Had visited first time. Chicken biryani was good. Quantity is fine. Chicken pieces were really soft. Both AC and Non AC seating available. Ambience was excellent. Service was ok.

A premium MRA experience in Thalassery. Interior is nice but the heat from the kitchen seems to be felt if you get seated in the ground floor. Ther special mocktail was something I really enjoyed

The food is good. Everything else was bad. The service, ambience, the wait, the smoke coming from the darn kitchen. We went for the non ac restaurant since the AC restaurant was full. It was really unhygienic and tissues were lying all over the floor. The smoke from the kitchen nearby was really annoying too. The waiters were not attentive enough. Finally a tamil waitress showed up and she was quite attentive. Food took a while to come and it tasted great. Porotta was really nice along with prawns. Parking is available but quite far away from the restaurant. You might need to get an auto after parking. Infront of the restaurant there is some parking available but you have to be lucky to get a spot If you are visiting please prefer the AC restaurant. Else go somewhere else.

food and ambiance is okay compare to kannur,thaliparamb,calicut branch service is very slow and waitress not caring and even we call them attitude is not good . behaving like we went borrow money frm them 😂

The food was tasty but a little bit overpriced, in my view. There is nothing as special as the extra money we are paying. We had a 3200 rupee plater, which is not as great as we expected. Mutton ran OK. And we also ordered chicken kathari alfam, which was better compared to other dishes. Soup was also nice. Overall, the food was average.

Experienced disappointment for the first time at MRA. Not in the mood to go again after a dirty tea cup incident; even after complaint, only a replacement was provided. The Alfam was subpar, with under-marinated masala, giving the impression it was mixed just before serving. Even my friend, who recommended the place, was dissatisfied today.

The biggest restaurant with bakery,quick bites and cafe in thalassery.Really good place to enjoy your plate at a fair price.The staff were really polite.We had Romali shawarama and a special cocktail.The taste of the cocktail is so amazing😍🥰.Highly Recommend. Best spot for family with a good and neat ambiance.The infrastructure of the restaurant was good.The seating was comfortable and the interior was well designed.Would love to visit again..😊

I recently ordered at MRA restaurant and unfortunately had a horrific experience. I ordered the kothu porotta, and shortly after consumption, I fell seriously ill with food poisoning. The repercussions were severe – I spent 2 agonizing days in the hospital, grappling with the consequences of a meal that should have brought joy, not misery. The toll on my health was not only distressing but also expensive. My purpose in sharing this review is to caution others. The lack of food safety measures at this establishment is unacceptable, and I urge everyone to steer clear of MRA restaurant. It's disheartening to think that something as basic as a meal can have such dire consequences. I implore the management to reevaluate their hygiene practices and prioritize the well-being of their customers. Until then, I strongly advise against anyone risking their health by dining at this establishment. Your safety should always come first
