You
have
very
poor
support
to
your
graduates!
My
daughter
has
been
going
back
and
forth
to
get
a
recommendation
from
you
for
her
residency
application.
For
a
simple
recommendation
letter,
she
has
to
go
back
three
times.
She
left
the
application
form
three
weeks
ago.
When
she
came
back
to
get
it,
somehow
it
was
lost.
She
was
given
another
schedule
to
come
back.
Still
not
available,
for
some
reasons.
Today,
September
13,
2017
is
the
third
time.
From
a
hospital
duty,
lacking
sleep,
she
had
to
brave
heavy
traffic
three
times
for
this
requirement.
She
was
there
early,
from
8:00
am.
Now
is
almost
10:35
am.
The
Secretary
took
more
than
two
hours
to
prepare
the
letter.
Then
she
was
told
it
couldn't
be
processed
because
the
dean
is
on
a
meeting
until
2:00.
My
daughter
couldn't
help
but
cry
in
exasperation.
It
was
her
only
outlet
because
she
couldn't
use
the
big
F
word
to
express
her
dismay.
I
would,
if
I
were
in
her
place.
And
if
it
were
you,
wouldn't
you?
I'm
calling
on
the
administration,
the
dean's
office
and
the
registrar's
office.
You
should
exemplify
an
institute
of
higher
education.
I
think
it's
time
to
level
up
your
standard
of
services.

too.
I
