Nice park with a small lake surrounded by walking trails, plenty of tall trees and playgrounds, and graced by a flocks of ducks and geese. There's also a nineteenth century school by the parking that gives a rustic charm to the park. Great for evening walks.

It has everything!playground, skate board park, basketball court, tennis court, baseball, soccer, football fields, concessions, restrooms tons of parking, and a stunning pond with a huge fountain!! ♡♡The ducks were my favorite part, they will literally eat from your hand. There was so much of the park we didnt have time to see, but we can't wait to go back!!

Wonderful park! Lots of playground equipment and fields, as well as a small skateboarding area! The water is home to so many ducks and geese that are pretty friendly since they’re used to people! They also have a dog park that was added on that’s lovely!

So grateful to have such a beautiful local park in my area! The water feature and the fountain are an amazing asset, and there is tons of space to take a brisk walk, play some sports or watch the ducks! They also have a huge baseball soccer field, batting cages and a ramp for skateboarding. Just wish the restrooms here were nicer cleaned more often though.

My dog loves this park, but I wish they had an option for water, like they do at the dunn dog park, without this option is hard to stay longer than 30 mins, because there is only 1 shade tree, on each side to help your dog stay cool. My Luna likes to walk around the loop of angier park after playing, and see the ducks and geese. Other than the no water option, it's a great dog park.

Nice place to go for a short walk. Police and Angier public works employees frquent the parking areas. Two playgrounds, dog park areas, covered picnic areas, metal stationary exercise equipment, disc golf stations, and restrooms. Ducks leave quite a mess on the sidewalks, but thats to be expected. Work was also in progress to repair the concrete in the small skateboard ramp area.

There are so many great things to say about this park but this review would be too long, lol. I've only been a few times but it is one of the best parks in the area and has so much to do...just watch for the ducks! Suggestions - it needs a disc golf course. Also, it's an extremely safe place to be with police often watching from the parking lot, and that I highly appreciate.

The playground areas are great for kids, but the walking paths are constantly covered in duck poop. We always have to hose down our stroller after walking at this park.

Nice, clean park. Great for kids. Lots of activities. One playground fenced in with restrooms and another playground for bigger kids near the other restrooms. Skate ramp, volleyball ball court, tennis court, baseball and soccer fields. Lots of friendly ducks and geese. And, a dog part - one for small and one for large. I love taking my son here for walks.

Very relaxing place to spend time. Large pond full of ducks and a trail to walk around it. There's two different playgrounds for children, soccer fields, restrooms, dog park, Frisbee golf section and multiple parking options.

My only wish is that we would all stop bringing bread for ducks... it's not good for their digestive systems. Perhaps duck food stands (for a quarter, could go to help with maintenance of this free park we all enjoy) or people taking initiative to give them the correct food would be wonderful. ❤️

Very nice park. I took my kid and dog for a walk around the pond and it was scenic and relaxing. There were a lot of families out all around doing different activities. Will definitely be back.

It depends on what time you go to the park. It can be a wonderful experience or a dreaded experience. If you can hit it on a week day early afternoon you will enjoy the water, ducks, new playground and maybe pickle ball. The bathrooms will most likely not be clean and you will probably be kicked off the baseball fields.

Grandkids love the new playground and feeding bread to the ducks.

This is a great recreation park to get your kids and community involved! The only downside to this park is the lack of empty fields to do your own recreation (soccer, flag football, etc.) The view of the pond it has is a huge plus!

Such a nice park! But the restrooms are always dirty, sometimes no water and paper towels. I wish they would add mirrors above the sink too.

Nice local park with walking trail, small lake, dog park, tennis courts, basketball courts, soccer fields and baseball. They have two small playgrounds, but definitely need to be upgraded/updated. We love to walk around lake and observe the ducks and geese there.

My husband and I recently moved to the area and were missing the park near our old home. We quickly found this park and love it! It has a great walking path and a track around fields that is perfect for running. We visit a few times a week to walk and run. Beautiful area and other park goers are always friendly. Definitely worth a visit!

This park is beautiful and a great place to take the family! The skate park looks sketchy, and there were lots of scooter kids..😂

***EDIT*** We started playing ball here. There is not enough parking for baseball, soccer and football at the same time. I wouldnt come to this park after 530 during sports season!! Great little park and walking trail. Take some bread to feed the geese.

A very nice little park with a pond and ducks to watch. Green space and walking path around the pond. Areas to play ball. My daytime visit was pleasant and quiet.

A nice park, with a walking trail. It Has baseball fields, a basketball court, a few skateboard ramps, a tennis court, a children's park with swings and a small lake. Just a little concerned for the ducks and turtles with some of the trash you can see in the lake, so I didn't give 5 stars.
