Great gym in Anguilla, with large opening hours and all the equipment you need ! Really nice people training there too.

Bare bones, old school muscle gym. Visions of Ronnie Coleman rule here. Everything you need for a full strength workout, except some goofy trainer fawning over you. Get your own plates brother and don't make a fool of yourself.

I don't know what I would do without this place! I love the atmosphere, the people are super nice. I especially love the morning step class with Lisa!

If you are in Anguilla and looking to push sleds, flip tires, and simply lift things up, don't look anywhere else. They have everything you need for a great workout, and a great day rate. The equipment is outdated but still functional. I believe trainers are available, should that be a need. Perfect solution to a gym while traveling.
