Had booked Oyo for the first time, for one night stay with family for 1900 INR each room. Maybe my expectations were raised due to good reviews which now seems artificial.From 'family point of view' only good thing about this 'Townhouse' is the helpful staff. Rest don't meet family standards. Cramped ill ventilated rooms , non working cable TV , even toiletries weren't provided except for a single bath towel. No hangars for clothes. Mosquitoes too but no liquidator. Kitchen doesn't open before 0830 am , so forget tea in the morning or milk for kids. Couples kept checking in at odd hours (not judging , but not family type either). Only other thing which was good is decent WiFi. This property is best suited for singles or couples as transit point. If with family - give it a miss.

This hotel was convient to our venue and well connected to city as well. it was very nice, clean and well maintained. Staff were very friendly and well guided for Nagpur to explore. Only I felt room were little small but clean and well maintained but hot water supply was bite issue. Only I missed for early morning bed coffee, mostly because of chief was on leave as told. It's been lovely and pleasant stay at this hotel I will give 4.5/5

This hotel was good for stay specially short stay , This Hotel is also having inbuilt kitchen at the ground floor which offer the room service as per your order asper the menu card available in each room. They do have a lift for the Guest for reaching to the different floors as per their convenient. The Hotel is neat and clean washroom which room service is prompt and cleaning done everyday without fail . The owners are friendly in nature , Thought the Hotel is not accessible to wheelchairs , However wheelchair parking is available for even two wheelers too at ground floor . the hotel have security guards 24X7. They do have a waiting lobby with a comfortable sofa for the waiting Guest . They also maintain the covid protocol No Mask No entry , reception is having sanitiser for entry guest to sanitise before entry for the safety for all.

💔💔The staff is very arrogant the boy who stays in a night shift. he is slim and medium in color. he doesn’t have any sense too talk with the customers. he is very disrespectful. he doesn’t even have the humanity for people who comes from far and are tired and really needs a good treatment. Very disappointed from this OYO townhouse and we didn’t expected this from townhouse because it has really good reputation and because of such staff the reputation gets bad . I’m really really very Disappointed! 💔

Night shift boy is very rude & unprofessional guy.. don't know how to talk with guest and in service point also he doesn't bother to give on time have to call 3-4 times for water and we get it after an hour Edit: hope issue will resolve soon as I m a frequent visitor and your townhouse location is near to my work place

Best quality rooms with superb infrastructure and facilities... washroom is just awesome...rooms are fully air conditioning and proper ventilation is provided... balcony view adds more comfort..staff service is quite good..

We just loved this place so again going with family. Last visit was with my friends. Five ladies. We booked a pond house and experience was just too good. Overall place seems interesting. We stayed here for just a night while driving through Nagpur. But the hotel and the staff impressed us a lot. We checked in at 12AM, and all the staff came to help us with a warm welcome and a smile on their face. After a long drive from Ajmer, we were tired, but the way the staff treated us and took care of our needs at such a late hour was a top-level customer service. The quality of your staff speaks volume, the rooms were well kept with all amenities provided. Thank you for a good service and stay.

I stayed here for two nights. Loved the hotel. Very clean and very courteous staff. I recommend this hotel fully. There were 30+ wedding guests also on my second day of stay. But it was really managed well. No chaos even with so many guests and hotel fully booked.

Well located and very hygienic place for a short stay or long stay,as it is close to Alexis hospital too....

Rooms are OK I stayed for one night only. There is parking problem. But rate wise it good to stay. I was travelling so I stay here only for night.

Clean room. I stayed in a non-ac room. Wifi was adequate. Parking space is there.
