You want authentic Italian food, this is the spot. What a selection and sooo good! I actually had something off the menu as the chef recommended based in what I like and will order it from now on, A matricciana for the win! Not the best location but they make up for it inside, and have a very charismatic chef. Another hidden gem in Clark, We'll be back often.

Recently moved to the area. Stumbled across this Italian restaurant. It was absolutely fantastic. We shared a pizza and it was plenty for both of us. The quality and authenticity was fantastic. Highly recommended. Air-conditioned dining room, ambience, and service was great. Will get some photos next time, the food was so good. We ended up eating it before we could get any photos.

I had two dinners & one lunch over my two days visit. Great dishes & excellent wine. Chef Salvo & Lina are great hosts, attentive & makes sure diners are cared for. You can choose to dine in a very pleasant ac room in front or in the more atmospheric bar room at the back with a chef's table for big groups. It was great to meet Chef Salvo & Lina & enjoyed a wonderful dining experience.

Best italian food and experience in Philippines , best in Asia.....to be honest better than my recent experiences in Italy! A great chef...and he will come out to have a good fun chat with you. Just brilliant.

If you are a fan of family operated restaurants then this is a good candidate. Carbonara either Pinoy or Italian style. I got the Italian style as my tummy reminisces past experiences... and with peroni beer ( Italian), excellent! P.s. They put your bottle on an ice bucket. Talk about paying attention to small things... Ok so the carbonara. Simple. Creamy yet the flavor is light. But wait till you get to the bacon slices. It gives that salt and character to the dish. The beer, peroni, a very drinkable beer for me. Perfect with pizza. Light flavor and fizzy. Excellent for the pizza that has parma ham and truffle oil. The smell is sublime, almost better than the taste. Don't get me wrong, the taste has an encompassing aroma. The truffle envelopes your breathe followed by the ham. The dough is home made, by the chef's son who is 16 at this time. It's not the best dough but above average..maybe lighter on the crust and I'm positive everyone will eat the crust. Service is good. Waitress knows the menu and is confident. I enjoyed the experience and food. Don't be afraid to eat alone. You can talk to the family. They are welcoming and have quite a story. Quality demands price. Reference worthy.

Great restaurant, great Sicilian chef. Highly recommend even if you are vegetarian. Edit: On our second visit the chef prepared a couple of off the menu items. The first was an indian-italian fusion pasta, that was delicious. The second was a pizza which just as amazing.

How lucky we stumbled upon this Authentic family-ran Italian restaurant in Angeles Pampanga. We came here because our dad loves carbonara. They not only exceeded our expectations, we also got to meet Chef Salvatore and his lovely family who helps run the restaurant. I heard they offer a spot to watch the chef cook. I can’t imagine how entertaining it is to watch the chef. He’s definitely born to cook. He uses his family recipes and has served royals! His wife and daughter help run the restaurant and his son is in charge of pastries (and pizzas if I’m remembering correctly). Anyway, don’t take my word for it. Actually go and try their food. When we ordered our food, I didn’t know the chef so I ordered something Italian restaurants SHOULDN’T screw up - spaghetti bolognese! It was soooo delicious! We ordered family-style so I got to try other things, lasagna, carbonara, a couple different pizzas (their crust was baked to perfection!), beef stew with rice, chocolate lava cake (it was bomb!). Thanks Chef and family! It was pleasant meeting you all. Good luck and I hope you all make it to where you want to be! In the meantime, I hope you have plenty more opportunities to bless others with your delicious cooking and stories!

Dining at Sorriso is like being transported to another world; it’s easy to forget you’re in Angeles. Salvatore & Lina and crew are so warm and welcoming. The food—the pizza, pasta, salad, dessert—is spectacular! Everything from the pizza dough, the al dente pasta, to fresh ingredients is quality food. Chef does not compromise. We ordered the caprese salad, aglio olio e gamberi pasta, pizza capricciosa, mahi mahi. And for dessert, the panna cotta, tiramisu and the traditional Sicilian Cannoli! Worth the 3 hr drive to and from Manila😋 My only regret is I did not take a photo of all the dishes — wolfed down the food too fast!

Sorriso Restaurant & Pizzeria is absolutely fantastic! The crust is perfectly crispy, the toppings are fresh and flavorful, and the staff is incredibly friendly. The service is top-notch. Highly recommend!

You must try this to truly appreciate this cookhouse of epic, Italiano proportion. Chef and his family are a delight to chat as well. One of our best times eating out in Angeles City!

Really nice family run place. Lots of Italian and Mediterranean food. Owners are hands on and always on site. Chef has 35 plus years of international cooking.

My review is not about the food or the service... Just an advise to do not use any credit or debit card in that restaurant, because if something will go wrong they will not take any ownership on that.. Last month I had dinner with my family and I payed with my debit card unfortunately the transaction was declined twice, so I decided to pay cash... After few days I noticed that the transaction went through and the money were debited to my account twice.... I ask the restaurant to verify and they told me that maybe in few days I will get my money back, but didn't happen. After they just told me that they didn't receive the money and told me to do the dispute in the bank... At the end I have to spend around 20 us dollars (notary pubblic telephone and transportation) to get back almost 100$.. Without counting the waste of time, and when I ask to provide the supportive documents they just give me a piece of paper with the list of food item we ordered and it price and a screen shoot with few transactions... By the way I didn't get the money back....

We first tried this restaurant for their New Year's eve dinner, and it was amazing. We have been back many times since, and I absolutely love this place. Everything I have tried has been delicious. Our most recent visit we had the salmon and spinach bruschetta for an appetizer. I had the tortellini di manzo, and my wife had the lasagna. (pictures included for these) Also, this is now my favorite pizza in Angeles after my other 2 favorite places closed down within the past year.

Authentic Italian food from a real Italian chef. I will return! And next time, I'll save room for dessert..

This is an amazing Italian restaurant - you must visit this establishment if you are staying in Angeles City, Philippines. This is truely one of the best Italian meals I have had for a long time. The pizzas are large and the dough really fresh, so rises well. The pasta portions are also large and full of flavour. The starters were also very nice (I highly recommend the Carpaccio). Salvatori the owner is a real character (true Italian style restaurant owner) and is welcoming, freindly and accomdating - as are the waiting staff too. We visited with small children from the U.K. and the kids tastes were accounted for. As it was also rainy season and the rain decided to come down heavy just as we were leaving, Salvatori offered us a lift in his car back to our hotel. 5 stars out of 5 stars for Sorriso - we will be back

Even though the front area with air conditioning was already full when I arrived and so was left with the option of missing out or sitting in the larger rear area under fans I wasn’t put off. The service was friendly and helpful and the food was fantastic. It’s easy to understand why this place has such a great reputation. Definitely on my list of places to go back to to explore more of the menu.

Whenever I come across an Italian restaurant in asia i’m generally skeptical but this place is the real deal. I tried their ravioli stuffed with lobster and also ordered a risotto. Both were excellent. I’m a big fan of small chef owner family restaurants. This place is a gem.

Had an amazing time at Sorriso this afternoon. Not only was the dessert & sweets to die for and bloody delicious, but the customer service from the waitresses was the cherry on top for this dessert venture! Besides that, this restaurant had an amazing indoor and outdoor atmosphere that exuded a mood of relaxation and softness similar to that of the dessert served here. I especially loved the Melt in your mouth Lava Cake topped with an amazingly rich vanilla Ice cream. 11/10! There isn’t enough stars! Coming back everyday for dessert always!
