I
had
made
a
reservation
at
the
said
property.
They
gave
me
the
room
with
a
a
very
tiny
bathroom
wherein
only
a
child
can
take
a
shower.
I
asked
them
to
change
my
room
as
it
was
not
possible
to
use
the
same,
they
refused
it
to
me
and
said
that
its
not
possible.
I
only
have
two
options
-
either
cancel
my
reservation
or
stay
in
that
room
only.
Thereafter,
the
manager
came
and
told
me
that
he
will
cancel
my
booking
and
that
i
should
fine
another
accomodation.
When
manager
was
not
wearing
any
badge
and
was
talking
very
rudely
all
the
tome
as
if
he
is
providing
me
the
room
free
of
cost.
He
was
also
intentionally
not
wearing
his
badge.
When
i
asked
him
for
his
name,
he
refused
stating
that
its
none
of
my
business
to
know
his
name.
After
many
attempts,
he
said
his
name
to
be
Deepak
Yadav
and
proceeded
with
cancelling
my
booking
with
no
regret.
Thereafter,
i
asked
him
to
give
me
the
customer
complaint
desk
contact
details
to
file
a
written
formal
complaint
against
this
unprofessional
attitude
of
the
property
staff
especially
the
manager.
To
which
he
AGAIN
REFUSED.
THE
MANAGER
REFUSED
MY
BOOKING
AND
HE
DID
NOT
GIVE
ME
THE
EMAIL
ID
OF
CUSTOMER
COMPLAINT
DESK
NOR
DID
HE
SHOW
ME
HIS
BADGE
DESPITE
HAVING
IT
IN
HIS
POCKET.
Entire
team
of
bedchambers
was
extremely
insensitive
and
rude
to
my
requests
and
blatantly
asked
me
to
vacate
the
room
in
a
second,
leaving
me
no
where
to
go.
Nobody
was
disclosing
their
identity
and
was
acting
shady,
as
if
its
common
for
them
to
defraud
their
customers
like
this
with
no
shame.
Feeling
harrassed
by
the
attitude
if
the
manager
and
hoping
for
some
resolution
asap.
To
summarise:
1.
The
bedchambers
team
very
conveniently
cancelled
my
booking
when
i
called
out
to
the
for
their
fraud.
2.
The
mananger
was
not
cooperative
and
did
not
even
show
me
his
badge
for
identity
verification
3.
The
entire
team
kept
running
away
from
the
reception
in
order
to
avoid
their
responsibilities.
The
ones
wearing
their
badge
hid
their
badge
and
refused
to
tell
me
their
names.
4.
They
did
not
even
provide
me
withna
cancellation
proof
to
ensure
a
smooth
refund.
The
property
is
working
on
its
own
discretion
with
unprofessional
attitude,
yelling
at
customers
and
not
resolving
their
issue.
And
directly
asking
them
to
leave
the
property.
