Came here to celebrate my graduation! It was real good idea. He just had 12 chairs and not open frequently. The food was so good and he know the taste of the wine that we want 😅 just need to say what kinda tastes you preferred. Honestly everything was good. He’s welcoming and friendly. 4 glasses of wine, 2 plats and 2 desserts, we paid 90€ regarding he uses a good quality of food.

Called in on the off chance. Great experience! Our host was coolness personified as he prepared everything himself. 10/10

Delicious food and lovely ambience augmented by classic French music on vinyl and personalised attention from the multitasking, and yet relaxed, chef/?owner/front of house/sommelier. The foie gras appetiser was sublime, melt in the mouth deliciousness. I’m grateful to Grusson as this dish has shown me that fois gras needn’t be the huge fatty lump of raw duck liver that I consumed some years ago as part of a degustation menu at Singapore Raffles. The menu was slightly let down by the uninspired chocolate crème brûlée. However my hubby loved his choc mousse with the smattering of chilli powder on top.

Great place to eat, food was amazing, all cooked to order, just ‘mien host’ who did all the food, suggested wine .. and was totally on point with recommendations, manned the vinyl ( superb French chanson tracks, Charles Aznavour, Edith Piaf & others ) & helped me identify the actors in the b/w photos on the wall! You all sit round the zinc bar to eat & watch monsieur cook so limited space, but understandably so. A quirky but very memorable meal, loved it!

I recommend highly Grusson on Rue de l'Aiguillerie. We had one of our best dining experiences in recent years. It is a one man operation with just 11 seats spread alone a bar, behind which the host cooks for you items from his small menu that is based on whatever local ingredients he has that day. He providers “tasters” of wines to let you select the one/s for you, while playing French music from the 1960s and 70s on vinyl. Warning, he didn't have a lot of choice for vegetarians.

Amazing meal and a wonderful atmosphere. The food was stunning and the music was just as good. The kidneys were particularly excellent.
