Really bad service. I scheduled an appointment and they told me to come at 530pm. When I got there they asked me to wait until 6pm. Plus the staff was rude. Book at your own risk.

Had a Gel mani pedi and foot spa with my mom and aunt. There was one staff who kept making sarcastic jokes (sobrang presko) one example i was asking about a certain step in gel manicure and she goes "siguro magtatayo ka na ng salon!" And another example is when i asked her to take a photo of us since it's our girls-day-out and literally my aunt's last day in Manila flying the same day. The photo she took was dark and asked if she could take another one. She was very hesitant and masungit saying that she already took a good photo. I was very upset so just let my aunt ask again using her phone. she was the one who opened the door for us, she did not even welcome us with a smile, her face looked a bit annoyed. 3 of us noticed that instantly , She had long blonde hair, a bit older and her face was whitish didnt get her name. But she said she's new im not sure The one who did my manicure was nice though, she removed my cuticles gently didn't feel any pain but when it comes to gel polish she applied it a bit amateur she kept applying it on my skin. The worst is the final step of gel polish application is after the clear top coat. the STICKY LAYER of the top coat i said she should remove. So she goes get the towel that caught all my dead skin, cut nails basically the same towel she used all along. Sprayed my fingers with alcohol and wiped my hands with the same dirty towel as if spreading the sticky layer all over my hands. Gel polishes are allergic and the sticky layers are very bad due Methacrylate chemicals that caused bad allergic reactions. NOW i have very VERY very itchy skin and allergies around my fingers and specially cuticle area. If not done right definitely allergic reaction like this will happen. P.s. my mom also got tiny wounds on her feet from that callus remover thing.

Service was okay in general. Just hope the waxing room had more space so that the staff won't have to drag the bed when she has to get to the other side of the room.

The place itself has a nice ambiance and the seats that they use are very comfortable for me especially when I get my nails done for a gel manicure session. Their gel lasts long and has a nice quality. This is always my go to place whenever I want my nails done. Their staff members are also a delight 🤍

I am writing a bad review for unprofessional behavior. I made a reservation for manicure, pedicure, and threading for tomorrow, Sept. 22, at 1 pm. I got a confirmation of my appointment via text as well. Around 4 pm, I got a text from the same mobile number telling me that my therapist waited from 1 to 1:30, followed by a reprimand for not showing up to my appointment. I told the person to check previous texts, and she replied that the last text was the confirmation. I told her to check again. She must have seen my message and texted back to say sorry for the confusion. I called the number several times to clarify the mix-up but never got an answer to my calls. I passed the nail salon to ask who texted me about my appointment. The staff told me that owner Rachel was the one with the phone and awas the one to accept appointments. If what the staff is telling me is true, then So much for decency and professionalism of business owners.

My nail tech (Ate Tiffany) is expert in powder dip and was very professional. Wish there was wifi since data signal is bad
