It does not make much sense to me to clean and polish my teeth first, then scrap tartar and probe my gums with a pick after the cleaning. Also was asked if I had ever tried a prescription mouthwash for my gums and I said no. I thought I would be getting a prescription to fill at the drugstore. Instead when I got ready to go I was presented with the mouthwash and told it was $41. Ok, no problem. When I get home I see it is for anti-cavity, not gums. Hmmm. Amazing too how I floss on a regular basis and no bleeding gums but once the dental hygienist picked my gums I was bleeding and needing a “prescription” mouthwash. Really felt like a disorganized visit and a way to get $41 for the mouthwash they have at the office. Think it is time to go back to another dental practice.

My experience with Signature Family Dentistry was amazing. I have very high anxiety about dental work no matter how big or small. Every one explained what was going on and made me feel at ease. The Dr let me know what the next steps would be and made sure I felt comfortable with the plan of action. I'll definitely be going back and my daughter has an appointment next.

Dr. Bell and her staff were wonderful. They were patient with me, also I was very concerned about losing a front tooth. She explained the options to me and assured me that I wouldn’t lose the tooth. They smoothed over the chipped place and I am considering the options she explained. I was very satisfied with my visit. They are always kind, friendly and professional. I never enjoyed dentist appointment before going to Signature Dentist .

Everyone I've interacted with at the Angier location is kind, knowledgeable, and takes care with everything they do. I admit to avoiding the dentist for too long because of fear and anxiety, but Dr. Franklin's bedside manner is wonderful; she explains everything clearly and speaks to you like you're an adult capable of understanding (unlike many doctors I've encountered). I'm happy to have discovered this gem right here in Angier.

The care I received was kind, gentle and the dentist explained everything they were doing, which I truly appreciated. I actually enjoyed my experience, and that is hard to do when you go to the dentist. The dental assistant communicated well, apologized for the schedule running behind a few minutes and honored my timeline as I had to leave by a certain time. The receptionist was kind and patient with me. Overall, the best dental practice I’ve been to.

I was extremely pleased with the level of service I received. I am nervous about dental procedures from past experiences but the personnel at Signature Family Dentistry took extra care to provide me with a less anxiety based visit. I would recommend them to anyone especially if you have an anxiety issue about going to the dentist.
