Unique restaurant to do in Angers. The cuisine is good and varied between Japanese and French. Cook in real time in front of you. No longer hungry at the end of the meal. The chef is nice but not too talkative. Damage

Excellent meal at Kazumi's. The restaurant is warm. Seeing the chef cook in front of us is a pure treat for all the senses. We were also very well placed to appreciate this culinary spectacle. The best part is being in the total mystery of the menu and seeing it come together before our eyes. A great meal between traditional and Japanese cuisine. I would have enjoyed talking with Kazumi, but I admit that I didn't dare disturb him too much during his work. A great taste experience to make and taste. Please note, you must book well in advance. On the menu (evening): Amuse bouche: Japanese-style egg, crab and shrimp soup, edamame and Umeshu as an aperitif (your choice) Starter 1: Red tuna tataki, shiso leaf, carrot and daikon salad Starter 2: foie gras, onion compote, marinated mushrooms, beans and Japanese sandwich bread toast (by the bakery "l'Atelier Létanduère") Course 1: Scallops in its creamy infused with smoked scallops, shiitake and pak choi snacks Dish 2: Black angus and various vegetables accompanied by salt, sija yuzu sauce and sesame sauce Dessert: matcha crème brûlée, bed of anko and scoop of azuki ice cream (dessert of your choice)

(Translated by Google) Everything is good: the welcome, the dishes and the chef who explains the different dishes to us. Refined Japanese cuisine, prepared in front of you. The products are of high quality. You eat in peace since few guests around the chef.

(Translated by Google) Incredible experience. We came twice, once with my spouse, and a second time for privatization with our whole family. It is a very intimate and very atypical place. The chef is very pleasant, and cooks divinely well. The products are fresh, natural, and exceptionally well cooked. Seeing the chef cook in front of us is a real pleasure, we are amazed! We ate high quality fish and meat. In short, it was perfect, and very filling. To do absolutely, for us one of the best restaurants in Angers, its reputation is up to the performance.

Fusion Japanese and French restaurant that will not disappoint you at all. Menu is chosen by the chef that will cook in front of you all the fantastic meals explaining the flavours, the ingredients and driving you through is culture. Fixed price menu (45€), suggested a bottle of good French wine, you don't have to think about what to order, the chef will do everything for you. I would really recommend this place and will definitely come back here when visiting Angers again.

Thank you very much for this discovery and the wonder of our senses in an intimate and warm atmosphere. A unique and succulent menu that adapts to each season, a beautiful gem in Angers. A wine list that matches the exceptional meal.

We had a delicious time at Kazumi's. The cozy and friendly atmosphere around the chef is pleasant. Watching him cook is a spectacle that whets the appetite thanks to all the senses being stimulated. And the dishes are all delicious, there are no other words. The dishes are refined, the flavors extraordinary and the seasonings just right and mastered. In addition, the chef is very friendly which doesn't spoil anything. The wines are very good as are the aperitifs. Regarding the price, this one is very suitable when you see everything that was served and especially that it is only choice foods. In short, a successful experience we recommend and will come back with pleasure.

A good taste experience. From starter to dessert it was hearty and generous just like the chef. Seeing the chef cooking in front of you shows his mastery of fresh produce. The restaurant setting is pleasant and quiet. I highly recommend even if I find that it is better to eat at lunchtime than in the evening. What I show you 2 starters 3 main courses and a dessert for me ;)

Excellent chef both in person and in his culinary talents! Pleasantly surprising menu and unique in its kind in Angers, the chef cooks in front of you and shares his creativity with us, reservation strongly recommended as there is little space!

20/20 super moment. Excellente carte des vins.

Une très belle découverte ! Surtout pensez à réserver via le site. Places limitées. Le chef prépare tout devant vous. Les plats sont délicieux- que du frais. Compter environ 3h/3h30 sur place. Un vrai régal en tout cas.

This restaurant is an incredible discovery! Japanese cuisine, with an explosion of flavor! Fish and meat can be cut with a spoon! The products are noble, quality local and you can feel it in every bite! In one meal, escape is guaranteed! The chef cooks before our eyes, with explanations, it is in addition to an unforgettable meal, a very beautiful spectacle! Thanks again to the chef who took great care and introduced us to a perfect food and wine pairing! We will come back very regularly!
