a ride for you. We took a taxi as at that time we didn't know the hotel could arrange a ride.

Seres is located in a quiet place, it's peaceful and beautiful. The facilities are fantastic and the environment is top class. The massage was great as well. We stayed here for 6 nights and it was an unforgettable experience, very relaxing. The location could be a problem if you prefer to stay close to shops and restaurants as you rely on taxis in and out. For us, it's not a big issue.

This hotel is an absolute delight to stay in. It was 10 out of 10 in every aspect. Very clean, staff are amazing and the ambience is just unbelievable. The room service is very quick and staff make you feel extremely comfortable. Especially one person (Widyasa) who treated us so well. If I come back to Ubud (which I will) I will 100% stay at Seres.

If you want a hotel that has everything this is the one. Good staff and great service. The breakfast was very good and the view was also good. This is a very big place so you get never bored. It’s also close to the center. The rooms are clean and very cool looking. I highly recommend if you are afraid of bugs 🐜

One of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The property is stunningly gorgeous, pictures do not do it justice. The staff exhibit the utmost hospitality — we were trying to book a cab but it was delayed, so Tama drove us to a supermarket and transferred all our stuff for us. Breakfast delicious, and getting a villa with a private pool, a canopy bed, bath and shower, two sinks, fruits awaiting our arrival, multiple bottled water daily, letting us take towels for the day trips. I honestly couldn’t recommend a place more highly. It’s a five star location with ten star service that left us feeling both content and happy. Pros: Flawless wifi throughout the property, no bugs in the room despite it being tropical, perfect AC, had a private villa with easy access to our private pool, relatively inexpensive. Staff knew our names from when we were arrived and greeted us personally. Cons: None. Just hoping it doesn’t become too popular that I can’t come back

This was the best hotel in Ubud! Both Devi & Made were amazing with impeccable service! I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone considering visiting this gorgeous city. Rooms are clean and better than what I expected, all the staff is extremely lovely! Would love to stay here again next time I visit Bali :)

Amazing experience! Stayed here 7 nights for my boyfriends birthday trip and it exceeded all expectations. The staff went above and beyond and were super friendly and welcoming. The security, receptionists, restaurant staff, housekeeping, ladies in the spa, and grounds keepers were all amazing. Our room was very clean along with the rest of the resort. Thank you to everyone at SereS Springs Resort & Spa for an exceptional stay ❤️

Nice resort, the ambiance is very impressive and the lobby always smells amazing. They also offered us a wonderful welcome drink and helped us with our heavy luggage. The rooms were comfortable and they had satellite tv with a lot of channels! The wifi was great as well. The staff is so sweet and kind, one of them gave us a list of awesome restaurant recommendations 😁 The sheets & towels were very clean. The soap also smelled great. They also provide essentials like toothpaste, toothbrushes, etc. Room service was very prompt and responsive. The breakfast also has great variety. They have a juicer and a selection of fruit & veggies so you can make your own juice. It was very delightful and fun! Some cons are that housekeeping felt a bit inconsistent. Maybe you have to request a cleaning and make it very clear which towels to wash or what trash to be thrown away. I'm not sure, but sometimes things were missed. The shower curtain was also very stained and dirty. I wished they would clean it or change it, but I was too shy to ask. I also saw a swarm of ants in the bathroom. They weren't in the rest of the room, just the bathroom, but we were on the 3rd floor so there shouldn't have been so many. The neighbors were also quite noisy, the rooms don't have very good soundproofing. Not being able to use grab/gojek for car rides was also irritating, but you can still get food delivery. This hotel is a bit far from everything though, so it felt a little inconvenient. We ordered one entree from the restaurant for dinner and the portion was so tiny and too expensive. Otherwise, everything was fine. I had a nice stay here.

We had the best time at your hotel. The place is surreal and very beautiful. The food is very true to your culture and is very very yummy. Your staff show great hospitality towards your guests and make sure they get the best treatment possible. This is probably one of the best resorts in Bali. Thank you SereS… you have multiplied our joy in Bali. Thank you for a lovely stay. Love India:)!

I loved staying here, it's a more smaller and intimate resort and attention to detail was flawless.. the only thing I didn't like was the hotel banned online taxi's from picking you up and forced you to use local taxis which charged me 5 times more (thats the reason they get 3 stars - really frustrating). Otherwise, it was a wonderful stay - I especially loved how they supply free water (fresh fountains) on every level.

Amazing stay throughout my 10-Day Vacation. Attentive, helpful and cheerful staff always ready to help with any enquiries and 24/7 room service. 10/10 would recommend as it’s 100% worth the price. We checked in at night and my partner & I got a room upgrade, their rooms are spacious, tidy and spotless whenever we come back.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The location is amazing with views of the hills from the balcony and infinity pool. It felt like a retreat whilst being only a 15 minute drive / motorbike ride to the centre of Ubud. The service here was fantastic. The breakfast buffet was great with lots of variety. We also loved the additional small pool overlooking the river - great spot to relax in post a spa treatment. Would definitely recommend.

Unfortunately SereS did not meet our expectations from a 5 star hotel; it was more like 3 stars. Here is the full review: ROOM & AMENITIES: 7/10 the room had many malfunctions. We wasted the first and second night trying to fix the outdoors door that was not working and the pool which made a loud sound. We stayed in the pool villa and the pool was so small and looked dirty; not inviting at all. The towels were not changed, not even once, while we stayed. Other than that, the bed was comfortable. STAFF: 8/10. The staff was warm and friendly, they did their best to accommodate us and were attentive. They greeted us with refreshments and a small cake, which was a nice touch. However, at breakfast no one was wearing a mask (not even those making the food) and one of the staff was coughing over the food. LOCATION: 6/10. The hotel did not allow us to take taxis from apps like grab. They only allowed to take specific local drivers at a fixed price. They did not offer free shuttle service and the hotel is not that close on foot to the Ubud center. BREAKFAST: 6/10. Very disappointing. Limited options, not fresh and sometimes there were complaints about the hygiene of certain equipment (eg the water for the tea). Overall, this hotel has great potential, but it definitely needs some maintenance and strategic planning.

Had an amazing experience visiting the resort. Met the general manager, he is really a kind and wonderful person. Not forgetting, the whole staff was very helpful as well. Food is very good and fresh. Guests facilities are also well maintained.

This resort is absolutely beautiful. There view from the pool has been more beautiful than some of those tourist spots in Ubud. The staff have been extremely friendly, accommodating, and helpful. The breakfast was good as well. Lastly, I’m impressed with how well maintained and clean the resort is. I am staying here while there are not many guest, and yet they maintain the resort pretty well. Wish I could stay longer! Edit: Just finished staying at the W Bali Seminyak resort & the Sheraton Bali Kuta resort, and although those were good, I am still impressed by my stay at Seres Spring. Really wish I stayed longer

Beautiful resort, stayed in deluxe room with private pool access and also in deluxe room with rice field view on 5th floor, the latter one was cheaper and has better view. There were less options of vegetarian in breakfast so they took our request and prepared vegetarian food for us during our stay I got cold and went to front desk to ask if they have something that can help and the staff provided with aromatherapy oil which helped me throughout my stay in Bali. Room service was quick, we went on for our honeymoon so we were also provided with complimentary cake. Resort also has a natural spring pool which can be visited. Although I felt the rooms were small but my overall stay with them was good.

Not my first stay here but still very much love this place. The environment is perfect for switching off and avoiding people and all the noise. Being a bit off from Ubud center definitely helps. The villas have great views and are well stocked with all the amenities. The private pool facing the stream and rice fields is so tranquil. Staff are very friendly and always eager to help out. Can't wait to come again!

Resort is second to none. The service was exceptional. The food was delicious. The rooms were clean and functional. We are American and didn’t even need to purchase converters for the outlets as they had universal ones. The views are amazing. There are tons of places to take great photos, from the rice field views, to the river, to the mountains off in the distance, infinity pool, and beautiful conference rooms. They didn’t miss. I’ll be back. Truly enjoyed my stay and wish I could’ve stayed more than the week I did.

I nave been here 7 days and they have the most AMAZING staff here! They are all super nice, attentive as well as responsive! The views are really nice when the sunrises and sets. They have 3 different pools to choose from and the spa service is really good. The breakfast is good, the dinner is okay but other than that I definitely recommend checking this resort out
