The worst customer service ever like Globe! People here are not mindful of their customer’s time! It would be much easier to open a new account with BDO than doing a deposit! The place boasts of touchless transactions however the people should undergo more training especially in understanding the value of time! Worst, worst, worst branch ever! 🤬 While there are other RCBC Banks that let their customers experience good service (Jupiter, Chino Roces, Kalentong) by not letting us wait for centuries, this branch sucks big time…it’s like they enjoy making a spectacle of their customers wait! You don’t get the vibe that you are valued and that you have not been loyal for past 20 years! Avoid this branch like the plague please! You do not deserve the way you will be treated!

Been working here for almost 3 years and this building feels safe even in earthquake times! Secuirty is pro 👊 You would really feel safe and sound. Have a lot of food stops you can choose from. ☺

The location of this building is just right around the Makati Central business District. It is a building which composes of different corporate companies, restaurants which includes coffee shops, full meals, and even desserts and snacks, there's also a gym, museum, bank, and a theatre. In addition, the security in this place is well maintained to the point that you won't have to worry about your security while inside the building. The place is easily acccessible via public transport or private transport.

Good meeting place. Has a food court on the 3rd floor and place is well secured.

Delightful building. Large movement areas with plenty of light rapped around inspired well designed Architecture. A pleasant place to go to. Plenty of well organised parking (7 levels underground) with high speed lift servicing all levels.

as the German Embassy is in that building and their service was very good with very friendly employees... no photos as they took the cellphone... but you can find pictures when you Google it...

I come here for the excellent food court (try to come in earlier than lunch as it can get crowded). The restaurants are well-priced and the meals are quickly served. Best to go to Ramen Kuroda - the cheapest ramen you can find in the business district.

Worked here some yrs back. It rained, they were cleaning the driveway...i walked and slipped. No one from the staff cleaning there bothered to check on me. They were lucky i wasnt menopause yet. Otherwise, i sue, they pay!

Expensive, limited slots for parking. Corporate employees leaving their food leftovers on the table at 7-11, Tapa King, Pan de Manila, Krispy Kreme, etc. Noisy corporate employees inside the elevators. This is the place to see corporate employees without manners. Deserves 0 star

Strict because they implementing d security measures of everyone. Cozy and nice Ambiance, very approachable staffs, u feel safe when you are there especially when u look d structures u know that they spent a lot of money to make sure it have strong foundation. Offices and agency, food court, gym and a lot.

Went to this building for my Schengen visa application for the German Embassy and although it's crowded, it's very secured, well-lit, modern, and clean. The guards are supposed to be very strict because it's an important building for the consulates. There are also food stalls outside if you want to have a quick bite.

I salute the tight security of this building but the guards on drop off area are the worst. I made sure that I'm already on the drop off area to make sure that my ride doesn't need to wait for me as they have strict policy on waiting motor vehicle. My ride just arrived and I had to put my bag away and wear helmet which is just about few seconds. The guard is already motioning for us to move ahead. I mean, wtf??! You see me trying to wear my helmet and your asking us to move along or go around the area??! I understand that you don't want vehicles to crowd the area but your guards should be more observant. Finally, would it really hurt to have atleast a bench or 2 where we could sit while waiting for our ride?
