Our experience weren't that good. It was our first time eating at any Panda Express restaurant. So we were not quite familiar with processes. There were instructions, but we needed more time to figure out which to mix with what? But the lady at the counter looks like annoyed that we were taking time, so she spoke like in a demanding voice. Not a good impression. Service was fast, because they were just going to scoop it. Overall experience, it was like an overpriced karinderya. For 2 people, we almost spent 1000 pesos. There are lot more better chinese restaurants. This should be your last option.

It’s the first Panda Express drive thru in Asia! Customer service is superb! As in everyone is accommodating. This branch is new and it really looks like the ones in US. Must try are the orange chicken and honey walnut shrimp! It tastes pretty similar to the US version so expect that it’s a bit bland (which i like). This is one of my happy comfort foods 👍🐼.

I only tasted tried the Honey Walnut Shrimp, and I didn't like the taste of walnut against the shrimp. But maybe because I'm not really into nuts. I do like the atmosphere and service. I've waited for a friend for almost an hour and a half, and they gave me a glass of water after noticing I've been waiting for too long. (Don't want to order yet since we wanted to try together)

The food was okay though I personally isn’t a fan of chinese foods. Gave it a try as most of my friends told me it’s delicous. The place is cozy and had a lot of available seats. Staffs were nice and comfort rooms were clean.

The food was great and the serving portions was just right I love how they show the calories that you will get when eating the different dishes. It's good for health buffs like me to see and manage may calorie intake. The food service staff was accurate in explaining what type of ingredients and if we are allergy to nuts we should avoid this type of food. They are also punctual at courteous. The aesthetic design of the place was warming a nice place to feel the vibe.

Drive-thru chinese food that is quick. Food taste and choices are much better than chowking.

I ate here a few times to be fair. Since opening their food has gotten progressively worse. It’s nothing like in the states. It’s way greasy , super salty it’s like drinking salt water. Fried rice is often not prepared properly. Many chunks of white rice left not fried. The manager seems to instill fear in the workers. He seems aggressive and agitated at times. Even their staple orange chicken is way below par and not as good as when they first opened. I advise you to just pass this location up.

I might try this again dining inside an actual branch. But my food delivery experience with them was terrible. Since I do not have any comparisons to make, I would just like to say that we spent almost php1000 for 2pax and still we didn't get full. I mean, I would rather eat at a Chinese buffet or do a binondo food trip. Panda Express first impression is zero value for money.
