Hello friends, I am going to share my experience about Cafe Coffee Day which is located at Sector 14, Gurgaon. A best place to have a hot chocolate amd food with your family or friends.I tried my favorite Hot chocolate which I like specially in CCD.The food and presentation are both excellent.The food is served in a well mannered way and the food looks hygienic and well presented.They serve the food on your table in a well presented way.The food looks yummy and delicious.Customer service of CCD is good.

Food quality is awesome and tasty too 😋. Nice place. Love it 😊. You have to try their Classic Hot Fudge❤️ which is loaded with caramel and chocolate.

Blue cappuccino is a must try and dark chocolate is my favourite 😍

Chocolate brownie and Alfonso frappe were awesome, staff is well behaved. Loved it. 🙂

I am giving this review for the only person who was present there and running around. To be honest, I was a little hard on him because someone was waiting for me in the car & there was no parking. But he went all out to provide me the best & quickest service. I even asked him fot a refund because there was a power cut and I had to wait some more. But he didn't budge...kept on working & ensured that I get a delicious drink that I ordered. More power to him & kudos CCD for recruiting a greatly devoted team member.

Utterly bad service and dead ambience.. wore off damp sofas.. cold illterate staff fighting with each other..

The food was really good but the service was very Poor.they took a very long time to prepare my order.also the basement was full of mosquitos .

One of the pathetic experience and unprofessional staff, and corrupted staff (they asked us to pay in their personal number in cash) at CCD for the first time we have experienced, please change the staff else, it defaming such a prestigious brand.

Worst CCD franchise. I ordered TWO Devil’s Own and the manager / billing receptionist didn’t even told me they are out of Glasses, they served in paper cups. We were literally the second customer, there was already one customer who BTW got served in a proper glass. imagine getting served their flagship drink in paper cup and being told - “glass mei kya h”. To top it off, the recipe was off by miles, devil’s Own tasted like some cold mocha with intense sweetness.

Nice place. Good ambience. They have ground floor and -1 floor as well. Sat there and worked on a Sunday and had food as well. -1 floor has least disturbance. The staff are polite.

CCD and it's flavors have always been my favorite. But the service of the outlet was very slow. Maybe a little more staff would help the show.

Its a nice to have a coffee in cafe coffee day of sector 14...I like this store but store owner should take care of washroom and sitting sofa..it need some work....other wise it's ok to have coffee in this store

Spacious outlet with nice interior. Apart from the coffee this outlet offers you wide range of snacks as well. Basement sitting is very beautiful and well maintained.

The quality of food is good and service average But the place is rundown... the promotions should consider upgrading interiors

Fine experience. Have tasted better coffee in other ccd's in comparision to sector 14 one. Food and drink were not that hot looked like before serving they have kept to themselves. Ground floor there was no air ventilation. Basement was much much better, the decor the sitting arrangement are good. Ample sitting space.

Service is quick however the food portion is less.

It was a very bad experience of CCD... right from ambience to sitting arrangements....the quality of the chairs...very bad....don't ever come here...and save ur day...
