APPALLING
EXECUTION
OF
A
GREAT
IDEA
FOOD
1)
Waited
90
minutes
to
receive
our
food.
My
friend
and
I
were
required
to
skip
lunch
because
we
had
made
a
safari
booking.
The
restaurant
applied
an
8%
to
apologise.
2)
our
group
was
made
aware
of
which
dishes
were
unavailable/out
of
stock
before
ordering
-
all
good.
30
minutes
later
the
waiter
informs
us
there
was
actually
no
octopus,
and
the
majority
of
the
group
must
reorder.
We
reconfirm
which
dishes
are
out
of
stock
and
reorder.
Another
15
minutes
later,
the
waiter
informs
the
group
that
another
dish
we
ordered
is
not
available.
This
scenario
was
extremely
concerning
and
I
hope
it
can
be
addressed!
Hungry
customers
can
quickly
become
hangry
customers
haha

no
traditional
Angolan
juices
such
as
baoab
juice
and
kissangua.
SAFARI
1)
Safari
started
30minutes
late
2)
safari
guide
misidentified
several
animals.
Confusing
a
Red
hartebeest
with
a
Springbok,
and
confusing
a
Springbok
with
a
gazelle.
This
is
actually
a
joke.
RECEPTION:
1)
bathroom
was
dirty
and
had
no
toilet
paper
(immediately
after
I
flagged
this
up,
they
cleaned
the
floor
and
added
3
toilet
rolls,
so
certainly
hardworking)
2)
asked
me
to
pay
for
safari
without
providing
an
invoice
The
good
stuff:
1)
food
was
delicious
2)
animal
varieties
during
safari
where
many!
Made
for
a
very
entertaining
experience
3)
staff
was
always
polite
and
clearly
trying
their
best
to
cope
with
structural
inefficiencies
4)
venue
was
clean
and
tidy.

stunning
work.
