A nice restaurant in a konak yard, sheltered from the heat in the shadow of fig trees. There is also a very nice antic shop.

Such an authentic place for breakfast and dinner. We had breakfast in the backyard, but it also has nice dining rooms. They have three rooms with full of antiques! Breakfast had everything one can wish for and the service was excellent

The waiting staff are very patient and friendly and attentive. The location is wonderful. However we must have been unlucky as when we visited last week the food that was served was so greasy it was inedible. We've eaten out almost a hundred times since arriving in Turkey and have never come across food this greasy.

This a true hidden gem of Ankara. Amazing food and the owner, Fuat, treats his guests with care and love. Make sure to have the Meze and a main course.

Dropped in for a quick shaksuka and tea. There is a really nice courtyard atmosphere under the fig tree. The food was delicious 👌 highly recommend

Nice spinach and cheese pancake, and grilled beef on a hot pan. Portion is slightly smaller than expected but nice environment. We went on a sunday evening and the place is almost empty.

Great historical mansion turned into a museum and a restaurant. The mezes and the food were fingered licking delicious. I would recommend the sac kavurma which was excellent. We sat outside and the atmosphere was extremely relaxing. You can sit inside as well which has great Ottoman historical artifacts. The food came very quickly once we placed the order and the girl serving us was polite and accommodating. I will definitely go back when I visit Turkey again

We were a group of 20 people, mostly international. The restaurant is in the historical old city area of Ankara so is the house itself. They have concept rooms and a museum inside which you can pay a visit after you help yourself into your breakfast /lunch/dinner. The lady serving us was very kind. My friends went there also next day for breakfast and they liked it. I would personally prefer if their rice and the red meat at dinner was not very dry but their hospitality is difficult to beat.

Astonishing atmosphere (museum) and this justifies the prices, the friendly family must maintain this two-centuries-old building. I really enjoyed my lentil soup, exactly what I wanted for dinner.

I just wanted to say what a great time colleagues and I had there. Everyone has commented on what a great the food is. It all made for a very special night to remember. I will definitely come again and recommend you to friends for their special occasions.

Traditional Turkish restaurant run by a friendly family who take care of their customers. The food came out sizzling hot and in generous quantities. The menu is available in both Turkish and English which is a big help if you're not local. Tip: try to get a seat outside on the balcony.
