Needs a little improvement on the general cleanliness of the store,the restroom a little bit smelly. But all in all a good place to eat will definitely ease your hunger by their hot servings of mushroom soup and famous bowl...

Good place, not too many people even at lunch time (friday). The chicken parts were not as big as they used to be. Breast part was also not available(????!!). Gravy station was still not available. You need to ask for gravy. I was not able to find the water station. Just your ordinary fast food. Nothing exceptional.

Since this is almost at the far end of the dining option rows at Petron NLEX Southbound, there were fewer diner and higher possibility of getting a table. They have outdoor dining space, perfect for those travelling with pets! I just hope they thoroughly wipe the outdoor tables clean to prevent flies.

Food is fine but it is also important to have good airconditioning while eating and easy access to comfort rooms. We were here around 12nn and the air-conditioning is below our expectations. The comfort room was also closed and we had to walk all the way to the gas station CR.

Food as usual. Slow service and it's barely 15% full. Not clean. No more gravy in self service.

This is the worst KFC I have ever seen. Short on people short on food. 30 min wait. So dirty it's disgusting.

Few customers were eating. About 3 tables occupied. Even if she already saw customers coming in, the cashier took a long time to go to her post and take orders. Instead she was joking with other staff and waited for the customer to reach the counter then pushed herself off the wall and with an annoyed face looked at the customer as if telling the customer to hurry up so she could continue gossiping with her co workers. The voice of the staff was so loud while talking to each other that the customers turn their heads to look at them since it was like they were shouting at each other.

Slow service. We order thru park and go it takes almost an hour for us to have our order.

The chicken's taste is obviously KFC but I thought the gravy didn't taste as good as before the lockdowns. Could they have changed? Hope the Colonel will remedy this and make sure their recipe is kept.

Favorite spot for chicken. Unfortunately gravy is not unlimited anymore.

Same kfc chicken as anywhere else but the chicken sizes are big which is what I liked. Even the leg (considered small) seemed as big as the big one piece in other branches.

Staff attentive. Service fast. Wide and clean dining area. With own restroom for male and female.

not that high for now but today december 29,2019 was not that good, the service and the staff its its.... there were few, they dont move quickly and the place was a mess, what i mean is there likely not yet in the mood for the job i guest?,never mind just shared my review for kfc. thats all, i hope i dont have any bashers.
