Great Hotel and great services. Recently visited for a visit. The hotel staff and services are good. The location is outstanding, it near City centre and easily accessible. The rooms are good and all facilities are available.

Smoking smell all over the room, uncleaned toilets, dirty pillows. We had booked 2 rooms. Both the rooms had tremendous smoking smell. After several calls receptionist sent a person to spray room freshener. Even after lot of efforts, we could not get rid of the smell for one of the rooms. Toilets were not clean. Toilet in one of the rooms were used and not even flushed. House keeping doesn't seem doing basic checks after room is vacated. Pillows in the rooms were dirty and had black patches all over it. Hotel is definitely economical but it comes with compromise on quality, dirtyness, impolite behavior and thus lot of frustration.

Absolutely unworthy of 4 star rating. We arrived with a group rather late in the evening, to find dirty rooms with defaults and towels/toiletries/... missing. It took over an hour just to get extra towels. In my room I found empty food packaging and other dirt under the beds! Other rooms had broken taps, toilets... It seems this hotel might have nice when it opened but that must be a looong long time ago, now it is in need of renovation and better management.

Worst hotel experience ever in Jodhpur with Maple Inn There is nothing here in the name of customer service. It would not be wrong to say that this high shop is a dull dish.I stayed here for 3 days, even after repeated calls, water was not provided in the room, nor was daily complimentary water provided.Nothing given in the name of room accessories toilet accessories The behavior of hotel staff and reception staff was worst. Cheated in the name of breakfast here Cleaning of the room was not done properly even after informing And at the time of hotel check out, the hotel manager crossed all the limits, added 4 fake bills to the hotel bill and said that you have taken this, you will have to pay while we have not taken any food. Started arguing but in the end when we completely refused and asked for proof, they removed the fake bills I would urge all the people that even after paying more money in this hotel, you will not get respect, full respect will be bad, so never choose this hotel.

The hotel was amazing. Hotel staff is very polite specially on reception desk Mr. Jitendra Singh sisodiya, very humble, soft spoken and helpful. Room cleanininess was awesome. Just on the paota circle and Very convenient to reach. Highly recommended to you all for comfortable stay in jodhpur. Hope I will also visit soon again.

Great service. Room was quite large aa compared to other hotels in the similar price range. All in all a great stay and would recommend others too. Food is also good only one problem is the AC which is controlled centrally.

Old property but in a very nice location. Even though it is situated close to the outskirts, away from the main city crowd, you can still view the picturesque Mehrangarh fort from the property. Jitendra Singh and his team (Khushi) were helpful through out. Overall a nice experience!

It's been nice everytime when I take stay in Mapple Abhay Jodhpur. It was my 4th visit here with very good experience. Rooms size and amenities are all value for money. Breakfast buffet had approx 15-18 manu items with delicious taste. Overall food quality and taste was too good. Last but not the least, staff behaviour is the best way to review a hotel and here I've given 5 ⭐ coz their staff is very much polite, helpful and always feel you delighted. Specially Mr. Saad Khan, it was a good experience because of you and all the restaurant team. Thanks

This hotel is terrible. Looking at its 4 stars, we went there with lot of expectations but turned out to be not of single star worth. Rooms we booked had tremendous smoking odour. Hotel management didn't agree to give us different room. We had to adjust in that condition. To make it more worst, we found washrooms unflushed which means they were not even cleaned since previous occupants. On questioning hotel reception simply said that house keeping people are not listening to them. After hearing this statement we silently waited for next morning to check out.

The location of the hotel is very peaceful and the room has amazing view. The food was good and the room was neat and clean. The hotel staff were cooperative, overall the experience was wonderful.

I was in mapple abhay with my friends and it was such a great experience. The hotel is very well maintained. The dining area is just great with outside view through glass windows. The workers here are nice. Parking facilities are also there. One should surely visit here.

Very ordinary and old rooms. The taps are broken, the bathrooms had stains all over and there were sounds of mice continuously coming from the bathroom exhaust. The food is pathetic too. Ordered Pulaav which had plain rice added with boiled vegetables with absolutely no taste. The soups were no different. Stay away...

Extremely great service. Our request for earthly check-in was granted they clearly told us possible only at 8am which they did on time. The staff were polite and considerate. Complimentary breakfast was advanced accordingly. We saw that all rooms were full most of the time. Most preferred stay near paota circle. One of the good options on Star hotels near the old city. Room service was excellent and prompt too

I spent 2 nights in this property, for the first night room was okay okay with no great views and Smoky smell everywhere in the rooms. But for the second night they changed it and provided better room, with nice views. Cons: - Swimming pool was not operational - Till 3rd floor, rooms don't have great views Pros: - It's very near by to all the tourist places in Jodhpur - Food is awesome - Service is good

Terrible experience on my first day of stay in this hotel…and worst hotel in my whole life till today.. I have travelled a lot and I don’t usually write bad reviews for any establishment but today I am unable to hold down my anger.. Room had no proper lighting and there was no single socket to charge my phone n laptop. I had to fight a lot for change of room. And if there is anything worse than low maintained hotel that is obnoxious people behaving bad with customers like they own them.... I tried to order non veg and they said since first lockdown they dont serve non veg still haven't started. Asked for noodles... They said not available as it takes lot of time. Asked for pasta... Not available... Said am ordering late...i ordered at 10pm and their kitchen closes at 10.30pm. they said i can order through sweegy if i want. When i ordered they wont deliver it to my room. When i asked at reception why there r so many items unavailable from menu their rude reply was "then order something that is available". When i told him i will write a bad review they said go ahead we dont care. They behave as if customer is dependant on them... I will suggest to all fellow travelers to avoid this rude and obnoxious hotel. Because any other inconvenience is better than being treated like a pest in a hotel by their staff.

It was a pleasant stay at hotel. Location is prime, mid of city with all important places and basic needs at walkable distance. Has ample and safe parking lot. Hotel reception lobby is huge, cushioned seating and cool. Check-in and check-out experience was smooth and quick. Rooms are decent in size and offer silect zone as well with hygiene maintained. Bathrooms are little smaller in size with no/minimal ventilation. Also, dampness was observed, area of immediate attention. Room service and house keeping was upto mark. Breakfast menu was limited but, good in taste and service. Hotel has in house bar and restaurant to feed all day round, rates are pocket friendly. Hospitality offered was at par with industry standards. Hotel also has swimming pool, spa and gym facility but, didn't use so no comments. Over-all, a pleasing stay and recommend for business and family.

Impressed by its room size which is now not normally seen in hotels. Very good and comfortable budget hotel to stay. On the main road and easy reach approach. Although it is not a new hotel but much better than newly built small room size hotels U can even take chance in staying instead of going for ₹5000/- + hotel.

Good hotel , I will say better than other similar hotels. Rooms are very spacious. However, it requires lot of maintenance. Centrally air-conditioned but no facility of controlling the temperature. Also, you need to call up the reception every time if air conditioning not working. Hot water is available only during evenings and mornings. For other time, you have to call up reception. Still, its a good option for the family stay. Piped music in the corridors with corridors perfectly lit during night time. Breakfast is good , but you must wait if you go very early for it.

Hotel looks great outside but room is not great that category I booked non smoking room but hotel is full they don't change my room for one night I suffered lot but they second day change after 3 o'clock they doesn't understand our problems I asking three or four times we understand that hotel is full but second day we are the first priority person they don't have any vacant rooms till 3??? Wonderful experience. We booked two rooms. The lobby is beautiful. Since we checked in on Christmas, and they arranged for Santa which was a nice surprise. The food was also awesome. Due to Covid they don't serve non veg and due to low staff they suggest room service. The staffs were cordial and the room vow to the fort was also awesome

Out side view of building gives a impression a very nice place to stay in. But inside when you live here is some thing different to. It is ok ok hotel @ Rs2800k for a day. Because it is old hotel. things are required to renovate/ replace like Sanitary ware and furniture etc. But location of the hotel is good. Parking a big car is a plus point.

Great economical place to stay and very close to railway station and airport. Room service is good and food quality is better. One who is coming to jodhpur for roaming can stay here and experience a good hospitality. All the required stores are nearby of 10 minutes walking distance max.

The ratings seem to be fake. Room pics shown on site are of only one room posted for all room options. Top floor has boiler installed and constant noise and vibration is felt. Rooms and washrooms were dirty, unhygienic and suffocated. Food quality was poor. Worst place to plan for family vacation. Reception and hotel manager don't know what room booking is done and provide any rooms available and dont even know their own hotel basics.
