    I had made a reservation at the said property. They gave me the room with a a very tiny bathroom wherein only a child can take a shower. I asked them to change my room as it was not possible to use the same, they refused it to me and said that its not possible. I only have two options - either cancel my reservation or stay in that room only. Thereafter, the manager came and told me that he will cancel my booking and that i should fine another accomodation. When manager was not wearing any badge and was talking very rudely all the tome as if he is providing me the room free of cost. He was also intentionally not wearing his badge. When i asked him for his name, he refused stating that its none of my business to know his name. After many attempts, he said his name to be Deepak Yadav and proceeded with cancelling my booking with no regret. Thereafter, i asked him to give me the customer complaint desk contact details to file a written formal complaint against this unprofessional attitude of the property staff especially the manager. To which he AGAIN REFUSED. THE MANAGER REFUSED MY BOOKING AND HE DID NOT GIVE ME THE EMAIL ID OF CUSTOMER COMPLAINT DESK NOR DID HE SHOW ME HIS BADGE DESPITE HAVING IT IN HIS POCKET. Entire team of bedchambers was extremely insensitive and rude to my requests and blatantly asked me to vacate the room in a second, leaving me no where to go. Nobody was disclosing their identity and was acting shady, as if its common for them to defraud their customers like this with no shame. Feeling harrassed by the attitude if the manager and hoping for some resolution asap. To summarise: 1. The bedchambers team very conveniently cancelled my booking when i called out to the for their fraud. 2. The mananger was not cooperative and did not even show me his badge for identity verification 3. The entire team kept running away from the reception in order to avoid their responsibilities. The ones wearing their badge hid their badge and refused to tell me their names. 4. They did not even provide me withna cancellation proof to ensure a smooth refund. The property is working on its own discretion with unprofessional attitude, yelling at customers and not resolving their issue. And directly asking them to leave the property.

    Bed Chambers has always been a great place to be at! The staff and especially the management- Divyam is very helpful and always at your service. The rooms and stay is ofcourse great but the quality of service and their promptness is something that makes you come back to this place always. Great stay, great service, 100% recommended!

    We stayed for around a week. It was a good experience for a couple of days but some things went a little off after sometime. Services were not upto the mark and although staff was good but things were delayed after some days. Landline was not working the entire time of the stay. Reaching out to kitchen/reception was a burden then. Wifi was not working almost the entire time. Food is good. Breakfast was awesome. Overall exp. - 3.5.

    Prime location apartment easy to find staff was very friendly. Abhishek reception manager very helpful. My experience at the bed chamber serviced apartment was great. The apartment provided a perfect blend of comfort and functionality, with spacious room and dedicated workspace

    The stay was quite an experience....the location first of all is most convincing...the apartments are really some good and comforting space... Special thanks to Mr. Vineet and his team for taking care of us....Cafe and the food is also really good...overall I can say that "u really get what they show and say"

    I was here for 3 days. I must say that they have the best breakfast with plenty of options. Staff were friendly and helpful.The hotel is located next to MG road station which is a great plus point. Overall experience was great.

    There is nothing more to say. Location, about two minutes walk to MG Road Metro station. Malls, Food courts all were close by but what attracted me the most was the way each employee treat the guest. From the bell boy to the food serving waiter, front desk etc all were to notch and with smile. Even when we ordered the food (dinner) to the room the boy asked how the food was and any suggestion about food. Way beyond what we expect from a service apartment. By the way the food was really good. Excellent all the way and highly recommend anyone wanted to stay near MG Road / IFFCO chowk area in Gurgaon.

    Great team work. I would definitely recommend the place to my friends and family. I booked them through Air BnB , it is a service apartment. Food is fresh and healthy. Very clean and professional . Special thanks to Mr.Vineet for paying attention to our every need My only request is please make it an eco friendly place. Use paper bags for the dustbins, Tetra Pak milk for tea ( get the smaller packet), don't wrap the slippers in plastic. I will definitely go back to stay there in future.

    Best accommodation in Delhi, clean rooms, friendly staff. Great for people traveling as it is a self catering unit so you can prepare your own meals. From South Africa stayed in many hotels around Delhi but this is the BEST hotel in Delhi. Thank you Bed Chambers for making our stay a good one!

    My experience here was worst. I booked the property for a day but due to the reasons i checked out in about 8 hours. There was a table made up of marble setting on a wooden frame (which clearly couldn’t handle the weight) with a little push it shattered into pieces giving me stitches. I had a terrible accident. there electric appliances are very risky.. i got electrocuted and so i tripped n i got the life long scars now. I was calm while handling the pain so i got to a hospital by my self to get bandage but my condition got worse so i messaged the authorities of bedchambers to check me out. I paid the check out amount. Despite my terrible experience i kept my cool n I didn’t wanted to put anyone in trouble but Soon after they started calling about the table n asked me for more money. I didn’t deny to pay but asked for a couple of days so as i could recover. They started calling me again and again. Left me with no other option to block them. They started threatening me to send men at my place to get the 3000 rupee for the marble broken which definitely was kept there for this purpose. I am so terrified with the people here.

    Place is conveniently located nearby a metro station and malls. The rooms are clean and well equipped. Staff is thoroughly professional and courteous. Overall an excellent place to stay for a couple or family.
