    I wouldn’t leave this review but the fact they want to give me grief and make me “bring all the food back in the morning” to get my money back. I don’t care how busy you are. Cook your food. This is not cool man. They seared each side and sent it. I was starving I didn’t realize it until I walked inside in the light. I’m not going back tonight I’ll know where I’ll. end up. I’ll let my wife handle it in the morning. I feel bad for whoever works tomorrow. Went back again and I knew better. Got another raw burger. This time the manager Tammy was just rude, put the money before the customer. I called corporate immediately thank god I got through when I did I was livid. They sent me a $50 gift card so I’ll be using that at another McDonald’s definitely NOT this one. This McDonald’s is RAN BY THE WORST MANAGERS AND WORKERS ON THIS PLANET. Point blank period no doubt about it. Unless you want food poisoning stay far away from Tammy and her horribly ran store Hey, wife went this time. They’re just so close I can’t stop myself. I ask for a QP with no cheese so instead of making a fresh one they grab one and rip the cheese off. Along with half the patty. This place will never change

    It's bad how you specifically ask for something and you get the opposite. I asked for the two cheeseburger meal with NO PICKLES. And yet they disregarded my order and gave me what they wanted to give me. This McDonald's is not so bad since being this not my first time stopping here. And I just left this establishment. So they only received 2 stars because the fries was hot for once around this time.

    Last Saturday my order was missing a medium fries and today's order was missing a burger! I really don't know why I always come up short every time I buy McDonald's. I bought four burgers and there were only three! Your work ethic is so sad.

    If I could give them less than 1 star I would. This McDonald’s is so slack. There was at least 8 people working in the kitchen waited over 15 minutes for 2 cheeseburgers and 2 hamburgers then when I received my order the food was cold. Then when I took it back in the lady that took it from me had an attitude. The customer service here is terrible. This is not fast food, It’s slow.

    Drive thru not busy go thru it ordered Qtr Pounder with cheese deluxe no onions and Qtr Pounder with cheese with no onions. Hence 1 deluxe &.1 not deluxe. Asked us to pull to front, waited 15 mins ..we got cold fries and 2 Qtr Pounders with cheese without onions. DID NOT GET ONE DELUXE and then the hamburger looked like it was 2 days old or more..thin, stiff, not hot at all. I now will be boycotting McDonalds for quite some time as the prices have gone up and the quality of service, food has gone down. Yes I know staff shortage, inflation, pandemic, blah blah blah but really.

    Add mac sauce , not a drop . Look at that mess. My step dad was upset. I order nuggets . N sauce i didnt get sauce nor napkins . Nasty food for too much money

    Pretty typical McDonald's location. However, this location stands out because of its employees. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. The interior was very clean and well-maintained. My order was brought out quickly and everything was correct. A refreshing reminder of what a visit to McDonald's should be.

    The slowest drivethru I've ever experienced. 15 minutes and nobody moved. Gave up and left. FAST food...what a joke

    Ordered a Big Mac with a medium fry and a quarter pounder tonight and instead I got a 6 piece nugget a McDouble and a small fry They didn’t check it before bringing it out. We ordered breakfast last week and they didn’t put egg on anything we ordered. Went back that time and they gave food again without egg. It’s not that hard to make sure your orders are correct before sending them out.

    The past few time’s I’ve gone to this McDonald’s they keep serving up overly salted, burnt, crunchy burger meat and the bread has been chewy! But hey the ice cream machine worked so I guess we’re supposed to compromise smh. Apparently their excuse was that they’re short staffed but I don’t see what that has to do with the food quality. I’m tired of spending $20+ for burnt burger’s not cool.

    Waited over 47 minutes in the drive thru line, but did not receive our complete order. Drive thru team asked us to pull forward to the next window, and then did not serve us for 18 additional minutes. Employees cannot be bothered to even wear their uniforms, wearing ratty street clothes instead. Management has *clearly* given up even trying, and the franchisee of this location should be terminated. I don't want a refund, I don't want an apology, I just want someone to try, for once.

    Have had no ice cream for about a year now at least I think all McDonald's should stop selling ice cream because 85% of them don't ever work just stop selling it

    Used to be clean but lately it's been really dirty. The service is fast and friendly. It's a very busy spot but I used to be impressed by the cleanliness. Now not so much.

    Breakfast tastes exactly like it did in the 80’s, fresh and delicious! Have not had truly a good McMuffin in years till we stopped recently after a doctor’s appointment. Coffee was so good! My son said his bagel sandwich and McGriddle were also the best he has had in a long time. Customer service was outstanding.

    I don’t want to be that person but I will be that person when it comes to my food especially with how expensive everything is nowadays. The attitudes on some of these employees is absolutely ridiculous! Grabbed food on my lunch and I usually check but didn’t this time.. get ready to eat and my fries are barely full and cold and my Big Mac is dry and burnt. Now whoever made my food, you knew that burger was incorrect to give to a customer. I understand this store is usually busy and it’s hectic but wrong is wrong. I called to speak to someone to see what happened with my order and a young lady answered (didn’t get her name) I asked if she was the manager and she said yes, while I was in the middle of talking, someone else comes on the phone EXTREMELY hostile and rude, I asked again who was I speaking with and her name was VICTORIA and let me tell you something, don’t bother speaking with her or anything because she will cut you off and is disrespectful. I simply asked her that I thought I was already speaking with a manager and she cut me off yet again said “we have a bunch of different managers, how can I help you?” I mean extremely rude and hostile so I asked her if I could speak to someone else and she HUNG UP on me. What a joke her customer service is. I called about two times and the line wouldn’t ring. I finally get on the phone with someone and I spoke with Ashley, she is the floor manager if I am not mistaken! I spoke with her for a few minutes and she immediately jumped to help and correct what was done incorrectly. So to Ashley, I thank you for being kind and your customer service. This WHOLE review would’ve been avoided had I not been treated the way that I was by “managers.” Let’s do better! Hire people who care and care to cater to the public. Not these disrespectful people who don’t care about no one but themselves.

    I wish I can speak with a real responsible manager there! People at the window giving out the food is always always rude, lazy, and don’t have my order like it supposed to be they always missing something, they always have me there waiting sometimes more than 20 min. And am paying for my food they’re not giving to me for free I don’t know why they are there if they don’t want to work. There is a manager there and I asked her why y’all do this all the time and she walk away answering I DONT KNOW!
