Very beautiful society a part from other societies i saw here neat and clean environment newly built, wide variety of flats from 2 bhk to 4 bhk, nice parking area, power back up, water supply, everything is there, i also like security management here. Nice park for kids, pool is also there, beautiful lighting in the night, overall total satisfaction and complete package. Five stars from my side rest you decide.

This society is becoming a nightmare to live in... with everyday being more difficult... fights (verbal, physical, rallys, debates, posters and what not)... loudspeakers, crakers even after 10 pm (against law, criminal offense)... every next day daily disturbance... due to loud noises. We shifted here hoping we are going to provide nice future to our kids.... but now even their basic development looks hampered, so much noise pollution on daily basis. No sleep (or less sleep), open fights, staged dramas... OMG! Thank goodness we decided to live on rent here before thinking of purchasing a flat in it. Definitely, not worthy of living. What good are facilities if even the basic development of children is hampered? Sleep problems, non calming situations, public fights, loudspeakers..... such disaster!

Only 5 days have passed yet again another match on big screen... loudspeakers... loud volume.... time: 11: 35 p.m. Atleast 3000 families live in this town and there is not even a gathering of 30.... We complained too but the complain was unheard stating "sab ka dekhna hota hai" how can you justify your illegal actions citing the pleasure of only 10% of population?

Nice quiet location with school right next to the apartment. Club includes swimming, TT, indoor game room, kids play zone etc. Was visiting a relative who was very happy with their apartment choice. Has very good connectivity with Alwar Bypass Road too.

We have been living here since past four months. Though the society is very kid friendly and they have build amenities like pool, cricket net practice, skating, basketball etc. etc. this society lacks internal peace. It's 11:45 pm right now and a cricket match is being shown on a big big screen with so many loudspeakers that it is impossible for us to sleep (not so kid friendly either). There are internal conflicts between RWA and Asiana maintainance, for that loud rallys were arranged. Conflict even was staged and was discussed on open Mike session again with loudspeakers (5 days ago). The conflict also turned physical 2-4 times. Two days before there was a rally on loudspeakers in afternoon asking for money collection. All in all it has a plethora of activities and amenities for kids, but it lacks ethical, moral and cultural grounds. Do come only if you hate peace in your life and want to raise kids good in sports but uncultured.

I always write honest reviews based on my experience and thinking. Writing this review is expressing one of my best experience in residential properties. Ashiana town is the best residential society in bhiwadi. It is well designed and very well maintained to date. It is as per its name described as ' kids centric'. Here, you'll get so many activities for your child growth and an open play area dedicated to their outdoor activities and games. I am happily and proudly associated with them and will always be. Good place for living but very far from main road. If you don't have personal vehicle, you will face so much difficulty.

Asiana town is a kid centric society and unique offerings from Ashiana Developers.Its a part of 60 acre gated township in Bhiwadi on Alwar bypass road. Many sports activities are available for kids like Badminton, Lawn tennis, Table tennis, Billiards, cricket etc. Live and learn program offers learning opportunities for kids like painting, dancing, karate, playing musical instruments like tabla, guitar etc. Ashiana School upto 12th standard is operating inside the compound. Temple is also there to seek spiritual solace by the residents.

Ashiana Town is one of the finest residential societies in this region. This place is becoming a lively place day by day as more and more people choose to relocate here. Above all, the property built for the senior citizens is adding value to the whole. So, if anyone is thinking of buying a property here, don't delay it ... its the right time to do so.

One of the best society to live in Bhiwadi. There are well maintained gym, swimming pool, park, tennis court, clubhouse etc.

It's a dream destination , though certain things are deteriorating but still is a worth living place , security could be improved , Horticulture is best in class house keeping team was good in year 2021_22 .. Parks are well managed , worth staying place far from pollution and unnecessary crowd
