Absolute rip off. Avoid at all costs. No labels on the products so you don't know how much you ate getting ripped off. Store made us buy $20US reusable bags because they wouldn't provide us with the $1 bags or boxes. Cost $30US for some salami that was mouldy when opened. Unhelpful staff.

Large store with a wide selection, however, many items are priced far higher than other options on the island, so I do encourage you to shop around. There is parking however when it gets busy, it is a bit hectic in the parking lot, during slower times not so much of a problem. They also do cooked meals which is a plus.

Its a grocery store. Everything I wanted was found at this supermarket. Customer service is excellent. People were very friendly. They accept credit cards, English Currency or American dollar.

Word of caution when shopping at “Best Buy” keep your receipts even though I have my doubts if they would of refunded. Bought milk that was suppose to expire March 13, 2020. Opened used cooking a dish and then next day my daughter went to put in her cereal and it was BAD! Even manager smelled, said throw away. Best Buy has worst customer service on the island!

Came in to purchase a few items and was pleasantly surprised. We got everything that we needed plus some. It didn’t disappoint that the food aroma met us in the parking lot. Definitely my grocery store of choice on the island.

Nice and spacious supermarket, alot of variety to choose from. Only thing is that they don't update the prices on the items/shelves and they don't check shelves for expired items it remains in the shelf...the membership card takes forever to add...

This is not a North American grocery store chain. The selection is eclectic, touching on all parts of the home. If you want fresh meat products you must emulate the locals and get there first thing in the morning. The staff were friendly and helpful which is good as not all items on the shelf have prices. Ensure you check your expiry dates.

Honestly, people complain about how local Chinese stores get more revenue than local businesses, but, Best Buy East and West, and even those in St. KITTS AND Nevis are prime examples of inflation. These supermarkets are ridiculously expensive. On the positive side, I love that a section is dedicated to gluten and dairy free items. It is also a one-stop shop whereby you find a little bit of everything. That in and of itself is very convenient.

In Anguilla, the prices are steep. But at Best Buy, you can shop knowing you get your money worth.

Lots of smaller grocery stores around but for the staples when you first get there, I use this store. A bit of a distance from where we were staying but the island is small so in reality not a big distance. Prices are definitely high on the island but it has a lot of goods for a small island. I must like it cause I keep going back.

When you don’t have many options, it’s the best option. 🙃

Has a wide variety, they support chairty organisations by allowing donation boxes and bins at their locations. However, they have prices inconsistency concerns. A relatively clean place to shop and they have AC!

Staff's are very rude and unfriendly felt like they don't want anyone to come and shop in their store. I wanted to buy some slice Hams the week before Christmas I saw 4 women's behind the counter and they were all staff's chatting happily away. I rang the bell once no one even asked me if I needed help I rang it for the second time one of the other lady told me the lady who is working behind the counter she's having her break and I have to come back in half an hour when she back from her lunch and after that they carry on their chatting. This island is amazing but when it's comes to Customers Service there's NON.
