They use sugaring wax which is hard to clean right after waxing. A lot of sticky residue left on my skin. Crowded. Make sure you schedule an appointment online.

It's ok not bad

I booked my appointment here through their app. I found that even if you have an online appointment, you still have to wait a while before the room becomes available. They also have a lot of customers that day. I availed of one of their promos for Brazillian and underarm waxing and lightening. I was expecting they will use cold wax since this is what I read in some of the reviews but they are using regular wax. For Brazillian not all hairs were removed. The technician advised me not to shave, let my hair grow and come back in a month.
