Atmosphere is great, interior design is creative and beautifully made, however, the service is not up to par. Aanhin ang magandang vibe kung unsatisfying naman ang service nila. They misheard an order from our group and despite them having a point, it's so disappointing lang na they needed to prove na they were right and we were the ones in the wrong. We already agreed to take the misheard drink that got punched but they had to come back multiple times just to reiterate we were the ones at fault. It's honestly off putting. I work in the customer service industry and sanay mapagsabihan ng customer pero I always make sure na the words coming out of my mouth won't further trigger the person I'm talking to. Their approach might've looked friendly but the tone was not. Euphemism, look it up and teach it to your crew especially the manager. Cool to visit once pero, honestly, not going back there anymore after this incident.

As I stepped into Moon Cafe for the first time, I was immediately struck by the trendy and youthful vibe, making it feel like a Gen Z coffee shop. The patrons and overall atmosphere exuded a vibrant and modern yet noisy energy. While the selection of drinks was somewhat limited, I found it to be acceptable since the quality was still good. They had all the essentials, and sometimes sticking to the classics can be just as enjoyable. I appreciated the convenience of card payments being accepted, making transactions smooth and hassle-free. Additionally, the availability of parking space was a welcome feature, especially in busy areas where parking can often be a challenge. One thing to note is that the serving time might vary based on the volume of people, so it's best to plan accordingly, especially during peak hours.

The new place is spacious and really ig worthy. The service was kinda poor by the time we were there. It took almost an hour for our drinks to be served.

We went to the new location of the Moon Cafe. Saktong coffee lang sineserve nila, di nasarapan panlasa ko. Me and my sister ordered the same Bonbon coffee, made by 2 different baristas and the same is different; mine was stronger and my sister’s drink was milkier. Not to mention the color is really different despite ordering the same coffee. We also ordered beef nachos, so while me and my siblings were talking we noticed that waiters would really take any empty glass or plate. Which disturbs their customers. Our bad experience was, there was still beef in our plate and the waitress still took the plate. Nakakaimbyerna. Parang atat na atat silang umalis ka or umorder ka ulit to stay there, yun yung feeling na ipapadama nila sayo. I dont recommend the place. Better food and coffee yung nasa katabing tom n toms, promise. Try nyo pa din baka iba exp nyo, or i hope they better themselves.

Great atmosphere Good coffee Don't let the exterior deceive you. Looks like an abandoned warehouse from the outside but the interior is a industrial modern design. Love the vibes. Makes me feel like I'm in a Korean cafe. ( At least that's what I imagined. Never been to Korea)

The food and coffee is very delicious. The place is very nice and relaxing. Its a great place to go with friends and family.

Definitely just made for the 'gram. The place is nice but they missed out on the most important aspect--the drinks selection. Very limited selection of drinks and the ones we tried are underwhelming, especially considering their price point. We went on a Friday night and they've already ran out of pastries despite still having 3+ hours before store closing. But the people behind the counter seem very nice! Hope they can improve their menu in the future so it's worthwhile coming back.

The vibe of the place is very nice, very aesthetic. Great photos in any angle of the shop. We liked everything we ordered except for the Korean Cream Cheese Garlic Bread. I'm not actually sure what to expect with its taste because it was my first time. This shop is also easy to find. Overall, it's good.

My boyfriend and I have visited this place numerous times, and we keep coming back for their delicious salted egg pasta - it's definitely a must-try! I've also had their iced mocha, which had a perfectly balanced taste, and the strawberry drink with milk was my personal favorite. The aesthetic of the place is lovely, making it an ideal spot for a romantic date or a relaxing hangout. Overall, I highly recommend giving this place a visit - you won't regret it!

It's an aesthetic place to go to for your instagram posts or stories. In terms of flavor, it's okay. But not really my taste in terms of coffee. I ordered one of their seasonal drinks (Spiced Cinnamon latte), and I think the cinnamon is overpowering the taste of the coffee a bit much. We ordered their matcha affogato, and it tasted good. Though it melted a bit fast. In terms of pricing, it's in the mid-range of prices. I also like the fact that it's a pet-friendly store.

The pricing seems a bit steep considering the quality they offer; the taste and presentation could certainly have been better. It's advisable to plan your visit with consideration for the potential weekend rush. Taking everything into account, I'd rate Moon Cafe a 3 out of 5.

People working there are nice, always smiling and ready and happy of serving. The place is nice, spacious and have sockets all around for your devices, the outside looks a little old and the parking was little dirty but we were not eating outside. Quality of food is their Achilles heel, specially for those prices and the size of the rations (see the picture attached) Drinks also didn’t impress us, and most of it was ice, specially on the coffee. For us it was the typical place you go once cause you saw it on IG but you forget it exist when you go out through the door… Sorry cause the place has really a big potential to be something big and exclusive. I hope they start seeing that potential soon too!

Staffs are very friendly and attentive which I noticed when we went in. Cafe has an extensive menu as well so you won't have a hard time picking something to your liking. They also have an ample parking to accomodate guests

Place is clean and aesthetic. Matcha latte was too sweet and they obviously used a low grade matcha powder. And at the bottom of the cup we could still see the sugar granules. They chocolate walnut cookie was great tho. It was soft and chewy!

Did a quick Google search while I was in the area and Moon was a top recommendation. Enjoyed our coffee concoction choices - an Affogato and an Iced Latte. The crew was very welcoming. They’re under soft launch and I get the Seoul Coffee Shop vibe with matching music

This is the kind of cafe where you go in once, order coffee, take pictures, then leave and never come back again. Staff were accommodating and the place is really nice and worthy to post on social media with "aesthetic" vibes. However, if you want a place where you can enjoy coffee and relax to then this is not the place. Coffees were subpar considering their price and size.

Honestly, i did not like the atmosphere when we visited this cafe. Too noisy maybe because of the younger crowd on that night. They offered good coffee but nothing is special. The service was good and satisfying. Thank you.

5/5 stars + points for the parking space. Indoor seats are nicely placed. Aesthetic every corner. We ordered French coffee and Caramel coffee which are kinda light so we ordered 2 extra shots to satisfy our caffeine addiction. We also ordered Korean garlic bread and chocolate walnut chip cookies. All of the items we ordered are priced fairly. We would love to get back here soon!

The Coffee was amazing, got the Iced Latte which was really good. My favorite was the Matcha Espresso, perfectly balanced Matchy, creamy and rich while the Espresso provided the kick into the drink. Pastries and bread looks very appetizing. Venue was spacious, well lit, perfect for hangouts or studying or chilling. Staff was very friendly and accommodating! Highly recommended

Have been here twice, and it's one of our fave spots every time we go to Pampanga. Staff are very friendly and helpful and always greets you very warmly. Our favorite is the Macadamia Latte in both hot and cold! Definitely a must try. The Cinnamon Spiced Latte and Barista Latte is also a great option. Their pastas are really great too- especially the Salted Egg one. The look and aesthetic of this place is just the bonus, what really stands out is the hospitality, the, staff, and of course their coffee (that I can tell they are really proud of). Will always recommend this and will always come back here every time we visit Pampanga.

Great place but it's a little small, especially since there are a lot who visit. The outdoor portion and even some seats inside are too exposed to the sun in the early afternoon, so it's recommended to come here when the sun is turning deep orange. Also, the outdoors part is inaccessible when raining. Some sort of construction is on the works outside so there should be more beautiful space here soon. The salted egg pasta is a little pricey for its quality (quite delicious but not exceptional). I'm not a coffee connoiseur so you have to be the judge on this one, but my tongue tells me the taste isn't cheap coffee but there's not much difference from the typical cafés. The staff are friendly and work quickly and efficiently.

Friendly staff. Very large open parking space. Indoor and alfresco seating. Accepts cash and gcash. Coffee is good. We got iced latte, iced macadamia and iced spiced. They have decaffeinated option. Cheesecake and whipped cream biscoff donut are delicious.

Love this place- not too noisy, just what a cafe was made of where you can relax, listen to your company, to music or to nature.

Place 9/10 Coffee 8/10 The ambiance is nice, and instagramable. But its quite noisy maybe because the place echoes easily and its pack with people when we visited there at night. But the matcha coffee is nice, but the fries is too salty for me. Btw we visited here last April, this kinda a late review

I liked this cafe and its mood since their last location, but I love how their new location shows so much enhancement on the aesthetics, food and theme. The whole cafe is comfortable to stay at and aesthetic at the same time. The staffs were greeting us happily and were kind and enthusiastic while serving us. The food and pastries I tried were great, but some of the drinks tasted a bit bland. They also have a meeting room which can be used through consumables. They also have their own parking lot. However, I hope the parking lot gets a bit polished because there were some metal poles sticking out on the ground. Overall, the cafe is very aesthetically pleasing and is really nice for any purposes like meeting a friend, studying, or eating a meal.
