Doug is AMAZING and such a fun guy to work with! He took jewelry I had received at special moments in my life and designed an INCREDIBLE ring using those pieces. I now have all of these special memories in one piece that I get to wear every single day! I am absolutely in love with it and cannot thank Doug enough!

I have never had a worse experience visiting a store. As a visitor from Toronto, myself and my brother wanted to give this place a try and the manager was absolutely disgusting. I have never felt so unwelcome in a store before, some of the staff were polite however the manager was a whole different story. Not only was the experience was bad, she was scolding her own employees using disgusting terms that is an insult towards individuals with disabilities, this has shown that Amber (name of the manager) has no decency, lack of politeness and overall a terrible human being. I do not recommend coming down to this store at ALL, save yourself a headache and visit a different store.

Amazing business all together!!! The store is very clean, and tidy! Doug and Amber are the sweetest! Amber is always answering any questions I have, and the quality of their work is AMAZING!!! Love this place and 100% recommend it!

To the man in the back office. Don't greet someone and ask how could you help if you then in return use only hand signals to direct me to your sales associate. The sales associate however was extremely generous and polite and was able to help us with our questions. We simply wanted to ask about men's bands and learned the process is done through a third party website and not done in store. Due to the initial first impression greeting was so rude and disrespectful I decided that I would not continue with my business with this store.

Our son needed a new chain for a cross necklace he was given by his grandfather. We live in Richland & UniQ Jewelry Gallery had ads in our local Gull Lake Living magazine. I assumed they were near Richland, but they were worth the drive to Portage! We don’t buy a lot of high end or custom jewelry so we definitely had sticker shock, but Amber worked with us to find something that worked with our budget & would last for our son without breaking. The customer service at UniQ is unbeatable & the smiles are real!

Doug is as friendly and professional as it gets. His expertise is brilliant. I needed an extension for my mothers wedding necklace to fit my neck and he immediately jumped in to help and ensured the necklace would fit AND last me dancing all night before I left. I will always return to Doug when I need something beautiful, something unique. ☺️

Never shopping here again after discovering how managers in this establishment treat others. You cannot insult people who are just doing their jobs and calling them the "r" word. Truly unprofessional and unacceptable behavior from management.

Highly recommend Uniq for all your jewelry needs and wants. Every piece I have from Uniq is exquisite. The process to customize a peace of jewelry is fun, efficient and the end result is a beautiful peace that no one else has and all done while being 3000 miles away via phone and sketches.

The staff at UniQ Jewelry were very knowledgeable and helpful. The fixed my wedding ring which had a hairline fracture and then was bent by our dog. The process was easy and fast. I would definitely use them again for my jewelry needs.

I have been using UniQ since it opened in 3 Rivers in 2007-2008. I have been very happy with all of the projects I have commissioned over the years. Doug is amazing.
