I
have
been
a
LOYAL
customer
here
for
about
4
years,
getting
a
full
set,
pedi,
and
lashes
faithfully
every
two
weeks.
Does
that
matter
here??
NO!!
Everyone
else
is
great
but
as
others
have
said
JULIE
needs
an
attitude
adjustment
and
a
class
in
customer
service
because
clearly
she
knows
nothing
about
treating
customers
with
respect.
I
came
in
today,
first
client
of
the
day
and
stated
I
wanted
fullset,
pedi,
and
lashes.
Instead
of
telling
me
upfront
Julie
refused
to
do
any
services
for
me,
she
is
the
only
lash
tech,
over
me
not
liking
a
design
she
did
4
months
ago,
is
beyond
me!!
I
would
have
left
without
any
services
had
I
been
told
that
when
I
came
in.
Instead
I
was
led
to
believe
I
would
be
getting
my
lashes
done
as
well.
She
is
rude,
didnt
speak,
and
refused
to
do
my
lashes.
This
is
not
how
you
treat
LOYAL
customers
as
if
they
are
the
only
shop
in
the
world.
WE
KEEP
YOUR
BUSINESS
RUNNING,
SO
IF
I
DNT
LIKE
A
DESIGN
ONE
TIME
IN
4
YEARS,
WORK
WITH
ME
TO
FIX
IT!!!
I
am
never
rude
or
anything.
Have
never
had
a
problem
there
but
the
first
time
I
said
I
do
not
like
the
design
she
gets
loud
and
refuses
to
try
to
find
a
solution
of
another
design
she
just
cuts
them
off
and
soaked
them
off
and
said
she
is
done
for
the
night.
I
showed
her
a
pic,
and
yes
I
know
nothing
is
going
to
be
exact,
but
the
design
she
did
was
terrible,
maybe
she
was
tired
as
she
kept
saying,
idk
but
if
Im
paying
for
something,
especially
my
birthday
nails,
I
want
them
to
look
great.
The
service
here
has
become
sad.
Julie
has
changed
from
when
I
furst
started
coming
here
and
is
very
rude.
If
you
ask
her
to
fix
something
she
gets
upset
and
refuses
further
services
months
later
smh.
II
got
my
lashes
done
else
where
but
believe
me
they
lost
a
loyal
customer
of
something
so
petty
,furthermore
my
right
and
opinion
as
a
paying
customer!
I
am
not
the
first
person
she
has
done
this
to,
check
other
reviews.
I
feel
bad
for
the
owner
Danny
because
he
is
amazing,
but
your
wife
is
causing
you
to
lose
business
because
of
her
personal
feelings,
its
business
not
personal!!
She
needs
to
learn
everyone
will
not
like
something
its
comes
along
with
the
job.
I
found
a
great
shop
that
treats
people
with
concern
and
respect.
Not
like
they
are
doing
you
a
favor,
we
are
doing
you
a
favor
by
coming
to
you
so
act
like
it!
