Run - don’t walk to Aurora Anguilla for your next trip! The grounds, staff and food were absolutely PHENOMENAL! Our oceanfront beach suite was extremely clean, and our favorite dinner was at their steakhouse, D’Richards! Petal and Devon, the bartenders, made us feel like family as did the rest of the staff. Staff members surprised us with dessert and a “happy honeymoon” sweets platter to recognize our honeymoon, and the other patrons on property helped us celebrate as well. 10/10 highly recommend and will definitely be headed back soon!

Truly an amazing resort in a breathtaking location. The staff anticipated our every need. The restaurants were wonderful. A variety of cuisine and all the food we tried was truly delicious. I love meat, but the fresh vegetables and fruit had so much flavor. We loved everything about this resort. A truly relaxing vacation getaway!

Great place for a vacation, very laid back and relaxed. People are great and the see is amazing. The rooms are very nice and the beach is even better.

Entrance is spectacular, long scenic view of the golf course and the palm trees to get to reception. Security at all major points. The only thing is they should take note of persons entering eg. Taking of names for security reasons but as a very tiny island it may not be needed. The staff that dealt with us was friendly. Just spent some hours there so can't give a rating for the rooms but the lobby and other areas are well put together giving a very luxury look. Chef's table restaurant is beautiful as well, very comfy. You tend to get alot of breeze in there while overlooking St Maarten. The lopster curry was delicious. The grilled chicken with brussel sprouts was ok, creamy potato was very tasty. What I noticed though is that they don't have a baby changing table in the bathroom which is essential.

Exceptional!!! Everything!!! The relaxation level here is top-notch. There are no words to describe how beautiful this resort is. The rendezvous beach is so beautiful. The sand is super thin, never hot, the crystal water. We stayed at the beach villa suites and wow ... spacious luxurious... the bathroom is gorgoues. Our villa has private access to the beach with a buttler at our service. My youngest has multiple allergies, and everyone was attentive to his allergies. Restaurants are top chefs. This is definitely a place to return and highly recommended

Phenomenal resort with a 5 star staff. The food, atmosphere, and staff were amazing. The beach is clean and the complimentary water sports provide many fun additional activities. I specifically want to recognize “Keemi” and the entire beach staff as they go the extra mile to make the trip wonderful. Additionally, the entire breakfast staff at Chefs Table. Highly recommend this resort!

Amazing experience! Gorgeous resort and everyone is extremely nice and welcome. You feel like you are part of a family when you stay here. All of the staff we interacted with were courteous, welcoming, helpful, and friendly. Management team is excellent. Rooms and property were incredible. Plenty of activities for young kids as well. Delicious food. An unforgettable vacation and I can't wait to go back. I would only stay here at Aurora and no place else.

I'd gladly award more than 5 stars if possible. This resort is stunning, boasting excellent restaurants and a breathtaking beach. What truly stood out was the exceptional staff; their top-notch service made us feel pampered throughout our stay. Special gratitude to Theresa Hughes for her impeccable hospitality and Rakeem Jones, who was incredibly attentive, making us feel like we had a personal concierge. You will definitely see us again!

Beautiful hotel, amazing quality / level of service and overall great experience. The beach was incredible. Soft white sand and very clear water. The hotel is very attentive to guests and provided a high level of service. We highly recommend.

My wife and I have been to this property a number of times, but this was the first trip since it became Aurora. We were very pleased with the great updates and look forward to seeing the completion of the ongoing projects. We were most pleased, however, to see many of the same wonderful employees that we had come to know over the years. It is a testament to the new owner and new management team that they have retained such wonderful staff. All the employees were super helpful, friendly and inviting. The overall experience was great and I highly recommend Aurora for those that are looking for a first class, relaxed Vacation.

My husband and I had such an amazing time at this resort. Every detail of the property is well thought out. We loved everything! The staff at the beach and pool were great and extremely kind. In terms of bar service, Jessica and Dave were some of the friendliest and most professional people I’ve ever met. We enjoyed laying by the beach, the pool, and the water park (with its swim up bar) is also fun for adults. If you come to Anguilla, Aurora is the place to stay! Be sure to get a black truffle burger by the pool and head to D Richardson’s for a steak dinner.

Stayed at the newer of the two properties. Really a very nice resort with almost every your need for a quiet and restful stay. And by restful, unless you're going to play golf, tennis, or bocce ball, I don't think there's much else to do besides enjoy the pool. It looks like a water park is being constructed across the street from the newer hotel area, but unsure when it will open. There's several restaurants on property and there's almost always a hotel golf cart or van to take you to them. But as for the stay, the staff is wonderfully helpful. Food at Oliva was terrific, with a surprisingly interesting menu. As for the rooms, make sure you choose a room on the second floors of the suites, or if in the main tower, on the ocean side. I stayed in a first floor "ocean view" suite that directly faced the kitchen building of the ocean side restaurant, Breeze. It was decidedly not an ocean view. Only if you strained hard to the left or right from the patio could see the ocean. That was really disappointing. Unfortunately had to take a room star away for five reasons: 1. No hot water (actually no hot water flow at sink or shower) in the bathroom on day two - made for a cold shower. 2. Mosquitoes in the room - especially the closet - despite my best efforts to eradicate them all. 3. No mini refrigerator in the room. There's a cold drawer but it's already filled with beverages for purchase. 4. There's an overabundance of liquors on the desk and in the cold drawer which takes up a lot of space. With all the glasses, liquor bottles, and coffee machine, you basically can't use the desk. For a vacation where ready access to alcoholic beverages is welcomed, this probably isn't a big deal. But I'd trade all those full sized liquor bottles for a mini fridge and a useful desk top. The drink prices are of course "resort" level, and that includes the snacks as well. There's no free water bottles either. So consider bringing your own snacks, water and liquor if you want an occasional snack or beverage. And that leads me to my final reason, 5. The room was billed as an "ocean view" but as mentioned, you'd have to strain to see the ocean because 90% of your immediate view is a white walled kitchen building. Choose your room very carefully, and stay on a higher floor if possible. Overall I would consider the property basically safe as it has a full-time guarded gate. But, anyone could walk down the beach and enter the hotel area and gain access to the hotel building or suites. I did not see any guard patrols, cameras, or other preventive security measures.

My fiancée and I just came back from a 7 day trip to Anguilla. We spent 4 days at Aurora on Rendezvous Bay and 3 days on another property on Meads Bay. Our stay at Aurora was definitely the highlight of the trip. From check in to checkout we were treated like VIPs. Delvecia and Keila at the front desk were simply amazing, making sure we were comfortable and having a good time at the resort. The manager Keresha was also spectacular. A perfect mixture of friendliness and professionalism. The resort is beautiful but these girls were the soul of the place. They made sure everything was going smoothly for us. Our rooms were spacious clean and nicely decorated. House keeping was impeccable. Breakfast was delicious at the chef’s table. Natalie, Francisca and Carnicia were great taking care of us. In the evening we had drinks at the bar and Brenda made me the most delicious negroni. I can’t wait to go back. Amazing resort and staff. Aurora is a perfect example of superior hospitality.

Phenom jewel of the Caribbean, British West Indies Island Anguilla, has it's breathtaking beauty and semblance of perfection at this incredible resort. The rooms are massive and spacious, the breeze the welcome, the architecture is (for the most part) stunning, especially when you're at C Level. The food is every bit as delightful as the resort itself, the pleasant and attentive and caring staff being the cherry on top. I can't write enough great things about my stay- it is among the best resorts I have been to, and will last in memory for years to come.

This is a bucket list hotel for sure! The rooms have amazing views and nothing was overlooked as far as amenities. Huge walk in shower as well as walk in closet complete with luxurious robes and slippers. The service is absolutely amazing! The spa service was incredible as well as the food at The Kitchen Table. You will not be disappointed in your stay!

I'll definitely be back at this resort. Two golf courses, water park, amphitheater, multiple pools, two beachfront bars, and fantastic food all pale in comparison to the fantastic rooms. Very friendly staff. We loved Wendel.

We spent 10 glorious days at the aurora. I could write a book but to keep it short, the service is 5 star, the food is out of this world. I would like to see a few more things on the menu, but we were always happy with the quality. The salads from their hydroponic garden are out of this world. They do serve food and drink on the beach. You don’t have to lift a finger. We are huge beach people, and the beach is beautiful but we spent time at meads bay and shoal beach. Rendezvous beach is gorgeous but the snorkeling is better at the other beaches and a bit calmer also do to the natural reefs. Because we were off season they did upgrade our room to one of their best. We are eternally grateful. You will spend about 300.00 a day at the very minimum on food for 2 people. That is on the low end. It is an expensive stay but honestly you are not going to get this level of service and quality of food on such a beautiful beach for anything less. We are well traveled couple, that understands value. While we were there we also explored other similarly priced resorts like Zemi and Cap Jaluca, we honestly wouldn’t want to stay at any of those other resorts. We do like the beach better at Zemi, but we will always choose the aurora for the luxury experience.

Everything was very pleasant, very attentive staff. Be aware, very pricey but that might just be me… 18% gratuity built into the price plus a 13% VST, so that 44$ breakfast gets to 90$ awful quick, seems a bit excessive for an omelet, latte and water… here on a awards trip so coming back just wouldn’t be $$ feasible

I loved my stay here. The people of Anguilla are incredible, and I feel fortunate to have had the opportunity to experience a piece of their island. Aurora is fantastic, staff is courteous and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure you are happy. This was a once in a lifetime experience

Great resort on a beautiful island. Impressive rooms and several restaurants. Their crayfish pizza is absolutely delicious. You can enjoy as you admire the view of SXM. Staff is very helpful and usually pleasant.

My 5th trip to the beautiful island, and I chose this property for my last two days for relaxation and it was a great choice. I love arriving at a resort, the reception is such a nice touch. At Aurora, the bellman had such a big smile when I arrived, and the lovely ladies at check in were so nice and welcoming. First impression delivered! Everything at this property was fantastic! The energy and the attention of the staff The well maintained property and grounds The large ocean view room with a fluffy comfortable king size bed, ambient lighting, shower with strong water pressure and a big relaxing tub The relaxing beach and pool, no wait for loungers, water, or service….they even took the time out to chat with me The food and entertainment, the lemon ricotta pancakes! I really enjoyed the music and drinks on Sunday evening, as well and the ambiance of the property at night…he waves sound so relaxing in the background I do have a suggestion, it would be great if your robes and gift shop items were size inclusive. Aurora is beautiful, the staff and property. I look forward to returning and I also look forward to seeing all the plans come to life. Orange is my favorite color! Aurora! Anguilla!

My fiance and I didn't stay here or look at any rooms, just toured the grounds of this beautiful resort. Which I must say is truly aesthetically pleasing, to say the least. And the peace, calm and tranquility is absolutely heavenly! We'll definitely get rooms here in the future!!! But until then, I have feedback on the service or rooms

My wife and myself ate pizza and it was the BEST pizza on the island!!! We also met Federica Milanese who was such a delight and helped us choose the best drink and made us feel at home!!! Highly recommended!!!

Visited with a golf group and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The rooms are beautiful and the staff is genuinely friendly and helpful. The food was very good everywhere we ate. The golf course and practice facilities are very nice including the short course. Staff again could not have been more accommodating. Highly recommend this property and look forward to going back. May consider paying the extra to fly into AXA instead of St Maarten to avoid transfers bad save time. However the Sea shuttle was fun and a great way to be out on the water.

This resort is amazing. Our crew got to stay here for a night when our flight was canceled. Our rooms were not ready when we arrived, the staff told us to go to one of the restaurants and have dinner on them. Great customer service.

Wow. There are no words to describe our experience staying at this hotel this past week for our honeymoon. It’s 10-star service, experience, hotel, amenities…they go to every length possible to make it feel like you’re essentially living a dream, or that you’ve died and gone to heaven (which we both asked one another multiple times, certain that was the case!) Every single member on staff is exceptional, kind, attentive, and prideful in their work. Every single one. The beaches are GORGEOUS. We went off site a few times just to check out other hotel amenities or restaurants but none compared to Aurora, at all. But there are gorgeous beaches all over the island. Their Caribbean food night is EXCEPTIONAL if you get the chance to go! Most hotels have one on the island as it is a tradition. I should add this hotel is not a party hotel, it’s where you go to relax, which we’re all about. It’s elegant and peaceful and generally pretty quiet. If you want parties or loud, other hotels offer that or St Martins island is full of that stuff. Thank you Aurora for such a perfect, enormously cherished memory. We’ll never forget it and hope to be back soon!

We had an amazing time at Aurora resort celebrating our 10 year anniversary! The rooms were spacious and beds are comfortable, and had a beautiful beachfront view from balcony, and the welcome snacks and water were a nice touch for tired travelers arriving after a long day! The staff were so friendly, attentive and helpful! We especially had a great experience with their events staff, our 10 year anniversary private dinner celebration on the beach was made extra special by the helpful recommendations and execution by the event staff, especially Antoinette and Alicia. My husband played golf while there and stated it was in the top 2 locations worldwide he has played. It was just as beautiful as the rest of the grounds! We appreciated the beach bag and towels left for our use each day, whether we went to the beach or pool or traveled to external beaches, it was nice to have the beach bag and fresh towels at our disposal. The beach was beautiful and well maintained, and we enjoyed the evening bonfires with s'mores there! We highly recommend for couples and families, and are looking forward to returning soon!

Aurora is, in short, fabulous. The rooms, amenities, and beach are incredible, but the wonderful staff members are what really made this place special for me and my family - literally every last person. They were especially attentive to our young son, who was blown away by all of the tropical fruits and vegetables growing on the beautiful property (it's a special interest of his). They went out of their way to find him fresh coconut and soursop. When we unexpectedly needed to see a physician mid-week, they made the arrangements without us even asking. I could go on and on about every single thing the staff did for us that ensured we were well-taken care of, but in the interest of brevity I'll simply say that words can't express how appreciative and grateful we were. It was our absolute privilege to spend a week with everyone. The rooms are very well-appointed. The child-size bathrobe and slippers were a thoughtful touch, and thank the beach gods for the bug spray (the mosquitoes can be ruthless)! The attention to detail sets Aurora apart from other resorts. The food from the on-site restaurants is spectacular. We never had anything that resembled a bad meal. The post-dinner Bocce games ignited a new tradition as well! The beach speaks for itself. Unparalleled beauty. The beach attendants ensured we had everything we needed and occasionally surprised us with treats :). The gym has everything one could need and more. Is it expensive? Yep. Will you regret spending the money? Never. Just go.

We just vacationed at Aurora Hotel and had a fabulous week. accommodations, beach, dining room and food excellent. The new upgrades since it was the former Cuisinart Hotel were wonderful. Staff were all very helpful and very friendly. Can’t wait to return. They also had delicious gluten free foods which the chef specially prepared as well as cake, desserts and main courses at dinner

I don't normally post review's but I have to make an exception for Aurora Anquila Resort. I give it the highest recommendation. The rooms are large and very clean. The staff is more than accomodating and on top of everything. The grounds are beautiful, restaurants with great food. Spa services were excellent my husband loved the golf course. The amenities are excellent. Don't miss this one.

Such an amazing getaway for my husband and I! The property is stunning, staff is friendly, beaches are perfection, and the rooms are spotless. They did a wonderful job on the renovation. Highly highly recommend! Also, Keemi and Markev are such great staff members, they took incredible care of us!

The staff is so Courteous. The room updated and clean. Food is very good. Knowledge of some of the menu items was lacking (that can be improved upon with proper education of staff) and the timeliness of food is hit and miss - First night was very slow and heard another family waited 2 hours (albeit they were a very large group traveling together) - Resort was not busy so wouldn’t think would be so delayed. Beach is one of the best on the island Hopefully the new management company will help polish this resort to 5 star status. Currently more affordable than other 5 star resorts. I feel you get more for your money here than others on the island. Highly recommend!!

My rating is solely based on my shopping experience in the gift shop. As with most gift shops there is a bit of an expected markup but please do yourself a favor and conduct a quick Internet search on the prices. I paid $160 for a bracelet that currently retails for $18.90 online brand new. I don't mind paying for items I want I don't want the feeling of being scammed on the pricing. Let the buyer beware.
